Chapter 358: Teresa's Departure and Stay
Thrall saluted Tirio as a tribal warrior to thank him for his help to Itreig.
He asked the orcs who followed him to pick up Itreig, and walked over to Kael'thas.
"I just wanted to find you."
Sal spoke, his face looking thinner than before.
"Exactly, so do I."
Kael'thas asked Sylvanas to hold Gianna in motion, before turning to Sal:
"You're leaving this continent, so what about Teresa?"
He was mainly trying to figure out how many years it would take Sal to come back.
The last time he saw Kalia, Kael'thas sensed the horror of the passage of time, and he didn't want Teresa to wait that long.
"That's what I'm going to say."
Thrall turned his head to look at his orcs, then gritted his teeth and said to Kael'thas:
"I'm going to take Teresa away."
Kael'thas was stunned.
Immediately afterward, a shame and sorrow of shame and self-esteem sat in his heart.
[It's amazing]
He admired this Sal's choice in his heart, and his eyes darkened.
"Have you ever imagined such an outcome?"
Kael'thas looked at Sal, fingers in his sleeve clenched together.
"With a human by your side, can you withstand the resentment and hurt of your clan?"
Orcs and humans are mortal enemies, and if Thrall lets a human woman follow him, then he will definitely face the doubts and resistance of many people.
What's more, the position of the Grand Chieftain of Sal will be lost.
As long as you have no problem with your brain, you should know this answer.
"I know."
Sal was equally clear, but he didn't doubt the decision:
"But every time I think so, another heart tells me"
"None of these are reasons, there's only one thing I really need to think about."
Sal looked at Kael'thas and said clearly:
"What the hell do I want to be with Teresa?"
The answer, of course, goes without saying.
The young orc chief then let go of all his worries and made this decision.
No matter how much trouble and things there are, he will think about it when Teresa is around.
"There is no problem in the world that cannot be solved, and I believe that Teresa will be recognized by my people."
There was silence.
Even Gianna was quiet, and from the conversation between the two, she was vaguely aware of Teresa's race.
[It's impossible, right?] γ
She thought.
But Sylvanas smiled secretly.
She looked at Kael'thas with her eyes.
The elven prince stood still, and nothing could be seen on his face, but Sylvanas knew that his heart must be stirring.
"I respect your choice and will tell Teresa about it."
Kael'thas collected his thoughts and nodded.
"But it's her freedom to decide what to do."
He added.
Sal laughed.
"You're right."
Taking the scroll out of his bosom, Thrall handed it to Kael'thas:
"I'm useless with this, you can take it back."
Kael'thas refused.
"No, you can keep it"
He smiled:
"Even if it doesn't work now, it may be useful in the future."
No matter how history develops, Kael'thas can't be confined to the current continent forever, and he will definitely go to the other side of the ocean to see.
Kael'thas paused slightly, then walked towards Tirio, who was standing aside.
"Can you listen to a story?"
He said it to the former paladin, and at the same time to Gianna.
Neither of them could figure out what was going on, so in order to prevent them from worrying too much, Kael'thas decided to explain the matter anyway.
But this task was snatched up by Thrall.
The young orc told his story calmly.
Of course, this is also a modified story, and he describes his encounter with Kael'thas as an accident. When he escaped from prison when he grew up, he also said that it was his own actions - not that it was Kael'thas who saved him.
Gianna and Tirio had seen his power, so they naturally didn't find anything strange about it.
And Teresa's affair, Kael'thas only briefly mentions the story of disfigurement.
That said, the story ended up like this:
Years ago, Kael'thas and Kalia arrived at Dunhold Prison while traveling, and were disfigured by Teresa, leaving them to have a relationship with Thrall.
Teresa and Sal grew up together in Dunhold Prison and developed a crush on each other.
Kael'thas then rescued Teresa in order to heal her appearance, and Sal escaped from prison. The two groups met outside, and Kael'thas gave the scroll to Thrall after learning more about the details. Teresa continues to follow Kael'thas and Thrall to find her own path.
"In the end, that's where it is."
