The modification part of the VTS written in this article is not groundless, and the basic reference is based on the Dongfeng logo 307 and 2000CC class cars of the 05 China Track Championship (CCC) team Hualong Racing. And the co-pilot seat on the VTS is purely to cope with the traffic police encountered on a daily basis, and after dismantling, it is a pure racing car.

The current modification of the VTS is as follows:

1. The whole car is reinforced and welded, and the whole car has been reduced, the original weight of VTS is 1200 kg, and the total weight of the car with leaf maple is 1080 kg after the modification is removed from the co-pilot and the roll cage is installed, which is in line with the provisions of the CCC competition.

2. The engine is modified, the original cylinder is installed (required by the competition), the compression ratio is improved, the engine speed is also increased from the original 6000rpm to about 9000rpm, and the engine connecting rod and flywheel are imported and manufactured ultra-light and super-strong products. The power of the car has also been increased from 160 hp to 225 hp. (Hualong's 307 has been increased from 160 to 210, taking into account Senna's technical advantages, it has been slightly improved)

3. The driving computer, the ECU of the original car was changed to the racing Autronic SM4ECU, and the corresponding program was reprogrammed.

4. Gearbox, the gearbox is a 5-speed spur ratio gearbox (commonly known as the dogtooth gearbox), and the differential is an LSD limited-slip differential (Powerlock).
