1:134 Trembling in the Night (Part II)

1:134 Shiver in the Night (Medium)

When Arthur opened his eyes again, it was already the next morning.

Bediwell fell prostrate at Arthur's bed, sleeping soundly.

Arthur scrambled to his feet, enduring a severe headache as he tried to remember what had happened yesterday.

The memories associated with the young knight in black armor became very vague. There seemed to be a sealed part of my brain, and the more I tried to touch it, the more my head hurt.

"Awake?" said Kay as he walked into the room, "Bedi, this boy has been at your bedside all night." Don't wake him up, let's get out and eat something first. Arthur nodded, and tiptoed out of the room.

"Is there anything you're hiding from me, Kay?" Arthur asked, eating his bread, "Who the hell is that man?" "Which one? I don't know what you're talking about. Kai played dumb as hard as he could.

"Yesterday you saw too, the young knight in black armor, the one who was with Parin Lore. Arthur asked viciously, "Don't be stupid, I know you can see it!" "I don't know, I don't know," Kai said pretending to be innocent, "I know the knights around Palinlore?" Although I spent some time in the Eastern Knights, I was just a nobody at that time, how could I know the big people around Parinlore?" "You're going to play dumb all the time, right?" Anger made Arthur's muscles bulge, "I know that man, but I don't know any memory of him." What the hell did that man do to me?weishenme, my body was subconsciously afraid of him?" "How do I know?"

"No, you know! you look me in the eye and make things clear for me!" Arthur urged, "I have a lot of gaps in my childhood memories that I guess must have something to do with that person. If you've been looking at it, tell me: Who is that person?" "What is that person's relationship with me!?" "What did that person do to me?!" Faced with this series of questions, Kai could only look at Arthur speechlessly. But his eyes wandered away in an instant. He only half compromised, but still said stiffly: "You won't want to remember." Even if I know I can't hide it from you, I still can't tell you anything. "Kai, you're such a damn fellow. Arthur cursed.

"I said, I can't tell you, I just can't. Kai still stiffened, "If you want to know, just find a way to remember it yourself!" "Very well!" Arthur suppressed his anger, "Since you've said it all, then I won't ask you anymore." Arthur coldly and mercilessly threw out a sentence: "From this day forward, we are no longer brothers." "What, what?" said Kay, "what do you mean by that?!" "At the end of the day, we're still not related by blood, but just fake family." Since you can turn a blind eye to my past, I don't need to treat you as a brother anymore. From now on, you and I will be cut off from each other, and we have nothing to do with each other. "Very well, boy. Kai blushed, "You're treating me as a stranger for the sake of a stranger?" "That guy is definitely not a stranger. I can feel it. Arthur retorted, "If you treat that person as a stranger, then I will treat you as a stranger too." If you are going to continue to ignore that person's existence, then I will continue to ignore yours as well. "You can't remember that guy, it's just going to make you miserable!" Kai shouted angrily.

"My past is all painful memories, and I still haven't forgotten it. Arthur also shouted, "To deny the past is to deny a part of my life!Do you know what that means?!" "Even so, I can't tell you!"

"Don't push me, Kai-" "Don't push me either, Arthur![can't] just [can't]!" "That's good, very good!" Arthur pulled out a bag of gold coins, "This is your share of the money you've had since you were last expelled from the Order." Get out of here!" "Arthur!" "I told you to get out!" Arthur yelled roughly.

"Okay, that's all. Kai was angry, picked up the money and walked away.

"Arthur?" said Evan.

Arthur sighed, "Can you follow him? "If you're worried, don't drive him away from the beginning!?" Ivan shouted dissatisfiedly.

However, Arthur didn't answer, and Evan looked at Arthur's iron-hearted appearance and knew that persuasion was meaningless. He quickly packed his luggage and ran to catch up with Kai.

"You madman, are you happy to drive your friends away one by one?" Tristan couldn't help but say.

"I don't have to worry about you. Arthur said, covering his head.
