Level 1 protects Huyan Leopard

Level 2 blocks reinforcements

Tower Guard (×1): Requires 5 Wood Repairs, which inflict 60% Stiffness and Slow for 5 seconds on all enemies within 15 meters of the tower every 5 seconds.
