Chapter 13 Flower Heart
Rollin had come to ask Sir Lothar for a mission, and he ignored the lieutenants and commanders around him.
Sir Lothar was in deep thought, he was a little dizzy from the magician. But he didn't bother to think about anything else, he had to focus all his energy on the orc tribe in Nanhai Town.
"Absolutely, you can go now." Sir Lothar said decisively.
Without a moment's wait, Aurelia and Rollin set out from Talenmere with the Ranger Force to Dunhold.
Now Dunhold is not a military fortress, let alone a concentration camp for the horde orcs. This is an ordinary fortress, like the town of Southsea and Tarummere. It was also a beautiful and fertile town before the inhabitants of the Hillbride Hills were evacuated.
With Sir Lothar's orders, Rollin met with Lieutenant Blackmore, who was now the commander of the stronghold.
The elven forces came to Dunhold today, much to Blackmore's surprise. It stands to reason that these elite elves should be stationed in Tarummere, not this stronghold behind the front line, where the orc tribes are not to be seen.
"General, why don't you garrison the front, but retreat here?" Blackmore asked Aurelia for instructions.
Aurelia didn't answer, it was Rollin's idea. Although he was the general of this army, most of the time, Rollin made most of the decisions. Now it seems that the outcome of these decisions was correct.
"Let this magician answer you." Aurelia spun around and stood behind Rollin.
Rollin couldn't say what he thought directly, he reminded: "Lieutenant Blackmore, keep the soldiers on alert, if the orcs attack here, we will defend in time, if not, that's the best outcome." ”
Blackmore didn't understand, he looked at the mage in front of him suspiciously, and said, "Does this make sense?" Lord Sorcerer. ”
"Behind the fortress of Dunhold is Hinterland, which is where the Horde's attack to the north is weakest, so, you can understand." Rollin explained.
Blackmore understood the magician's words, but he didn't believe that the orcs would give up frontal combat and attack the place instead.
Listen to Sir Lothar that these horde orcs are in the nature of glory and battle, and it is impossible for them to give up the war that has arrived in their faces.
"Although I can't agree with Your Excellency's words, I will still arrange soldiers for defense, after all, it is our duty."
"That's good." Rollin nodded.
Aurelia led the elven soldiers into Dunhold, and she climbed the sturdy walls of the human fortress with Rollin.
"What the hell are you worried about?" Aurelia asked, puzzled.
Rollin looked to the south and said, "General, if you were the leader of the tribe, would you fight the army of the alliance head-on?" ”
Aurelia pondered for a moment, and then she said, "If I had enough chances to win, I would go head-to-head, after all, I have the initiative." ”
"Then I add one more condition, the forest trolls will help you in Hinterland, what will you do?" Rollin continued.
Aurelia began to understand why Rollin had come here.
"Why don't you tell Sir Lothar this, it is impossible to stop the northward advance of the orc tribe by relying only on our troops." Aurelia clenched her fists, and she stared at Rollin.
"Sir Lothar will not change the order for a mere empty word, and no one will believe me. They are not you. Rollin said as he looked at the Ranger General beside him.
Aurelia let out a long sigh, and her white neck turned to Rollin: "I admit, you are much better than me now, you think more and more comprehensively than I do." But why would you take us to this most dangerous place at once! ”
A punch that was neither light nor heavy, smashed into Rollin's chest, and Aurelia snorted rapidly, and now she was a little angry.
"I believe in the strength of our troops, we can delay the attack of the orc tribe to the greatest extent, and even, we can wait for Sir Lothar to come to our aid, so that the tribe can completely discourage the idea of going to Hinterland." Rollin said.
"Then have you ever thought about the consequences, you are such a tendon, always thinking about the result after victory, and what about after defeat, you and me, soldiers and rangers will die here! You are a good conductor, but you are not fit to be a leader. Aurelia scolded Rollin.
Rollin knew better than anyone what would be their next target after the orcs invaded Hinterland? Cross Hinterland to the Northland of Lordaeron, and move on, Quel'Salas!
"I'm sorry, Aurelia." Rollin understood what Aurelia meant.
Aurelia looked at Rollin coldly and said, "You don't need to apologize to me, I'm not afraid of death!" You are responsible for the soldiers and rangers, who are not determined to fight the human war. ”
"We're all fighting for ourselves, the orcs are invading Hinterland, and his next target is Quel'Thalas. Beyond that mountain range, then came the northern lands of Lordaeron, and later, Quel'Thalas. ”
Not overly surprised, the orcs wanted to encroach on this land, and they would not tolerate a threat from elves outside of their homeland.
"I've never seen an elf like you, who has to think about others before anything." Aurelia sighed as she put her hands on the wall.
Rollin smiled wryly, he was not as noble as Aurelia said, he just made the war end faster and faster.
"Number one, I'm not an elf, I'm human. Second, I'm not a saint either, and I have what I want. Rollin's tone changed, and he smiled at Aurelia.
Seeing Rollin's hopeful face for the first time, Aurelia was also curious: "What do you want?" ”
"I want Winlessa."
"Didn't you already get it?" Aurelia gave Rollin a blank look.
"And Sylvanas, Caponia, and you." Rollin spoke his mind, and although it was a shame, Rollin finally spoke up. He is very unconfident now, and he may not have a chance today and tomorrow.
Aurelia wasn't angry, she smiled: "I knew you didn't have any good intentions, although your idea is good, but as long as I am here, you will never come true." ”
There was no rush to explain. Rollin said indifferently, "You know, I just want it, I didn't say I would get it." Moreover, this kind of thing is to be pleasing to both people, and it is impossible to force it. ”
"Flower Heart! I wish you could die here, and then you won't be able to harm other girls. Aurelia said fiercely.
"I still prefer you to blame me like this than you to scold me." Rollin stretched, looking out at the pale green hills that had just sprouted green buds in the distance.
