(4) Diarrhea in children
Pediatric diarrhea can occur in all seasons and is characterized by frequent stools, loose, watery or with undigested milk and mucus, often accompanied by vomiting. If the disease is not treated promptly or severely, it often causes varying degrees of dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.
Weak spleen and stomach function in children, external wind chill or uncontrolled milk diet can cause diarrhea. In particular, sudden changes in climate, such as a cold in the abdomen and caudal sacral, can cause diarrhea due to accelerated bowel movements. In addition, unclean diet, improper feeding, and breast milk that is too oily, too greasy, too cold, too hot, etc., can cause diarrhea.
The main symptoms are increased stool frequency, loose or watery stools, pale yellow color, and a small amount of mucus. It may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever and other symptoms. Severe diarrhea can present with dehydration, acid-base imbalance, and electrolyte imbalances.

2. Precautions
(1) Diarrhea can be a symptom alone or a symptom of other diseases, and should be clearly diagnosed to avoid missed or misdiagnosed.
(2) Pay attention to scientific feeding, preferably breastfeeding. During this period, the nursing mother's diet should be light and easy to digest. Eat less cold, starchy foods and gas-producing foods, such as greens, potatoes, cauliflower, etc.
(3) The nursing mother is in a happy and comfortable mood. When you are tired or in hot weather, express your milk before breastfeeding, and pay attention to ** and hand hygiene.
(4) Pay attention to strengthen the warmth of the abdomen, lumbosacral region and feet of the child, drink more water, and prevent electrolyte disorders.
