Nowadays, the number of disciples of the sect is increasing day by day, and the main hall is no longer easy to open, so the place where the morning class is done every morning is moved to the Dharma Transmission Hall. In addition to this, disciples can also enter at any other time and practice here.

Every five days, the Dharma Elder Tibi (pseudonym Mati) comes over to answer questions and solve the difficulties encountered by the outer disciples who have just started to practice.

Although today is not the day to answer questions, Tibi is also in the temple, incarnated as a horse-headed demon clan, and is teaching the fundamental exercises of this sect, the "Bodhi Duo Heart Sutra", to two new seedlings who have just started.

It stands to reason that the work of teaching the exercises to the new disciples should be done by the deacon Liu Qingshan, but he is now leading the team in the Wu Clan Trial Ground and cannot be there, so Tibi himself went out and did the work of a deacon.

She is very happy, because every time she teaches and explains the exercises to Xinmiao, she herself has benefited a lot, and her understanding of this exercise is deeper.

This is also because her exercises were originally obtained by Qi Le in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion with the blessing of the "Daigo Empowerment Array", in terms of the depth of understanding, after all, it is still not as solid as cultivating step by step, so I just took this opportunity to make up for it and re-learn and consolidate it.

Especially after she was promoted to Zhuji, she felt more and more that her previous foundation was not strong enough, so she was readjusting this year, and in addition to her daily practice, most of her focus was on the comprehension of the exercises.

As her understanding of the Bodhi Heart Sutra deepened, she also felt more and more that this exercise was not extraordinary, and she had long lost the contempt she had at the beginning.

It turns out that what the master said is true, and it is really only the exercises above the seven grades that directly point to the fundamental avenue can be so broad and profound.

Tibi is the princess of the Rakshasa clan, one of the three royal families of the hundred ghosts, and the pearl of one of the nine imperial seals of the "Divine Court".

Since she was a child, she has seen high-level exercises like carp crossing the river, like the Rakshasa royal family's own fundamental exercise "Holy Heavenly Brahma Method", which is as high as seven grades, but at that time, she was afraid that she would reveal her identity after arriving in the Yanfu world, so she changed to another high-level demon cultivation technique, the Qi Refining Chapter "Ah Pang Yin".

So when she saw that her family was just a second-grade sect at the beginning, and the history of the front and back added up to only twenty years later, she was indeed a little underestimated. And with her eyesight level, serving as the deacon of the second-grade exercises of this small sect must be easy to catch, and there is no difficulty.

However, soon Tibi knew that she was wrong, and when she first started practicing, there was no abnormality, until one day, Liuyan'er happened to recite the scriptures of the "Bodhi Duo Heart Sutra" when she was practicing, and now she was fine, and she immediately discovered the uniqueness of this exercise.

With the sound of the scriptures emitted by her daughter, the originally huge Demon Cultivation True Yuan in her body actually moved, and without any warning, she actually transformed into a Buddha Cultivation True Yuan that was at an absolute disadvantage!

Fortunately, she didn't panic at that time, but went with the flow and continued to cultivate, and the final result was that all of her mixed "Ah Pong Yin" True Yuan was transformed into a mellow and peaceful Buddhist True Yuan!

This is absolutely unheard of!

In the Yanfu world, monks in the Qi refining period can practice several exercises at the same time, because at this stage of entry, the purpose of all exercises is the same, and different paths lead to the same end, whether it is Buddhist cultivation or demon cultivation, it is all to open up the nine major points in the body, so as long as the conditions permit, many people will practice several different exercises, especially after obtaining exercises that are better than themselves, it is naturally impossible to be indifferent, and they will definitely switch to new exercises of higher grade.

But this situation can't continue forever, and when the qi refining is complete, you have to make a choice, and you must choose the most suitable exercise for yourself to break through the qi refining tribulation. Because after the foundation building period, there is a huge difference between the exercises of different schools.

For example, Taoist cultivation is to condense Taoist qi, sword cultivation painstakingly forges sword embryos, demon cultivation is dedicated to visualizing the demon body, demon cultivation leads demons into the body, ghost cultivation turns the body into the soul, and Buddhist cultivation is to choose a Zen method to temper the body.

Each genre has its own unique characteristics, and it is extremely difficult to learn both

Therefore, like the original situation of Tibi, it is okay to practice the exercises of two different schools at the same time during the Qi refining period, but when the Qi refining is complete, you must choose one. She didn't know how to choose, although she entered the Buddhism, but she didn't want to give up the demon cultivation true yuan that she had practiced hard, but now it's okay, she doesn't have to choose, she didn't expect her own exercises to be so powerful, and she directly transformed all the original demon cultivation true yuan in her body.

Can you switch between two completely different exercises like this? She had never heard of any exercise that was so wonderful before, not only that, but she could also clearly feel that although her cultivation was still a ninefold qi refining technique, it was essentially different from before, although she couldn't say what the difference was, but it was definitely not comparable to before.

She also immediately found the head teacher to talk about it, but unfortunately Qi Le didn't know how to understand, he had only practiced the "Bodhi Heart Sutra" since he was a child, and even now, he has not practiced other exercises.

When Liu Qingshan came back, he learned that he had the same experience before, and he relied on this to fight his way through the ruins of the Wu Clan, and the key to it was to recite the scriptures of the "Bodhi Heart Sutra" when cultivating.

Qi Le also called several other halfway monks, such as Sha Wanli and Yin Yiyi, who had also learned other exercises before, and after trying it, the results were all the same, the true elements of other exercises in the body were all transformed, and the true elements of their own Buddha cultivation were much purer.

When He Tibi went to the Infernal Hell for the first time, Qi Le did an experiment, according to Liuqingshan's previous method, asking her to first use the demon cultivation method to absorb the ghost aura, and then use her own practice method to transform, as a result, the cultivation speed soared by fifty percent, and in just three years, she reached the perfection of qi refining, and succeeded in building the foundation in one fell swoop!
