Forest Magic (Extra)

Zyra's memories are long ago, and they are as deep as the roots of the earth. She remembered that when her race was still very young, rune wars swept the world, and mortal armies fought each other for the key to creation.

In the dense forests of the southern part of Kumangu, between the two great rivers that divide Shurima in the east, lies the legendary Jyoro Garden. Elemental magic has transformed the land in bizarre and impermanent ways, nurturing ferocious carnivorous plants. Any lost creature that comes close is their prey. They grow and devour here, paying no attention to mortal quarrels, and as long as the cane keeps crawling through the forests and swamps, they can be satisfied. From their point of view, they're all Zyra...... Food and nutrients are abundant, even in times of war.

There was a small group of soldiers, whose allegiance was now lost in time, and what kind of loot they had crossed the land in search of is now remembered. They are led by an ambitious female mage - but they are far from home and destined to die in the poisonous fog and pollen of this cursed land.

The inhabitants of the garden swooped at them, their barbed tentacles whipping against their armor and flesh, tearing with ease. Although they put up a heroic resistance, the warriors knew they wouldn't last long, so they turned to their mage for help. She summoned her power and created a powerful explosion. The air burned with rune imprints, emitting an eerie light, and at this time, the clumps of thorns had begun to encircle and approach.

At that moment, an out-of-control spark ignited the diffuse swamp gas, causing the explosion to wipe out all living beings within a radius of several miles. Among the survivors of the Rune Wars scattered everywhere, none of them knew what would happen to Jielu Garden.

Hundreds of years have passed. The surface of the land that was once a battlefield is empty and dead...... But deep underground, something was stirred. The energy of the explosion had already precipitated and condensed, and under the nourishment of the demonic explosion, one pod after another swelled open, pulsating with unnatural vitality. Finally, a creature crawled out, gasping for breath and full of doubt.

It sees a broken, different world, with new vitality and new ideas in its body. Its mind is mixed with contradictory memories, and it is the fertile soil under its feet that gives it memories and forcibly instills them in this newborn sense of self. It can remember the warmth of the sun, the sweetness of the rain and dew, the words of strength, and the pain of the death of hundreds of mortals.

For some reason it doesn't understand itself, it—she—refers to itself as Zyra.

She stepped out of her birthplace and into the wilderness outside, knowing that she was very different from the other creatures she encountered. Mortals make her feel terrible and displeased, while the ethereal spirits are often capricious or arrogant. None of these creatures seem to have any respect for the realm in which they live, and will plunder them as long as they exist. Such a creature fills Zyra with anger and disdain. In the lands she had trodden, new life sprouted unbridled—all voracious plants that were constantly changing and evolving under her gaze, capable of shooting poisonous barbs or sprouting vine tentacles at terrifying speeds.

No longer limited by her roots, Zyra began to wander, preying and growing with her deadly fruit seeds, strangleholding all other life in the world. She had made the fields wither, encroached on entire settlements, and crushed the brave or foolish who fought against her, turning them into galleries of terrible flowers and plants everywhere she went.

As the rivers of Shurima become abundant again, unfamiliar vegetation appears on the banks of the river, slowly spreading eastward each season. Whether uprooted or burned by fire, the rate of growth has not slowed down in the slightest......

Lulu has always been a warm-hearted yodeler and always caring. While she lives in reality, she also lives in her own weird fantasies. One day, she was wandering in the physical realm when she suddenly came across something that looked like a bird with folded wings. She immediately ran over to help, but the bird suddenly turned into a mischievous little fairy. Before she could react, the little fairy grabbed her staff and flew away. Lulu laughed happily and chased after her.

The fairy led her deep into the forest. Together, they stepped over boulders, burrowed over fallen tree trunks, and walked around ancient Cobblestone Tepe. The fairy rushes into the cave behind a waterfall, and Lulu follows. It swayed in front of it, always close to it.

They walked and walked along the cave. Lulu stumbled between the crooked roots and the glowing mushrooms, and before she knew it, they had crossed into the spiritual realm. The environment around them becomes stranger and more distorted: upside down, backwards and forwards, size reversed.

Eventually, after what seemed like an eternity, Lulu finally caught the little fairy, and then she found out that his name was Pixar.

Pixar's little hand snapped his fingers, then turned Lulu's cane into a spiral-shaped staff and threw it back to Lulu. Leaves and flowers grew on the staff, making Lulu smile. So, because of their shared passion for mischievousness, playfulness and nature, the two formed a friendship forever.

Pixar leads her into a fantasy wonderland.

Lulu's hometown of Bandel City is already a strange place of magic, where there is no logic, time has lost its meaning, and the natural laws of the material realm are not in effect at all. However, Wonderland is an even more bizarre place - it has existed long before the yodelers appeared, and perhaps Bandle City was born from Wonderland. This place of primordial magic has always been hidden so deep that no yodeler has ever discovered it...... Until this moment.

Here, Lulu's own magic goes wild. She couldn't help but find that she could change the shape of the objects around her at will, as well as change her own form. With her soaring imagination, anything becomes reality.

Lulu didn't know if Pixar had brought her here because he felt he had met a similar soul, if he just wanted someone to play with him, or if Wonderland needed her for some other purpose - but she fell in love with it right away. Her life became an endless one of creation and play, and she soon forgot all other existence.

When she finally remembered, it felt like waking up from a dream.

She found herself back in the physical realm, not knowing if a day had just passed, or a thousand years. To her surprise, she discovers that some newfound abilities have returned with her, she can make small things bigger, turn things into their favorite colors, and make creatures fall asleep involuntarily. Pixar never gets tired of watching her flick of her staff to turn a giant beast into a tiny frog or a confused squirrel.

Although she was happy, she began to miss the fantasy wonderland. She decides to go back to Wonderland, but she realizes that she can't remember the way anymore. Pixar couldn't help, and he said he had forgotten his way, but it was also possible that he hadn't had enough outside.

Lulu didn't care, but set off on the road. She was sure that the path back to Wonderland was always changing, so no matter which path she took, it was the right one. So she simply chooses the direction whenever and wherever she wants, and even as long as it looks fun, she does not hesitate to risk her life. Her footprints are far and wide, and magic, destruction, and calamity always seem to follow.

In Demacia, she rescues a group of children from a boring history class and takes them to a nearby ranch. The games she designed turned the kids into poisonous mushrooms in the end. For a month, their parents and local militia searched for them in vain. While that wasn't Lulu's intention, it was just as fun. The children eventually came home and told the adults about the experience, but no one believed it.

In the borderlands of Freljord, the weapons in the hands of the two rival clans turned to flowers as they charged and fought. A vicious battle immediately turned into a chaotic farce, just because Lulu thought it was funny. Lately, she's happily lost in Ionia, frolicking with the nightly red flowers of Aoi Grove, and playing pranks with the Shadowstream disciples because she thinks they're too serious and not good for her health.

Although Lulu wants to return to Wonderland and misses it so much, she is happy now because there are more opportunities for adventure and play every day.

Besides, she has realized that fantasy wonderland has always been part of her heart, and wherever she goes, it is fairyland.
