(19) Cervical spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis is also known as cervical spondylosis. The lesions mainly accumulate cervical vertebrae, intervertebral discs and their surrounding tissue structures, causing compression of nerve roots, spinal cord, vertebral arteries and sympathetic nerves, causing corresponding symptoms, such as neck and shoulder tightness, limb and arm pain, finger numbness, lower limb spasm, difficulty walking, dizziness and other symptoms. The neck pain is deep and diffuse, which can affect the occipital, top, shoulder, back, upper back, and upper limbs, and there will also be neck stiffness and spasm of the neck and back muscles, resulting in limited neck movement, and in severe cases, the head is crooked.
1. Methods and steps

(1) The patient takes a sitting position, the surgeon is located behind the patient, with the palm of the right hand as the focus point, and the palm of the hand rubs the patient's shoulder well for 3~5 minutes. 2. Precautions
