Wizards from all over the world, welcome to London.

We have just won a war, a war to wrest financial control from greedy goblins, and crush the rebellion they are trying to start. I would like to thank everyone who was present to assist and facilitate this war.

The United Kingdom has been doing very well since the Ministry of Magic returned to the arms of pure-blood wizards on August 12 of this year. Our financial sector is set to reach record highs and unemployment will be at an all-time low when we return to wizard control, as our regulatory and other reforms will now give wizards in the UK more to harvest every day than ever before. Our enterprises are fighting against the power of foreign capital against the forces of domestic compradors, creating economic growth that Britain has not seen for a long time. I am now announcing that 700,000 Galleons will be spent in the army.

Soon our army will become stronger than ever. I would like to point out today some of the serious threats we are facing, as well as the enormous potential of the international community that has yet to be unleashed.

We live in a time of unprecedented opportunity. Every day brings new and growing dangers that threaten everything we hold dear. Muggle power grew and spread to every region of the planet. They threaten the safety of us wizards and Muggles themselves with weapons capable of destroying the entire planet. Muggles trafficked drugs that destroyed human minds and bodies, weapons capable of slaughtering millions of people, and even human populations, and they provoked wars that forced people to leave their homeland, threatening the safety of our wizards and putting us wizards in their shadow.

In short, our future faces both beautiful visions and grave dangers. Whether wizards lead the world to new heights, or Muggles that plunge the world into a valley of despair, is up to us. We have the ability and the right to choose to save the world from its path to perdition, to help our wizards realize their dreams, and to ensure that the next generation can grow up free from violence, hatred, and fear.

Now, we call on all wizards in the world to walk together towards the Great Awakening, to revive the wizard spirit, the honor of wizards, and to cheer up wizards.

History will test whether we can shoulder the burden. We will respond with a renewed will, a renewed determination, and a renewed dedication. We need to defeat the enemies of the wizards and unleash the potential of life itself.

We want the wizards of the world to be proud and independent, to abide by their responsibilities, to seek friendship, to respect each other, and to stand together in the greatest common good of all our wizards: to give a peaceful and dignified future to all wizards on the beautiful planet.

This is my true vision, the oldest vision of every shaman, and the deepest calling of every divine soul.

Let this be our mission, let this be our message to the world: we will fight together, dedicate together, and pursue peace, freedom, and justice together!
