In the Land of Runeterra. Pen %Fun%Cabinet www.biquge.info Magic means everything.

There are several continents in the Land of Runeterra, but almost all of the life is concentrated in the largest magical continent, Valoran.

Valoran is located in the center of the Runeterra, and is the largest continent in the Runeterra. It is the focus of competition among many hegemonic forces in the Land of Runes for power.

It is also the beginning of our story......

......

"Tell me again, little lamb, what are we going to take?" The wolf spirit roared.

"Everything, dear wolf!". Yang Ling replied meekly.

"I'm hungry! I'm going to hunt down!! I want that little one!! ”。 The wolf spirit roared.

"We've known about him for a long time, but we can't take him away!" The sheep spirit explained.

"It's like you can't take that monkey with you?". The wolf spirit was not reconciled. The mouth of the blood basin was wide open, leaking black teeth and sharp teeth.

"It's like you can't take that monkey with you!". The sheep spirit is as quiet and obedient as ever.

"But we hate that monkey!" The wolf spirit's cunning eyes flashed with fierce light, and the bloodthirsty brutality filled the wolf spirit with strength.

"But we love that kid!". The sheep spirit is like a mother who exudes the brilliance of motherhood, patiently comforting the wolf spirit.

......

Each is one, but the never-detached Qianjue represents the twin sides of death. The arrows of the sheep spirit are to provide a quick release for those who accept their fate, while the wolf spirit is to hunt down those who have escaped the end of their life, and use their own blood to sacrifice a violent end.

There are legends of Qianjue everywhere in the Land of Rune, and it is rumored that no living person has ever seen Qianjue, because everyone who has seen Qianjue is already dead.

Qianjue will put an exclusive mark on the target she has found that only she can see, and hang above their heads, which means that death is coming.

......

Noxus was originally an ancient city-state in the far east of the Valoran continent, where there was no unity of political power, no rulers, and people lived freely. However, after two rune wars, Noxus has long since changed.

The inhabitants of Noxus are unscrupulous in their quest for power, both materially and spiritually, regardless of the impact on others. In terms of the quality of the inhabitants of Noxus, they are basically supporters of this principle. It may seem brutal, but it's not just a sign of chaos. By human nature, Noxus is an orderly city-state that protects the situation from infringement... At least not from the same kind. In Noxus, however, the powerful are protected by the law's apparent favoritism.

The supreme political ruling body in Noxus is the Noxus High Command, which is also the highest military authority in the country. In Noxus, the military controls every aspect of the political map; There is no clear dividing line between war and politics.

Before the two rune wars, General Burnham Darkwell, the Supreme Commander of the Eternal Youth, had ruled Noxus for countless years, far exceeding the average lifespan of a normal human; Rumor has it that he survived for so many years through necromancy in the Isle of Shadows. And considering that General Darkwell ruled the Supreme Command of Noxus before King Gavin I of Demacia, this rumor is somewhat credible.

But that's all in the past, after two rune wars, the Great General Darkwell disappeared, rumored dead, and the Strategist Commander Svein was officially crowned the Great General.

After two rune wars, Noxus began to grow rapidly and deformously, making it a strange and terrifying place for outsiders to a land of non-human creatures. The best outcome for non-human creatures is to be told unwelcome at the borders of the city-states. There are exceptions, but only to prove the creature's worth or awe, or both. Human visitors and immigrants are treated a little bit, and your worth and reverence are the keys to being accepted by Noxian society.

Residents of Noxus are required to serve in the military for 6 years, and all residents of appropriate age are actively in reserve. Even so, Noxus High Command still has the right to recruit any resident, regardless of age. Those who actively participate in the army will be superior in Noxian society, so the Noxian army is rarely short of personnel.

Noxus is as dark and dangerous as its style. Cities are built on granite mountains, but some of the urban areas go underground. Buildings rise above the top of a mountain or go deep into the belly of a mountain. The formidable artificial moat outside the city is filled with the wicked, rancid potion of witches.

The moat became the best barrier to keep the outside world out, leaving only a few heavily guarded checkpoints. Perched atop the hill is the headquarters of the Supreme Council of Noxus, which from a distance resembles a skull. Lying outside the walls are the poor who can't live inside the city, and perhaps they are the lucky ones.

The underground part of the city is almost as large as the above-ground part, with countless shops, taverns, and residential quarters filling the dilapidated lower part of the notorious city-state. Noxus has the largest network of underground passages in the Runeterra, and countless Noxian nobles claim ownership of the numerous labyrinthine passages and underground chambers.

......

The human city-state of Demacia, located on the western coast of Valoran, is a paragon of virtue on the continent. Its brilliance shines on other human settlements.

