Chapter 30: The Phantom Man and the Hospital
Interracial disgust hospitals.
Unlike vampires and werewolves, which are as realistic as sensory stimulation, demons don't like hospitals because, uh, you know, no one likes to open a door that gets knocked on and find someone who has come and turned away.
The Phantom Man doesn't like the hospital because, well, in the Phantom Man's vision, it is filled with a gloomy amount of gray, and occasionally a dazzling white light will light up from a certain ward, accompanied by the noise of electric shocks, sometimes the white will turn into a relieved cyan, and more often, it will be completely dull, and it will become a cloud.
As for the shapeshifter, it is impossible to see anything from that face, but it can be guessed that he is hungry.
A faint bright yellow covered the body of 'Wells', and it was Wells' body temperature that was fed back into the real world. Danny floated around the room, frowning, it was boring, but it was within his reach.
We can understand that people are always delusional about warmth at various times, especially in this hospital. The various rays of light only swirled around the phantom's body, and then flowed onto the bed, mummy-like 'Wells'.
The inky black rounded the guards in police uniforms and stopped in front of Danny, who looked like glass. That's Mike.
The phantom's body drifted slightly away from the inky black, and Danny didn't know what kind of mentality he should use to face the demon. Although they are both soul aliens, the two take completely different paths. Danny stepped out of the bounds of the groundbinders on his own and became what he is now, and the demons were sent to Hell when they were bound to the grounds.
Let's not say the prejudiced word 'degenerate', which is described as such, 'educated' by our predecessors, and elevated to become a demon.
Don't say that Mike is taking shortcuts, after all, there are countless guys who are not demons in hell. and unlucky guys like filmmakers and even wanderers. Although Danny will have a sense of superiority that he can 'get on his own path', but thinking that he can only provide the shape-changing person with the use of providing body temperature, this superiority is gone.
"We're leaving. Temporarily out of the container, Mike couldn't hold on like Crowley, and in the inky black mass, bright red light shimmered through the wrapper. He was communicating the decision outside, "They don't know what's influencing the course of events, so they can only make 'Wells' disappear." β
Danny nodded, but Kim on the bed spoke, "No, I'm going to court, those people need to pay for what they did to me." β
"What are you talking about?" the guard outside the ward poked into a head, looking through the two slit, plaster cast, hanging legs in the air, at the hapless face held up by the immobilizer.
"Nope. Close the door. I am a patient. Didn't have a **. Kim uttered these words without saying a word, causing the guard to pout in annoyance and slam the door shut.
"You're Kim, not Wells. Danny shook his head helplessly, the most dangerous exchange of identities, with the help of Crowley's demon, was very smooth, and the plan went smoothly to the next step. There is no reason, Kim suddenly entered the play too deeply. What was said was completely from Wells's position, completely abandoning their plans, which was confusing.
"It doesn't matter who I am. Kim's voice was flat, as he always was, but that's what made it uncomfortable," I was lying in a hospital bed. Nothing, the situation can't get any worse anymore, why not fight it once. β
"Do you remember why we're here?" asked Danny helplessly.
"Remember, but it doesn't matter anymore, I'm lying in this position. I'm going to do this. This is what I should do. Kim replied.
Don't think they didn't check this bed, this room, but it didn't come to fruition. If it weren't for the fact that there was really no way, neither Mike nor Danny wanted to bother Crowley and Grande, who really gave them this task.
Danny looked inquiringly at the inky black, asking what to do next.
The bright red in the inky black flashed, "Sorry, Kim, it'll be fine in a moment." β
The black gathered, like a water snake winding in the water, rushing towards the shapeshifter on the bed.
The mist-like water snake slammed into Wells' chest and spread, threads like spider silk coiling around her white bandaged body. Wells was about to open his mouth and try to say something, but the black thread pierced the lips of the shapeshifter up and down like a flying needle thread!
Do you have any beautiful fantasies about the power of demons who are imprisoned in hell and tortured for eternity?
The black silk thread did not stop, the eyes, ears and even the nostrils, the opening on the body, the silk thread was like an unstoppable steel needle, piercing, revealing and stitching rapidly!
Danny's body wrapped in colorful streamers retreated again, and he was also a soul alien, allowing him to see a scene that no other alien race could see. I don't know if it's misfortune or luck.
A piercing alarm sounded, and the black silk threads gathered towards Wells'' left chest as the door rang out with a rapid chip and the door was slammed open, stabbing in!
Danny the Phantom could see the immobile heart that had been stitched together.