After Kael'thas finished telling the story, Gianna and Tirio were both embarrassed.
Of course, they found a lot of holes in the story, but neither of them was extremely racist, so they were smart not to say it.
But Tirio they made a request to be accompanied.
"That's not going to work!"
Thrall immediately refused, but Kael'thas immediately stopped him.
"No, that's okay"
He smiled and glanced at Sal:
"I forgot to tell you, Teresa is not far away right now."
Teresa was visiting her parents in Lordaeron, and Kael'thas didn't think it was wrong to bring the two of them with them.
It's better --
He had always felt that this incident would make it easier for Gianna and Tirio to face something.
Temporarily separated from Thrall, Kael'thas set off with a few men towards Lordaeron.
In the evening, they quietly arrived in the city.
Kael'thas was greeted with a grand welcome every time he came here, and now he was afraid of trouble, so he quietly let Tirio and Gianna go in to find Teresa.
At this time, a few elves arranged by Teresa's side came into play.
Tirio and the others managed to contact the elves, and after giving Kael'thas a token on him, the elves quietly came out with Teresa at night.
"Good evening."
Teresa greeted Kael'thas with a smile, and of the two people who followed her, Gianna's face was noticeably more complicated.
[I didn't expect her to be so completely disfigured.] γ
The mage girl had been observing Teresa all the way, so she immediately admired Thrall.
No matter what society it is, a woman's appearance is important to men, and Teresa's skin is scorched, and Gianna knows very well that her appearance is now the ugliest in any race.
But the young orc leader didn't mind thatβ
Or not just didn't mind, he was willing to give everything for this ugly girl.
[Although her appearance is ruined.] γ
[But I must be very happy to be able to get such a relationship]
Gianna thought to herself, and stayed on the sidelines.
However, Teresa's final reply was unexpected.
"No, I don't want to follow Sal!"
The veiled woman, having heard what had happened, replied.
ββ
Somewhat surprised, but also mentally prepared, Kael'thas frowned and asked:
"Because of your family?"
From his point of view, Teresa's actions are more likely to be held back by her family.
But this time he was also blindsided.
"No, my family is doing well"
Teresa shook her head:
"My brother has found an opportunity to learn, and my father and mother have opened a shop"
She turned a little lost:
"They don't have to worry about living now, maybe it would be better if my ugly daughter wasn't there"
Theresa didn't go on.
But it was clear that if it hadn't been for the family to stop her, the girl would still be the same as before, not wanting to drag Sal down.
After determining the reason, Kael'thas and the others began to persuade her to pursue her own happiness.
Sadly, no one was able to make her change her mind.
In desperation, Kael'thas had no choice but to let his water elemental find Thrall and bring the orc chief with him.
"Talk to yourselves."
He left these words behind and left with the others.
For the next half hour, no one knew what had happened, except that when they saw Sal and Sal again, Teresa's eyes were red.
Kael'thas looked at the two men holding hands, and immediately understood that Thrall had made Teresa clear.
"Congratulations."
He was the first to congratulate him, and Gianna's eyes lit up.
"Congratulations."
"Congratulations."
Sylvanas and Tirio blessed with a little joy.
"I've called someone over, and I'm leaving soon."
At this time, Sal gently saluted the group:
"I will remember your friendship and remember what you did for me."
He looked at Kael'thas and swept over Gianna and Tirio before pausing for a moment in Sylvanas' face.
[Sure enough]
Sal gave a look of realization.
But he didn't let this look arouse Kael'thas's suspicions, and immediately turned his gaze to Kael'thas again.
"Although you elves have fought in orc wars, your actions prove that you have no ill will."
"Prince of Quel'Salas, Your Highness Kael'thas and heir to the High Elf Kingdom, as the kingdom of royal supremacy, you are qualified enough to represent your race."
Thrall sorted out his expression, making him look dignified and serious:
"I would like to promise you that the elves you lead will be welcomed by the entire orc tribe."
At this time, Tirio and Gianna's faces slowly changed.
And what Kael'thas has done for many years has finally blossomed into its rightful flower.
He and his elves became the first recognized friends of the nascent tribe.
