Chapter 41: The Laughing Room

News of freshmen Neil and Bonnie being sent to the Laughing Room in their first magic class quickly spread throughout the campus.

Jerry had to go to class on his own in the afternoon, and Bonnie was in a very low mood all afternoon.

Holding a copy of Transfiguration Theory and Fundamentals, she walked through an ugly iron door into a hallway.

The sign on the wall of the hallway reads, "Go straight ahead of the laughing room."

"Hey, come here, go this way!" At the end of the hallway stood a man who was greeting him. The light at the end of the hallway was so dim that Bonnie couldn't see her face clearly.

"Give me your name first, are you here for the 'Laughing Room'?"

"Uh, yes." Bonnie walked over and finally got a good look at her face.

"Are you—Professor Miley?" Bonnie was overjoyed.

"Why are you here?" Bonnie recognized it as Old Professor Miley who taught tricks.

"It's Eliza's child, I recognize you at a sight." Old Professor Miley said kindly.

Even though Professor Miley is seventy-five years old, her smile still shows the beautiful silhouette of her youth.

Her silver-white hair was coiled up, like a lovely and kind grandmother, and her eyes looked very warm.

Professor Miley's appearance in the "Laughing Room" surprises Bonnie.

"My father often mentions you, and you still seem so kind."

"Can you tell me what I did wrong?" Old Professor Miley looked at her sympathetically.

"I didn't pay attention to bring the two white mice that my father bought, but they weren't allowed in the Freshman Admission Handbook."

"I understand you, Bonnie, I did this when I was younger."

Professor Miley smiled wistfully, "These things are normal. After she finished speaking, she leaned into Bonnie's ear and whispered, "You are very lucky child, I am in charge of the laughing room this year, you will not be sad." ”

Bonnie pursed her lips and said gratefully, "Thank you very much, Professor Miley. ”

"Is the [Laughing Room] here?" Jerry's inquiry came from across the hallway.

He came running profusely and stomped on the floor, and Professor Miley hurriedly reminded, "Be quiet, be gentle!" ”

"Don't wake up those snack monsters." Professor Miley kept reminding.

Bonnie was amazed to see Jerry here.

"Why are you here?" Bonnie looked behind Jerry, but there was no one else.

"Is it just you?" Bonnie wondered, "You've surprised me like this!" ”

"Let me catch my breath, Bonnie!" Jerry crouched down and gasped, "yes, it's me, I'm Neil Kaka!" ”

"Huh?" Bonnie was stunned, and immediately realized that Neil must have asked Jerry to come and replace him.

"Sausages, mouths, mouths—" Jerry winked at her, hinting at him, "No, no people." ”

The conversation between the two of them made Professor Miley, who was standing on the sidelines, feel at a loss.

"You look familiar, young man, please give me your name." Professor Miley smiled.

"I, my name is Neil Kaka." Jerry puts Neil's name on the list.

Professor Miley narrowed her eyes, looked down at Jerry for a moment, and muttered, "You really look like a person." ”

With that, she led Jerry and Bonnie into the "laughing room".

"Look at your features," Miley said loudly, glancing back at Jerry, "how much more like that kid back then!" ”

Jerry and Bonnie follow her, the two of them winking at each other, and Bonnie keeps asking why he came and not Neil.

"How can you come for Neil? What about your afternoon lessons? Bonnie lowered her voice and said quickly.

"He's worse off than he was in the morning, and I have a lot of sympathy for him, and I can't blame him for that." Jerry replied in a low voice.

"He's doing you a lot of harm!"

"But I don't think so!"

Bonnie and Jerry argue behind Professor Miley.

Professor Miley turned around suddenly, and Jerry and Bonnie immediately pulled half a step away from each other and shut up.

"Don't be nervous, it's just an afternoon." Professor Miley looked at Jerry with a smile, "Oh, I'm a little impressed, you, you look like the kid who knows how to train your dragon, Ka-Cassie. Professor Miley excitedly.

She looked at Jerry with a very tender gaze and muttered, "It's so similar, if anyone says you're father and son, I'll believe you, Ni, Ni-" She narrowed her eyes and struggled to recall.

"Neil Kaka, Professor Miley." Bonnie reminded.

There was silence in the "laughing room" for a while, and the eyes of the three stayed on each other for a while.

"Uh, yes, Neil Kaka." Jerry said shyly, glad Bonnie didn't expose him, otherwise the trip would have been in vain.

"You don't look like a mischievous kid—" Professor Miley took a few steps forward, turning to see Jerry and Bonnie arguing over something, "You two look excited?" ”

"Is there anything good to share?" Professor Miley was stunned.

"No—nothing, Professor Miley." Bonnie laughed awkwardly.

"Bonnie, your father has a good relationship with me, I'll let you end it sooner."

Jerry glanced at Bonnie, who lipsed at him, "You're sending yourself into the fire pit like this." ”

Jerry shrugged his shoulders and gestured, "I understand, but this is the last resort, Neil can't come, I can't leave him alone!" ”

Jerry struggled to explain, and he made a pleading gesture: "You take me for Neil now, and don't reveal my identity in front of Professor Miley." ”

Bonnie shrugged her shoulders and smiled helplessly, her eyes widened suddenly, and she pointed behind Jerry, alerting him to the back.

"What?" Jerry frowned, his eyes rolled, he didn't dare to turn around immediately, he felt a hand behind him groping on his back, "What's it!" Jerry broke out in a cold sweat.

He turned around and screamed, and the hand screamed.

- It is a red plant that looks like the palm of a hand.

Jerry fell to the ground in fright, and looked up to see the palm of his hand trembling towards him.

He was horrified. He didn't notice that another palm was slowly approaching him behind him.

