Everything is illusory

From the Diamond Sutra: All appearances are false; All the ways are like dream bubbles, like dew and electricity, as such. Buddhism says: Everything is illusory, and life is like a dream scattered with the wind! Gathering and dispersing, joy and sorrow are fate!

The world fluctuates, and under the reconciliation of time, everything is right and wrong. Everything is both the top of the wave and the trough of the wave. Because the contradiction and reality exist at the same time, the positive and negative are canceled out. It's all unreal!

The Buddha said: Don't say it

A lot of things are "only understandable but not spoken"!

Buddhism emphasizes enlightenment, and all methods of becoming a Buddha are enlightenment, whether it is "epiphany" or "gradual enlightenment". However, the "Dharma" cannot be explicitly stated, because "the emptiness of all laws" can only be "enlightened" if we are not attached to the clear "phase". And if the "Fa" is said in words, it is the "appearance" and it is not the true face of the Fa.

Therefore, if the Buddha wants to "smile at the flowers", he can only enlighten but not say it explicitly.

Classic Five:

Color is emptiness, and emptiness is color

This phrase is from the Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra. Translated by Master Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty, it captures the essence of Zen Buddhism!

The whole sentence is "color is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from color, color is emptiness, emptiness is color, and it is the same when you want to know it." ”

Buddhists say that "color" refers to everything that the eye sees, and this sentence basically expounds the idea of the emptiness of all things. Don't be attached to all things, and make the body and mind uncomfortable, so that talking about emptiness but falling in love with emptiness, in fact, there is no difference between loving the world and loving emptiness, it is also clinging to it and not letting go. One flower is one world, one Buddha is the same

From the "Huayan Sutra": In the past, the Buddha plucked flowers, but the Buddha smiled, and then walked towards Bliss from a flower to realize the whole world and ascend to heaven!

The Buddha said: A flower is a world, a grass is a paradise, a leaf is as it comes, a sand is bliss, a pure land on one side, a smile is a dust, a thought is quiet.

All this is a state of mind, if there is nothing, you can have a flower, a world, a grass and a paradise. Through these, a flower and a grass are the whole world, and the whole world is as empty as flowers and plants, and there are Buddhas everywhere, and all living beings are Buddhas.

A look back on the past five hundred years

The Buddha said: Only by cultivating a hundred generations can we cross the same boat, and only by cultivating a thousand generations can we sleep together; The gaze of 500 times in the previous life is exchanged for the rubbing of shoulders once in this life.

An encounter in this life will surely give birth to too many sweet or painful memories of a past life. Ten thousand fates are all fate! The chance encounter, looking back, is destined for each other's lives, just for the moment when their eyes meet.

Great sorrow without tears, great enlightenment without words, laughter without sound

Great compassion without tears is because you are not sad in your heart, or you are more sad than dead
