Chapter 9: The Shadow Guild
Dineen was talking about you, not you, and the sensitive Pearl immediately picked up the taste.
"Humph!" Pearl snorted coldly, but his heart was very uncomfortable, his eyes were red, and the tears that had stopped flowed like rain again.
In the three days of Dineen's disappearance, Pearl was the most painful one, not only to force her composure and constantly comfort Erica, who had almost crossed over, but her worry about Dinen never stopped.
After days and nights of endless frantic searching, as long as you look at her bloodshot eyes, bloodless face, reduced shoulders, and 5 pounds of weight, you can know how much suffering she endured.
"It's good to come back, so that the mentor doesn't worry!" Pearl was looking for an excuse to hide his feelings, seeing that Erica and Dineen were still hugging tightly, reluctant to separate, a little happy, and a little sighing.
The student dormitory is very simple, and the place where you can sit is the bed.
The passion subsided slightly, and the two girls sat on the edge of the bed, listening to Dineh's account of the past few days.
Erica was still reluctant to part, leaning lightly on Dineen's chest, looking contented.
"Killer?"
When they heard Dineen say that the reason for her disappearance was that she had encountered two masked killers, the two women couldn't help but cry out in shock.
"Damn the Shadow Guild, damn the evil mercenaries!" Pearl gritted his teeth and scolded fiercely.
The Shadow Guild, an underground organization that lives in a dark world, where good and evil, only about money, accept a variety of tasks, including revenge, assassination, and the like.
Among them, some people only take on the task of punishing those who commit adultery and do all kinds of evil, and one is called the mercenary of justice;
Some people do not distinguish between good and evil, for the purpose of making money, and take pleasure in killing indiscriminately, and are called evil mercenaries.
These people also call themselves mercenaries, but they are definitely the existence that the Mercenary Guild refuses to recognize, and even the targets of various regimes and the Mercenary Guild to fight and clean up.
"The Abyss of Nothingness?" Pearl was immediately interested, and involuntarily sat up straight.
How exciting it is to jump off a high cliff and enter a maelstrom, and finally explore a huge void space!
"Erica, it's exciting, let's go play tomorrow, okay?" Pearl actively egged on.
"Ah, no." Erica softly refused, her voice slurred, and she was leaning on Dinein, looking drowsy.
"Don't go!" Dineen glared at Pearl vigorously and hurriedly stopped him.
Just kidding, who can guarantee that jumping into the maelstrom will be entering the abyss of nothingness?
Besides, the naga in it is not a vegetarian, well, even if Pearl's level is high, what if you kill a naga like chopping vegetables? Who can guarantee that the portal has not been destroyed.
In the past, people who entered the abyss of nothingness were dead and lifeless, and this should be the only way out - the portal was controlled by Terraliel, and the reason why it could not get out.
And now, although Terrariel was eliminated by Dineen, Dinen is really not sure whether the only way out of the portal still exists.
Vispla, there's a good reason to destroy the portal!
It wants to leave the abyss, and after leaving, the ancient heroic spirits in the ruins will no longer be disturbed, and destroying the portal is a good solution.
"If you don't go, you won't go, isn't it so rare!" Pearl glared back and choked angrily.
"And then?" Erica delicately changed the subject.
"And then, ah, I met a beautiful female elf, oh, of course, compared to you, it's still far from you."
Dineen praised the two girls, and then told the story of the abyss of nothingness.
Of course, he spent all three days in the Abyss of Nothingness, only talking about crazy leveling inside, finally defeating the Demon Hunter, and then using the teleportation array to come out.
I don't mention the matter of sealing the god space at all, mainly because I don't know how to explain the origin of the watch.
Could it be that he said to the two girls that he could shuttle between different spaces? Is your own from Earth?
Of course not!
Well, it's better not to say it at all, than to say it clearly.
"You must be tired for the past three days." Erica held on to keep her eyes from closing, reached out and stroked Dineen's face, and said in pain.
"No, it's still fun to fight monsters and explore." Dinen coped casually.
Dineh's story is wonderful, but no matter how wonderful it is, it can't resist the physical and mental exhaustion of days.
With Dinin by her side, the two girls felt particularly safe and steady, and they couldn't help falling asleep when they were relaxed.
It wasn't until evening that the two girls woke up.
"You haven't slept all the time?" Erica caressed Dineen's face and said softly.
Dinen pressed his chin on the top of her head, sniffing the faint fragrance of her hair, smiling and not speaking.
"I'm so hungry!" Pearl rubbed his little belly, got up from the bed, stretched comfortably, and said, "Let's go, let's eat." He stretched out his hand and lifted Elikala up, and without saying a word, walked towards the door.
Uh, what about me? Di Ning spread his hands helplessly, and was about to protest, but saw that the two girls had already walked away with a "giggle" smile, and hurriedly followed.
There were four people sitting at the dinner table, in addition to the three of Di Ning, there was also a leading teacher from the academy.
In order to find Dineh, the school has done a lot of work.
In the first two days, all the teachers were dispatched, and many students volunteered to participate in the extensive search of the Black Coast.
The reason why the Humpty Dumpty killer encountered on the Cliff Spring Mountain hid behind the boulder was because he was bored for three days and wanted to doze off, and another reason was to avoid the people who were looking for Dining.
Even though the academy had finished its trial this morning and the other students had begun to return to Elven City, the academy had a leading teacher stay behind to preside over the mercenaries and local residents' search for Dinein.
"Things have finally passed without danger, let's go back to school together tomorrow." The teacher happily drank Di Ning's toasted wine, put down the wine glass, and then took a sip of the tea in front of him to dilute the wine, and gave a word of advice.
The three of Dinin hurriedly nodded in agreement.
When he returned to school, Dineh returned to a peaceful life, but when he went out to collect medicine on the weekend, he went from two to three.
Secretly, Mentor Ellariel investigates the killer, but unfortunately, it is nothing.
Even if she is a high-level member of the Mercenary Guild, there really isn't much she can do about the affairs of the Shadow Guild.
Dinin didn't want his family to worry, so he didn't say a word in front of Vogel, but he didn't know that Vog was already clear, and he just pretended not to know.
Dineh's level has now increased to level 20, and he can learn a lot of new skills.
Mark of the Hunter:
Notes: Inflicting the Hunter's Mark on a target increases the ranged damage dealt to the target by 5% for all attackers.
Targets that have been marked cannot escape the Hunter's tracking.