The common goal of the people of Demacia is to make life better for all through kindness and justice. They believe that malice and selfishness are like diseases that should be eradicated from the human soul. The people who came to Demacia and settled here had the same ideals and virtues as the inhabitants. Those who harm others and benefit themselves will soon find that they end up in exile, or worse.

However, life in Demacia is not like a dream. The people of Demacia proudly see themselves as the spiritual vanguard of Valoran. They used severe torture to ensure that their moral code was the only one for the inhabitants. Any form of crime will be punished severely, and there is no misdemeanor in Demacia. Opponents (who criticized it outside the polis) saw it as evidence of the natural hypocrisy of the Demacians. The Demacians countered that their justice system had incorporated mercy and leniency into their sentences. No one will be punished until the circumstances of the incident are fairly and impartially analyzed. While others may still criticize the harshness of Demacia's justice, the Demacians stand by their opinion.

Demacia is the only constitutional monarchy in Valoran. The king is the head of state; The elected parliament was the legislative body of the city-state. Although the king was a good ruler, he was still constrained by the Council of Demacia. The reigning king today is Gavin III, also known as Gavin III, the shield of light. He zealously cooperated with the council to ensure the safety and purity of the city-state. Since Gavin I, there has been no coup d'Γ©tat and rebellion of any kind in Demacia. The king was not only the supreme political leader of the city-state, but also the supreme commander of the army.

The Demacian army is one of Valoran's strongest and the only forces that can stop the Noxian War Machine. Ever since the two city-states were founded hundreds of years ago, Noxus has been Demacia's unrivaled enemy. And the source of the dispute between the two is a moral philosophy as distinct as day and night. So it's not hard to see why Demacia saw the military as vital to the survival of the city-state.

All residents of Demacia must serve in the military for at least 3 years. And even after the expiration of their service, most of the Demacians remained active military members of the city-state.

The symbol of Demacia is composed mainly of an eagle overlooking all things, symbolizing the all-encompassing and just and strict state system; The sword and shield emblem under the wings of the eagle symbolizes the determination to defend Demacia and the moral code it believes in, and the overall emblem is mainly gold, representing Demacia's pursuit of glory, wealth and vitality

Ionia is a city-state located on an island.

Ionia is a paradise for the quest for spiritual evolution.

Ionia is located outside of the continent of Valoran, northeast of Noxus. While the country's population is predominantly human, some yodelers and other cosmopolitan races also call it home. There are many religious centers and schools in Ionia. They live in harmony with each other, seeking answers to life's most mysterious questions: Where do we come from? Who are we? What is the true meaning of life? Wait a minute. These thoughts occupy almost all of the time, so Ionia has no intention of becoming an empire. The Ionians are peaceful by nature.

Ionia, on the other hand, is a city of gardens and temples, with nature reserves and natural parks everywhere. The beauty of calm transforms more than panoramas, and ports and industrial areas are no exception. The buildings here were built with the environment in mind. All Ionian buildings are richly decorated, especially the various temples. Ionia is free to unleash magic, but only for peaceful purposes, of course. Some of the city-state's largest crystal hubs have been converted into important temples and government buildings.

......

The capital of the yodelers, Bandel City, is located in the southeast of the continent of Valoran. Surrounded by the Sable Mountains, isolated.

Bandel City is the oldest city-state in the Land of Runeterra, predating Demacia and Noxus. Bandar was also the most isolated city-state in Valoran, and the yodelers loved it.

While yodelers are friendly and supportive, the natural self-preservation of the city prevents them from enjoying life. The city scouts of Bandel (the city-state's defense force and archaeological team) are tasked with ensuring that every adventurer with a legitimate reason can safely complete their quest and fight to defend their homeland.

Bandel City is the least populated city-state in Valoran, but their influence has long since spread beyond the southern part of the mountains to the shores of the Guardian Sea. Outside of Bandel, countless farms and small villages dot the picturesque landscape. Scouts patrol the basin along a well-built road. The scouts even maintain an extensive network of underground passages that allow them to quickly traverse the basin gorges, thwart enemy attempts to cross the mountains, or quickly reach the bustling coastline.

Bandle City has residential and commercial areas, all of which are basically integrated into their surroundings. There are also small research institutes in the city, which are not comparable in size to those in Pittover and Zaun, but they still have their own characteristics. Bandel City makes full use of its many squares where friendly yodelers can gather and have fun with each other, and society is in harmony. The city of Bandel is built in a simple but not simple style, and most importantly, almost all the buildings here have yodelic characteristics. There is a small neighborhood in Bandle City (in terms of numbers), and the architectural planning is just right.

......

Zaun is a city-state in northern Valoran that has been distorted by abusive technology and magic. Countless notorious creations of horror technology and magic have been invented here.