- The palm of the hand crept his buttocks and quickly retracted into the soil.

Jerry turned around and saw the potted plant's soil loosen a little.

He heard his own snort and immediately jumped up from the ground.

"Don't be surprised, the snack freaks just woke up."

Professor Miley brought an open box full of dried melons and preserved fruits and walked with a smile.

"Feed them this, and they'll be well-behaved." As she spoke, she took out some dried melons and fruits from the box, put them in the palm of her hand, and handed them to the potted plant.

After a while, a palm reached out from the soil, took the dried melons and fruits handed by Professor Miley, and slammed the ground, and the red palm retracted into the soil.

"Remember, don't speak rudely in front of them, they hate uncivilized people the most. These are the Snack Monsters, and they must be fed some snacks so they don't mess around. Professor Miley said carefully.

"Sit down on those two chairs, Bonnie, Kaka." Professor Miley smiled, "This is Professor Eisenstein's new invention, and they won't be bothering you for long." ”

Bonnie and Jerry gave each other a worried look and stubbornly walked to the two chairs in the corner.

- It was a chair with two red palms each, and the surface of the chair was soft.

At first glance, it was as fun as a trampoline, but when they walked over and sat down, it felt sticky, as if someone had applied sliding glue to the chair.

Jerry stood up, let his hips off the chair, and heard two "da-da" sounds, but couldn't get up.

"Didn't you say you'd come to the station?" Jerry asked Bonnie confused, and Bonnie shook her head apologetically.

"This chair isn't comfortable at all." Jerry said depressedly.

"It's like somebody stuck a slug to a chair, and I feel sick to think about it." Bonnie said disgustedly.

"Babbling-" Jerry tried to stand up, but—as soon as his buttocks left the chair, he was immediately sucked back.

"What's going on? I can't move! I couldn't get up at all. ”

"Professor Miley!" "Wasn't it still here just now?" Jerry and Bonnie looked around, but didn't see Professor Miley.

Smack——!

There was a loud sound, and Jerry's arm was slapped by a red palm sticking out of the armrest of his chair.

"Oops!" He immediately felt a burning pain in his arm.

"It's terrible! I didn't expect anything disgusting to happen to us! Jerry tugged hard, and the chair babbled.

"It's useless, Professor Eisenstein likes to invent this kind of trick thing the most, I just hope that time will pass quickly!" Bonnie prayed.

Jerry's gaze changed from curiosity to anxiety at first, and then completely turned into a kind of fear, and soon he heard the sound of "silk" in his ears, and more than a dozen pairs of palms like mud around him were approaching them.

"Oh my god, what the hell!" Jerry nervous.

"I hate this kind of soft stuff the most!" Bonnie let out a scream, her face turned white with fright, "No, no, no, don't touch me, go over there!" ”

Two red palms approached Bonnie, who screamed and closed her eyes, waiting for them to slap her twice.

But—as the two red palms approached her nose, they suddenly turned in a different direction, and both moved toward Jerry.

"Don't come to me, go, go, go away!"

"Hahaha, hahaha, hahaha! It's so itchy, it's so itchy! Hahaha-"

Jerry screamed and laughed, and at this moment, eight red palms were scratching his body, "Hahaha! Bonnie, it's itchy, it's itchy! Hahaha! ”

Bonnie's mouth opened wide to see Jerry crying and laughing.

"Hahaha! Hahaha! Don't, don't, don't go here—" Jerry felt like his whole body was crawling with ants, itching, aching, numbness.

"Oops! Don't do this, don't do this, don't do this to me, I'm going to laugh crazy! Hahaha! ”

The two palm monsters suddenly took off Jerry's shoes and tickled the soles of his feet, making Jerry laugh until he couldn't stop crying.

"Hahaha! Bonnie, hahaha! Bonnie! ”

Bonnie was surprised: "Why do they only scratch you?"

"Hahaha! These [snack monsters] must be mothers, interested in boys, hahaha! Bonnie smiled from ear to ear.

As soon as her laughter had ended, she suddenly screamed loudly, and two soft palms rudely took off her shoes and began to scratch the soles of her feet.

"Hahaha! No, no, I swear—" Bonnie cried and laughed, "Jerry, I swear, woo, never come back next time, hahaha, ha, hahaha!" Bonnie cried angrily.

"Hahahahahaha

In the entire "laughing room", there was a continuous sound of crying and laughing.

When Jerry realized he could move, he stood up from the sticky chair and found the red palms receding like a tidal wave, disappearing into thin air in an instant.

The soil of the surrounding potted plants moved, and some of the soil shook to the ground.

- The palm monsters that surrounded him just now burrowed into the soil.

"Hahaha! Hahaha! Hahaha! Hahaha! ”

Jerry turned her head to see that Bonnie was still laughing, and she couldn't stop.

She was like a strange monkey, laughing incessantly, and she couldn't hear her.

Jerry was incredulous, suspecting that Bonnie was scratched by the palm monster and laughed out of her head.

He stood up, Bonnie still basking in her own laughter, and no one could stop her.

Jerry yelled twice in her ear!

Bonnie didn't hear it!

She couldn't stop laughing!

Jerry finally knows why the students avoid the Laughing Room!

He put on his shoes, moved his legs and walked two steps, and the palm of his hand touched the back of his buttocks, and he felt very sick.

He had just taken two steps when an egg white-like liquid hit his head above his head.

"Something!" He touched the yellow mucus with his hand, retched, bent over and threw up.

When he got up, he felt two palms grabbing his waist from behind him, and those hands were dry, hard, and not at all like soft palms.

Suddenly, a beastly fear welled up in his heart, and then he heard a clear breath in his ears.
