Troubles are actually a good thing, and the more troubles you have, the more troubles you have, the more karma you have in this world, and the greater your career. So afflictions are not an obstacle to enlightenment, and if there are no afflictions, what is the difference between them and a stone? So by escaping the world and avoiding troubles, it is a phase! If you see through the root cause of your troubles, there is nothing to worry about. The same is true of the seven emotions and six desires, the richer the emotions, the more refined the human feelings, God has given us seven emotions and six desires, what a wonderful experience, how can we be ruthless and desireless.
It is the troubles that constitute Fan Ren's life, the life of troubles, it is Fan Ren's life, there is nothing in the world, and Fan Ren disturbs himself.
I don't invite disasters or cause trouble, but do I want to cut myself off from the people?
As long as you live in the world, you will inevitably have a bunch of troubles.

There are troubles about doing things, and there are troubles about not doing things. Hunger has the trouble of starving, and there is the trouble of being full all day long. The troubles are Lao Jun's gossip furnace, practicing my steel and iron bones, and my eyes are sharp.
Let's define annoyance and namelessness here. Attribute all negative emotions to annoyance, and depression and anxiety to namelessness.
What needs to be overcome is depression and anxiety. That's why I focus on depression and anxiety. Depression and anxiety will not greet you when you come to your door, unless the problem is so serious that you are not aware of their existence at all.
In this way, how to break through this level of emotional intelligence, there are a number of them, the troubles are not terrible, but the terrible thing is nameless.
We can't get rid of our troubles, but we can get rid of the nameless.
The reason why the negative emotions of annoyance are misunderstood and shouted at by everyone is actually because they bring depression and anxiety. Because of the inevitability of troubles, depression and anxiety are also inextricable.
It is impossible for us to be free of troubles and negative emotions, but through cultivation, we can completely dispel depression and anxiety. Only then can the sacred heart be clear and the heart be unhindered.
Because of anxiety, we don't have a good sense of completion.
Because of depression, we don't feel safe.
Because we are nameless, we cannot be one.
Merge emotions into one, and the road is simpler. Nameless is prompted by troubles, and after thinking about it again and again, it is better to deal with it separately.
Emotions mostly belong to the jurisdiction of the primordial gods, so we deal with them through the knowledge of the gods, and we often do not understand the essentials. Many people don't believe me, and it's because they judge by knowing God.
Then cultivation is the cultivation of the Yuan Shen, and the truth is here.
No matter how much I have learned the scriptures and theories, and no matter how much chicken soup I have poured into it, it is because I am making progress in recognizing the gods, and I can't teach the skills to the gods like riding a bicycle. In other words, Genshin generally only makes judgments based on intuition.
Therefore, the so-called epiphany does not mean that "I" have understood any great truth, because through learning, I do not understand any truth. The difficulty lies in making the Yuan Shen comprehend. Only when the original spirit comprehends it is an epiphany.
For example, in the realm of selflessness, no matter how many explanations there are, it is useless, who can't understand it, and whoever doesn't understand it is mentally retarded. But the original god is a primordial baby, how can he understand?
For example, the Buddha sacrificed his body to feed the eagle, and Hui Ke broke his arm to seek the Dharma, how can he do it? It is impossible to recognize the gods, but the primordial gods can do it, because the sense of pain is controlled by the primordial gods.
Then people are the closest to the original spirit only when their hearts are clear. Of course, newborn babies are born with Dao bodies, but both the Consciousness God and the Yuan Shen are too weak, and the stronger the Consciousness God and the Yuan Shen, the more alienated the relationship becomes, and the meaning of cultivation is to return to an intimate relationship.
In other words, if the Yuan Shen can completely get rid of depression and anxiety, and the sense of completion and security is the best, you will feel a completely new world, a completely different time and space, and reach the realm of fearlessness, which is the Dao realm.
To meditate, you should also be quiet, and you will be able to enter the state of concentration.
Meditation is also a relatively personal experience, and everyone's feelings will be different, and it is not easy to discuss, it is difficult to write, and there is no standard method. I also had a headache and asked for a doctor.
The history of meditation is very long, and Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism have their own methods. The earliest person to summarize the formula seems to be Yuan Lifan in the Ming Dynasty, is it really Fanfan? Mr. Fan is best known for his "Four Disciplines", which is to persuade people to be good, Mr. Fan is a scholar and a man with a life span of 74, which is rare in any era.
In modern times, it was Jiang Weiqiao who first advocated meditation, because the meditation method was the first to be analyzed with a scientific attitude, and it was the most widely spread meditation method. Mr. Jiang was young and sick, insisted on meditation and practice for decades, and was also a Buddhist and Taoist practitioner, and achieved achievements in all aspects, and the records of his experience in meditation are also true and credible, but unfortunately he committed suicide in 58 years at the age of 85.
As for the modern qigong craze and the masters, there is nothing to praise.
I have a doubt, from the Tao Te Ching, the Tao should be "very easy to know and easy to do", but then evolved countless schools, countless Danfa, mantras, if you have to read through it, I am afraid that half a life is not enough, simple problems are complicated, is it "the scholar does not know, the knower does not learn"?
The impetuousness of modern people and the continuous acceleration of the pace of social life may be far from the road.
What can I do?
Modern society is characterized by great material abundance, full display of culture, and more diverse spiritual pursuits. It is not enough to hold on to the defects and stick to the rules. Is it true that no one after the sages has been able to forge a new path to relieve my troubles?