In fact, the Zaun government was formed to protect Zuan's experiments from opposition. The people who founded the city came here in the first place to pursue academic freedom under Pittwolf's conservative laws. Zaun has excellent scientific research, but the lax management and control of scientific and magical research makes Zaun a dangerous place to live. Zaun proudly boasts that it is home to the largest variety of chemical research centers in Valoran. A large number of city-states, including even rival Pittover, had chemical trade with Zaun. In addition, Zaun is also the alchemy center of Valoran, with only a handful of alchemists living outside of Zaun. The inhabitants of Valoran should beware of the chemical industry, which is more unreliable and unpredictable than alchemy. In Zaun, however, these are unknowable.

The city-state of Zaun is unlike any other Valoran city-state, with a haze covering the city-state, and the color of the sky changing from gray to green. Residents always wear masks, unidentified exhaust fumes from factory chimneys fill the air, acid rain scarred Zuan's buildings, and chemical and magical waste from witches' spells are discharged into the sewer system, seriously affecting the stability and safety of the environment.

......

Piltover is known for his first-hand magic and technological prowess, but he prides himself on the perfect combination of magic and technology.

Piltover is a peaceful city-state located north of Valoran, dedicated to the advancement of science and technology. Of course, there was magic in Piltover, but technology was more widely used and became the first choice of the inhabitants. "Magic is the fuel of the engine of technology" is popular wisdom in Piltover. Hextech is the legal norm for Piltover.

Piltover saw the city-state of Zaun not only as a threat to himself, but also as a threat to the security of the entire world. In the eyes of Piltover's leaders, two rune wars caused the inhabitants of the entire planet to abuse magic, which would eventually lead to the collapse of the planet.

Piltover's scientific institute sees this as a matter of vital importance and is always on the lookout. They believe that Zaun is recklessly abusing magic, disregarding the lessons of the past and trading the future of the planet for immediate knowledge and power. Piltover has only one defensive garrison, equipped with the latest Hextech products.

Piltover's leadership constantly exerted economic pressure on Zaun and used a variety of tactics to minimize the damage caused by the misuse of magic and technology.

Piltover looks like a standard Runeterra city, except that most of the land is home to countless factories and workshops. A handful of important power nodes have been converted into Hextech factories and research labs with the permission of the city-state. A large number of Hextech cranes are used in the port area, which can quickly load and unload cargo. The city is very clean thanks to the cleaning tools provided by tech companies. In fact, Piltover has moved away from its original route and is becoming as environmentally friendly as possible. They see themselves as pioneer cities in technological research and show the world the benefits of the harmonious development of technology and magic.

Permafrost tundra located in the northwest of the continent of Valoran.

In the early days, due to internal strife and its location on the frontier, the races living here did not like to interact with the outside world and lived alone. Under the impetus of various factors and Noxus, they have become the eighth and newest city-state in the Valoran continent.

Freljord is the land of snow storms. It is a forgiving place, where the mountains are covered with snow and ice all year round. Freljord is located in the tundra region of the northern part of the Valoran continent, and it is very dangerous to travel here, especially in winter. Here is the world's largest vortex of ice and snow, encircling the entire northern part of the continent.

The Freljords have endured years of war. In this generation, the legendary three sisters led their respective tribes to fight, namely: Princess Mafula: the ascetic tribe of the Ice Dancing Monks; Princess Huani: The Winterclaw tribe of Winterclaw; Princess Ash: The Ice Shooter tribe of the Ice Shooters. The Freljords have been waging wars that they have forgotten their vows for. It was not until the death of Princess Mafula and the surrender of Princess Lissandro that Freljord ushered in the true ruler - Ash. Ash, queen of the northern Freeljords, and Tedamir, the king of the barbarian tribes who have migrated to the north, rule the land of ice and snow.

......

Blue Flame Island is a mistaken ancient name, but in fact Blue Flame Island is the collective name for three separate islands off the eastern coastline of Yodel City on the Valoran mainland. After the end of the Second Rune War, devastating magical forces tore the island to shreds. An oversized rare metal bomb with a high degree of instability attached to it landed on the island, causing it to explode. The subsequent explosion not only wiped out the island's garrison, but the heat from the explosion melted everything and added a layer of shell to the island. Magic mixes into the magma and shoots out from the shattered surface of the earth.

Bilgewater is an extension of Blue Flame Island. Located on the largest of the three islands, it has a large and easily defended natural harbour facing the eastern coast.

The largest island in the three-island chain remains the most solid. Bilgewater could be expanded to become a true city-state. The town could not be a political entity, as it was a refuge for Valoran's already established kingdoms. Political and geographical circumstances eventually made it a refuge for pirates, and developed into one of Runeterra's most lawless maritime smuggling centers. Countless pirates have anchored in Bilgewater. The arrival of countless pirates in the waters of Runeterra has also made the city an unofficial trading center, where you can find all kinds of rare items, even contraband.
