I'm currently working full-time, writing about 8-9 hours a day and can write 4000 words. The speed is only about 500 per hour......

The reason for the slowness is mainly to make the content fit the plot later, because all the plots are pushed backwards through the finale, and the plot can't be played arbitrarily, so there is a lot of content to pay attention to in the opening part, and it is really not fast when it is written. Writing a few thousand words each time actually took a lot of time to think about it before writing.

Of course, there is an advantage to this way of writing: it will be written faster and faster :-)
