(11) Pelvic stasis syndrome
It is a syndrome caused by chronic pelvic venous blood stasis due to a variety of causes. Long-term upright work, posterior position**, early marriage and prolific birth, constipation, sexual incoordination, etc., can cause slowing of pelvic venous blood flow, blood stasis, and congestion and edema of local tissues and organs. **Mouth,**body,**endometrium-interstitium,-ovaries enlarged due to edema, affecting normal function.
Most of the patients have long-term standing work, early marriage, and multiple births. Weakness, dull pain, soreness in the lower abdomen, abnormal fatigue, difficulty in continuing to work, even unable to do housework, difficulty falling asleep, dreaming a lot, irritability, palpitations, headache, bloating and shortness of breath.

(1) The patient is in the supine position, the surgeon is located on the right side, and the patient's abdomen is repeatedly gently kneaded and pushed for 3~5 minutes with the palm of both hands, and the force should not be too heavy, and the patient's local relaxation is appropriate, see this figure (1).
(2) Immediately after the above method, the surgeon uses the point shaking method to repeat the operation around the patient's umbilicus and under the umbilicus for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (2).
(3) The surgeon uses the middle finger to rub the patient's Shenque, Daheng, Tianshu, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongji and other acupoints for 3~5 minutes, see Figure (3).
(4) Immediately following the above method, the surgeon uses his thumb to rub the patient's blood sea, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yongquan and other acupoints for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (4).
2. Precautions
(1) Patients with this disease should pay attention to strengthening rest while receiving the above treatment, especially not doing heavy physical labor.
(2) It is more appropriate to take the right side decubitus position when sleeping to reduce the pressure on the pelvis.
(3) Keep the stool smooth to reduce abdominal pressure, and pay attention to the stimulation of the pelvic cavity.
(4) Perform physical exercises within your capacity to enhance pelvic muscle tone.
