The year 1656 was definitely a record-worthy date for the entire European political scene, when the Kingdom of Poland-Lithuania, once one of the overlords of Eastern Europe, announced its dissolution from its capital, Krakow, and the next day, the Parliament of Sem declared its closure indefinitely.

A week later, the great ceremony of the rank of the Polish king took place in the city of Krakow, and even though everyone knew that the Kingdom of Poland was only a step away from the ruins of the Polish-Lithuanian Kingdom, many Polish people still shed tears of remorse on this day.

Poland and Lithuania, the vast first-class Eastern European power, disappeared, and most of the country was severed off to become the homeland of the new Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, which eventually retained only the Polish nation before its union with the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

With the support of public opinion, Jan Sobiesky, the successor to the Polish-Lithuanian throne who had disappeared after the defeat and was deprived of all titles and fiefs, took the lead in raising the flag of judgment and held a first uprising to call on the people to form an army and counterattack the city of Krakow.

I have to say that Jan Sobieski's appeal is still quite good, and many Poles still cherish the glory of Poland and Lithuania, hoping to counterattack the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and re-establish themselves in Eastern Europe, and the great power heart of the Poles has not been deprived by this defeat.

These rebels, who were mainly composed of Polish angry youths, had no idea how cruel the war was, and the elite grenadiers of the Taiping Army only used a salvo and a round of grenade throwing to crush the rebels......

The Taiping army continued to crush layer after layer of rebel forces with one enemy and ten soldiers, proving once again how fragile the peasant rebel army was without military training.

However, due to the large number of Jan Sobieski's men, he was able to stabilize his position, but the army encircled by the Taiping army and the regular Polish army soon pounced on him from all sides like sharks smelling fish.

It is conceivable that the Polish rebels led by Jan Sobieski experienced less than two months from raising the flag of judgment to being suppressed......

With this quick counterinsurgency, the current Polish king once again proved the correctness of his political choice.

What Hong Tiancheng and the Polish king did not know, however, was that this farcical repression was merely a lurking revelation to the rebels.

Because Jan Sobiesky, as the leader, lost his trace after the rebels were suppressed, many of the rebels' defeated soldiers also went into the mountains and forests and became guerrillas who relied on the mountains to eat the mountains.
