Duodenitis is a common disease caused by a variety of etiologies, which can occur alone or coexist with peptic ulcer, chronic gastritis, etc. The disease may be related to drinking, alcoholism, and long-term consumption of spicy and stimulating foods, and some may be related to depression.

The main symptoms are abdominal fullness, belching, acid reflux, and nausea after eating.

1. Methods and steps

(1) The patient is in a supine position, and the surgeon sits on the right side. Take the thumb of the right hand on the abdomen, especially above the navel, mainly on the right side, and repeatedly push and knead for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (1).

(2) The position remains unchanged, the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger of the operator's right hand are brought together, and the finger abdomen is used as the focus point to repeatedly perform the operation on the patient's abdomen for 3~5 minutes, as shown in this figure (2).

(3) Immediately following the upper method, use the fingertips of the middle finger to press and rub the Tianshu, Daheng, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and other acupoints on both sides, and repeatedly press and knead for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (3).

(4) The patient is in the prone position, and the position of the surgeon remains unchanged. The surgeon uses the palm root kneading method to repeatedly operate on the diaphragm, liver, gallbladder and other acupoints for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (4).

2. Precautions

(1) The diet should be scientific, comprehensive and reasonable, and eat less and more often.