"Ambulance!"
The small ward was quickly packed, and the nurses pushed the stout men to the shouts of the guards, "Get out! Let the doctors do their job!"
Danny's hand sliced through the air, and the halo that covered Wells' body slowly peeled away and dissipated.
"Recharge! Get out of your hands...... No heart rhythm!Try again......"
The shouts rang out in the interval between each electrical noise and Wells' clicked body, and the dazzling white light enveloped Danny, who had been forced back to the corner of the ceiling, and the color of his whole body was shattered, and the boundaries of his body almost merged with the dazzling white!
Why? The expectations and delusions that erupted in this instant were too great for our phantoms to bear. Think about it, this is what the doctor expects the dead to recover, nothing** is more powerful than this!
From the powerful ** back to reality.
There was a complete silence in the room, "Announce it." The man in white put the pacemaker back in his hand and glanced at the wall clock on the wall, "Time of death ......"
Daniel, a phantom man who lives on human **, has no oppression, and slowly falls from the corner of the wall, and here it returns to gray.
The white was covered with 'Wells' face, but it wasn't over yet.
Danny floated silently to the side, and he could feel the changeling's true heartbeat still there, but it was beating a little harder, apparently resisting the demon Mike's rape.
The outside of the room began to be noisy, the medical records had been taken away, and the doctor who looked through it seemed to wonder why this was the case, and was asking if an autopsy should be performed to better understand the cause of the sudden cardiac arrest.
And the guards were all frowning, they didn't have the right to decide, and began to report to their superiors, waiting for feedback.
This is not a long time, please consider the reality of the city of Patton and the attitude of the Patton Police Department towards the whole thing, whether the answer to the autopsy is, no.
That's the real end.
When Wells's hospital bed was pushed out, Danny heard the doctor's words, and the helpless middle-aged doctor was holding an X-ray, "I don't know if you guys don't care, but I took a closer look, and the only possibility is a blood clot here last time, most of the time, it will go away on its own." But there is a very small chance that they will enter the heart and cause sudden arrest. β
The doctor looked at the guard as if he didn't care, shook his head, and put down the medical record, "Whatever you want, I'll sue you anyway......"
Danny thought about it, and told SΓΉ Zack, after all, the reason for this was that James didn't want Wells to hang up.
Zach sat at his desk, as usual, his glass dangling in the other, waiting for the silence in the earpiece to pass.
James's voice was low, "Wells still has no legal status. β
"Yes. Zach felt that he couldn't smile now, and replied lightly, "Kim has returned safely, and there is no longer any idea of continuing to be 'Wells', if you care." β
Zach could hear the breathing on the other side of the earpiece, disgusted by Zach's deliberate teasing.
"What about Wells?"
"He's good. Zach pouted, "Crowley got rid of that blood clot and he'll be alive and well." β
"So......" James seemed to breathe a sigh of relief before saying this, "he is really going to die today." β
"Yes. Zach tilted his head, thinking about this strange direction, what a depressing ending it would be if 'something' really arranged this qiΔ.
"Hey!" Zach laughed anyway, "James, he's still alive, you saved him." You've paid back your guilt. Zach raised an eyebrow, "Although I think you're just being sentimental." β
There was silence on the other side of the earpiece, but there was a familiar pout, and Zach shook his head, "Okay, James, now that you and your partner should be at ease, I don't think anyone will be willing to carry Wells's wishes and prosecute, right?"
Often, gang members such as 'Generals' are prosecuted by the government, such as the police and prosecutor's office, and Wells is at best a witness. It's just that Barton's environment (gang fights can't develop, volume 5) makes the city feel that this is a waste of manpower, so Wells will be an individual to the lawsuit, and it is ridiculous to say that Wells is based on injury compensation, which has nothing to do with punishing criminals.
This seemed to poke James in the sore spot again, and the phone was hung up.
Zach looked at the receiver and pouted, and put down the phone. Vampires really don't mean to be sarcastic, and James is a little too stingy.
"Why are you still here?" Louise pushed open the office door and looked sideways at the clock, "Didn't you have an appointment with Madison?"
Zach looked at the time, there were fifteen minutes to eight o'clock, Zach raised an eyebrow, "No hurry, I'm going to let him struggle a little longer in the idea of 'will he come'." Zach laughed.
Madison, uh no, it's me, I shouldn't mess with the vampires, after all, he's still the owner of the Grande, well, the boss who makes a living by sucking blood and picked me up to the Grande. (To be continued......)
