(14) Supraspinatus tendinitis
The supraspinatus muscle is triangular in shape, and when the humerus is abducted, the supraspinatus tendon moves in a narrow gap, which is prone to degenerative changes and aseptic inflammation. In Chinese medicine, this is called tendon injury or tendon injury. It is mainly manifested by lateral pain in the shoulder, which varies in severity. People with severe shoulder pain, poor diet, and difficulty falling asleep. (4) The body position remains unchanged, and the surgeon uses the thumb of the right hand to rub and treat the Quchi, Waiguan, and Lieqi acupoints on the affected side for 3~5 minutes, as shown in this figure (4).
2. Precautions
(1) Before treatment, it should be ruled out whether it is complicated with other locomotor system diseases, and the primary disease should be actively treated.
(2) Shoulder-bearing exercise and strain on the shoulder joint and shoulder back on the affected side should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the chance of seizure.
(3) At the same time of treatment, other joints of the upper limb on the affected side, such as elbow, wrist, metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints, should also be appropriately coordinated and assisted in activities.
(4) Avoid strain sports such as sitting at the desk for a long time and driving, and avoid cold in the upper limbs and parts.
(5) Shoulder well points in pregnant patients are prohibited, and this method should be used with caution.
