Chapter 208: Guardian Remlos
Once home to the demigod Cenarius, the land is bathed in eternal moonlight. After the destruction of the Well of Eternity, the Night Elves were blessed by Elune to build a druid home here. The Raving Wind Den is the druid's resting place, where they sleep and connect with the Emerald Dream with their spirits.
The legendary Grand Druid Malfurion Fury, as well as many other druids, have gone to sleep in the Emerald Dream in order to repair the scarred world. Their souls have reached the Emerald Dream Realm, but their bodies are still in this world, in the depths of the Raging Winds' lair.
The Den of the Storms is a sacred place for the druids, and no one else is allowed to enter it. Some of the druids are not asleep, some are in the Eternal Night Harbor, and some are in the Raves of the Storm, guarding the bodies of the sleepers.
Half a month ago, Browle Bearskin was back here.
He first went to Darnassus and reported to Lord Tyrande and Grand Druid Vandar Deerhelm about the Twilight Forest and the Luna Scythe, and Lord Tyrande praised Browl and Sean's actions, while Grand Druid Vandal Deerhelm criticized Browl, believing that such a valuable and important artifact as the Luna Scythe should not be given to a lowly half-elf of unknown origin, but should be returned to Darnassus and placed in the hands of the right people.
Brower knew that the "right man" was probably Van Dar Deer Helm himself.
However, Browl has no grudges, because after Malfurion Fury fell asleep, Vandal Deerhelm was the Grand Druid with the highest prestige, the deepest way of the druid, and the most powerful, and he became the leader of the Council of Cenarion, and rightfully held the Scythe of the Luna.
As long as Lord Tyrande agrees.
Master Tyrande didn't say anything.
As a druid, relative to Darnassus, who had not been established for long, the Moonlight Glade was at this time Brohl's home.
He didn't like to hear Vandall's "teachings", and if it had been before, he would have been able to humbly listen to them. But now he's a great druid himself, and he's hierarchically equal to Van Dahl.
He'd rather return to the Moonlit Glades and follow the teachings of the Guardian Remulos, or return to the Raven of the Windy Beast to sleep and repair the emerald dreams that had been corrupted by nightmares.
When Broll arrives in the Moonlit Glades, he first visits the Guardian Remloth.
The Guardian Remlos tells him that the Emerald Nightmare has corrupted too many druids for even Malfurion to be awakened, and apparently even he has been lost in the Emerald Dream, and that a terrible assassin has attacked Malfurion, preventing him from waking up.
Remlos believes that Browl is no longer fit to enter the Emerald Dream Realm, as the enemies there will most likely prevent him from waking up. And now, Remulos needs Brohl's help and needs to save every power in order to unite against the Emerald Nightmare.
A few days later, a bobcat arrives in the moonlit glades.
That's the Lynx princess.
Princess Bobcat can't fly.
Thankfully, the Sentinel General of Ashenvale lent her a Horned Hippogriff, and Princess Lynx rode the Hippogriff to the Eternal Night Harbor and met the Night Elf Druids there.
Princess Lynx explained her intentions.
The druids were skeptical, but for the sake of the Night Elf Sentinel General of Greyvale, they took her to meet the Guardian Remulos.
Remlos was a wise elder.
He listened quietly to the words of the Bobcat Princess, and soon judged that the Bobcat Princess was not lying, what she said was true, and the fragment of the Green Sand Scepter was in the hands of the Dream Guardian Illanicus, and Illanicus had fallen.
He wondered how the "Sean Mage" in the mouth of Princess Bobcat knew that in order to summon Illanicus, he first needed to collect the Nightmare Mark. Even he himself thought about this for a long time before he came up with it.
He then asked about Sean, and Princess Lynx told him everything except for the Space Fortress.
It dawned on Remulus then.
A person who can get involved with the astral mage Medivan, the guardian Egwen, the general Santis Hazuki, the archmage Gianna, the king Varian, the legendary archmage Merry Winterwind, and even more legendary characters will not be easy.
Remulos decided to wait a little longer, for Sean to arrive.
Remulus is a guardian of nature, a friend and mentor of all creatures of nature. There was an aura of tranquility and wildness in his body, which made Princess Bobcat feel very comfortable.
She remembered her master, Sean, that she didn't have to go back, and that it would be good for her to stay by the side of the Guardian Remloth.
There are indeed benefits.
The Bobcat princess has a lively personality and never stays quiet. But here, in the temple of Remulos, she felt more peaceful than ever.
She felt the loosening of the seal in her body, and her strength began to slowly recover.
Ten days later, her level returned to level 10.
And on this day, Sean and the others finally came to the Moonlight Glade.
Chromie flew directly to the Temple of Remlus and landed outside the Temple.
When Sean and the others jumped off Chromie's body, the Guardian Remulus was already waiting in front of the temple's door, watching them silently.
As the son of the demigod Cenarius, Remulus himself has reached the level of a demigod. He may be the weakest demigod, but he is a demigod after all. He is already equivalent to the higher position of the Legend rank. He seems to be more powerful than Merry Winterwind and Wawang.
Sean felt quiet and peaceful in Remlus's body, and also felt a very powerful magical power. This great guardian seems to possess no less strength than the nightmare green dragon Illanicus. He is the Guardian of the Woodlands, the most powerful Guardian of the Woodlands since the death of Cenarius.
If you have to apply the level of mortals, then he is at least equivalent to a druid above level 26, of course, it is estimated that it cannot be too high, after all, he is the son of the demigod Cenarius, one of the weakest demigods.
This was Sean's guess, and the Eye of Insight couldn't see through Remulos' level. Sean is only a mid-level mage now, and his eye of insight can only see through the strength of high-level professionals.
As a member of the Night Elves, Santis Hazuki had been stationed in the outside world for a long time, but she had seen Remulus many years ago.
Although her belief is in Elune, the goddess of the moon, this does not affect her acquaintance with Remloth.
All Night Elves know about Remloth, and most of the Night Elves who are over a hundred years old have seen Remloth. And the upper echelons of the Night Elves are all acquainted with Remulus. Remulos is the guide of the Night Elves and the mentor of all druids - except Malfurion.
