Chapter 67: Hard work

Chapter 5: Hard work

Although Hinata Huiri couldn't figure out what Hinata Junlin was practicing every day when he went out early and returned late, rain or shine, and he didn't have the heart to study, he also understood that this was beneficial and harmless to Hinata Junlin, at least it could make his physique grow by leaps and bounds.

The strength and combat power of the ninja depends on the chakra and ninjutsu, but the strength of the body is undoubtedly beneficial to the ninja, if Hinata Junlin can really make achievements in this area, in this cruel ninja world, he may as well have more capital to gain a foothold in the future.

Yes, Hinata Huiri let Hinata Junlin cultivate the two instrument piles alone. Not only himself, but he also ordered everyone else not to disturb Hinata. This move not only gave Hinata Junlin a quiet cultivation environment, but also a kind of silent care and protection for him.

For the Liangyi pile cultivated by Hinata Junlin, Hinata Huiri doesn't care too much, but it's hard to guarantee that others won't. You must know that the Hyuga family is not monolithic, and apart from the separation, even in his clan, there is not only a family of patriarchs, but also a line of elders. Those old guys are very greedy, as long as it is beneficial to them, even if the benefit is not too big, they will not give up, and will try their best to get it.

All that Hinata Huiri has done, maybe Hinata Junlin can't detect it, but he definitely can't hide it from the Heavenly Dao clone. For Hinata's silent care and dedication, Hinata Junlin felt warm and grateful, but he didn't say much, he silently kept it in his heart, and he would return one day in the future.

The Liangyi pile has achieved a small success, and Hinata Junlin can finally start cultivating the walking pile, but he is not in a hurry to cultivate the walking pile, and before that, he has to practice the basic mud step first. In order to practice the mud step, you need to start with the straight mud step, and then walk in a circle when the straight mud step is stable.

With the experience of two lives, there is really no difficulty in wading through the mud for Hinata Junlin. It took less than 3 months, whether it was a straight mud step or a circle mud step, he walked steadily, just like he usually walked.

At this point, Hinata Junlin can finally start cultivating the walking pile, and the walking step pile is the foundation and essence of Baguazhang.

Baguazhang is the basic form of movement with twisting and turning, and the change of palm technique is the main means of attacking the enemy. Both internal and external training, emphasizing the combination of body and mind, the body is quick and agile like a dragon swimming in the air, twisting and turning the palm is endless. Shoot into a move, rigid and soft, kicking and falling into one. Twist and wrap the drill and turn over, avoid the right and oblique, and make points around the circle, and there is no end to each other. And all this is inseparable from solid walking piles.

Baguazhang's walking pile is very particular, and it needs to be in different postures, according to a certain essentials to walk around the circle, and it is necessary to seek stillness in the movement in order to achieve great success. The practitioner is required to relax physically and mentally, with no intention of using force, and the intention is that the dantian can also remove the impetuous spirit under the feet, and exercise the integrated strength of the whole force.

When practicing the walking pile, the posture of the upper body and limbs should remain the same, and the walking should be steady, like walking in the mud, walking on thin ice, walking, avoiding ups and downs and swaying left and right, let alone holding breath, or using brute force and chest up, abdomen, and buttocks pouting.

There are eight ways to practice the walking piles of Bajiquan:

One method is for the tiger to go out of the mountain, start with the Bagua palm counterclockwise circle, twist the waist and turn the body while walking, press down with the palms of both palms, the height of the tiger mouth of the two palms is flat with the umbilicus, the middle fingers of the two palms are opposite, the fingertips are half a foot apart, the chest is facing the center of the circle, the eyes are level with the center of the circle, and the mud steps are kept walking around the circle;

The second method is to spread the wings of Dapeng, rotate the palms upwards while walking in a circle, take the buttocks with the palms, go up to the clavicle end through the chest and then stretch out on both sides of the body, the palms sink upwards and the shoulders fall to the elbows, the shoulders are closed, the two forearms are twisted outward, the palms are spiral, and continue to walk;

The three methods are for the lion to open its mouth, rotate the left palm inward while walking, the left arm seems to be bent but not bent, it seems to be true and not straight, the palm is facing up, the palm fingers are for the center of the circle, the right palm is turned up to the top of the head, the palm is down, and the palms are opposite;

The four methods are to offer fruit to the white ape, close the arms and bend the elbows while walking, put the wrists together, sink the shoulders and elbows, and the palms of both palms are obliquely upward, supporting them in front of the chest, and the chest is facing the center of the circle;

The five methods are to push the eight horses, flip the palms and arms inward while walking, the thumbs are facing up, the palms are facing each other, and the palms are pushed to the center of the circle;

The six methods are to hold the moon in your arms, turn your palms over while walking, turn your thumbs up, palms to your chest, and keep your arms outward, and continue to walk;

The seven methods are to point to the sky and insert the ground, while walking and turning, the left palm finger is rotated downward, the palm is outward, the back of the palm is attached to the outside of the right knee, the right palm is pierced, the palm finger is pointed to the sky, the right arm is stretched up, the palm is spiraled backwards, and continue to walk;

Eight methods for the green dragon to explore the claw, while walking the left arm up, the index finger to the sky, the tiger's mouth to support the round, the palm to the center of the circle, the palm is higher than the shoulder, the shoulder is heavy and the elbow, the top finger of the collapsed wrist, stretched out in the front chest, at the same time the right palm under the buckle under the left elbow, the collapsed wrist kicking the palm, the middle finger to the tip of the left elbow, twisting the waist and turning the body, the chest for the center of the circle, the eyes through the left palm of the tiger's mouth level, continue to walk.

The eight methods of the Baguazhang can be practiced separately, connected, or interspersed with cultivation, which needs to be mastered flexibly.

Hinata Junlin originally thought that cultivating the Eight Methods of Walking Steps was not too difficult, but he was still too optimistic. Or, it only took him half a year to practice the Liangyi pile to a small success, and it took less than two months to practice the mud step, all of which was too smooth, which inevitably made him a little impetuous.

Unconsciously, another month has passed, and although Hinata Junlin is still working hard as always, he has gained very little from his cultivation in the Eight Methods of Walking Steps, and even the one method of tiger coming out of the mountain has never really entered the threshold.

In this month, Hinata Junlin did not find problems, but because he was in a hurry, he got into the horns, and the more he wanted to do a good job, the more he often couldn't do it well.

The relationship between the Heavenly Dao clone and Hyuga Junlin is the closest, it can be said that they are both prosperous and lossy, and they have no distinction between each other, so naturally they found out the problem at the first time, but he did not say anything to remind him. There are some problems that he has to be aware of in person, so that he can be more impressed, so as not to make the same mistake in the future.

After a few more days, Hinata Junlin finally woke up, but he was no longer in a hurry to practice the Eight Methods of Walking Steps, but gave himself a two-day vacation. In the past two days, he did nothing, first had a good night's sleep, and then relaxed himself.

Two days later, Hinata Junlin completely expelled the last impatience in his heart, and once again regained his normal heart and tireless desire for a strong body.
