When they arrived at the fire scene, the task of the Chaoyang City Public Security Fire Detachment was to supply water to the high-power foam truck of Zhoushuizi Airport and the Benxi City Fire Detachment to supply foam. Lin Shuqiang led the people to transport foam, and the large foam barrel of more than 100 kilograms could not be pushed on the asphalt after the fire. On the south side is tank No. 103, on the west side is tank No. 106, and the pump room on the east side has been blown into empty shelves, and there is no cover here.

At 16:20 on the afternoon of the 17th, the Benxi City Public Security Fire Detachment and the Zhoushuizi Airport foam truck withdrew from their positions, and the Chaoyang Detachment became a lone soldier. Lin Shuqiang was the first to notice that a piece of the bottom of the No. 103 tank bulged out and burned red, and he took the soldiers to cool this piece. After the battle, Lin Shuqiang went home and saw his mother sitting alone at home. My mother asked, "What did you do?" Lin Shuqiang said: "I didn't do anything, everything is normal." My mother said, "You are lying, you haven't been home for a month and a day, your expression, your eyes are different from usual, you must have encountered a fire." Lin Shuqiang smiled and didn't say anything.

Recalling the 7.16 fire battle, Lin Shuqiang said that such a large fire field, if it was not sacrificed, would be a fortune. For the Chaoyang Fire Detachment, it is the first time that such a large-scale mobilization of troops, the first time to go out of the city to fight, the first time to go out to fight far away, the first time to mobilize so many soldiers, and the first time that 79 people have been awarded meritorious service awards at once.
