After seeing off Antonioni and Heynckes, Zhuang Mingge, who had returned to his seat, had not had time to take a breath when he received a phone call from Rome.

"Antonio, I'm really sorry this time." The apologetic voice of Lazio's new owner, Roman Abramovich, came out of the microphone, "My people are new to football, they don't know the rules, they do something out of the ordinary, I hope you don't take it seriously." ”

"Oh? Roman, you didn't know that before? At this end of the microphone, Zhuang Mingge, who had not completely detached himself from the fire, snorted coldly, and said angrily, "These guys under your command are quite capable, they ran to me to dig the foot of the wall without saying hello." And their eyes are poisonous enough, and they plan to poach the main force of our team as soon as they make a move. Why, do I need to teach them some rules of behaving in person? ”

"Uh......" Hearing Zhuang Mingge's complaint, Abramovich couldn't help but be speechless for a while. In fact, just an hour ago, he was in a state of ignorance about the matter. If it weren't for the newly hired sporting director, Begiristan, who advised him on some of the team's staff's current outrageous behavior in transfer operations, Abu probably wouldn't have realized the seriousness of the problem at this time.

After all, while Lazio's spending money on the transfer market is something many teams would like to see, that doesn't mean they want to see Lazio sneak up with their players in private, seduce players they don't intend to sell in a way that breaks the rules.

So, if Begiristain hadn't noticed this and reminded Abramovich in time, then it would have been impossible for Lazio, who had made enemies in the transfer market, to become the public enemy of Serie A and be attacked by all the crowd when the new league season began.

In the previous life, Manchester City suffered a lot in this regard after the Abu Dhabi consortium took over. At that time, the deep-pocketed Blue Moon waved a checkbook everywhere to dig up the pillars and absolute mainstays of other teams, such as Adebayo, Lescott and Gareth Barry, which sparked public outrage and was met with stubborn resistance from various teams in the 09-10 Premier League, and finally ended the Premier League season in fifth place.

“…… So, Antonio, I hope that the adults will let them go in large numbers and not get too worried about them. I assure you, this will never happen a second time. "Knowing that this time in Deco's transfer is his own loss, Abramovich put his posture very low, not to mention that the personal relationship between Zhuang Mingge and him is already good, he doesn't want to stiffen the relationship with the other party because of this little thing, and create a strong enemy for himself and Lazio, "In addition, due to the loss caused to Fiorentina by the inappropriate behavior of our personnel, I am willing to compensate Deco on the transfer fee accordingly." Don't worry, I won't let you and your Florence suffer! ”

"Well, that's still like that." After discovering that Abu really didn't know about this, and his attitude of admitting his mistake was indeed very sincere, Zhuang Mingge's tone softened a lot, and said, "By the way, I remember that there is an Argentine named Diego Simeone in your team, I don't know what you think of him?" ”

"Diego Simeone?" Abramovich repeated in confusion that the name was a bit unfamiliar to him as a layman who was not well-versed in football, "Sorry, Antonio. You know, I don't know a lot about football, I leave it to Begiristain and Mancini, I don't really bother with that. ”

Hearing Abramovich say this, Zhuang Mingge also gave up the idea of taking this opportunity to get Simeone's transfer directly from him, and decided to inform Poirot and Antonioni later, so that they could add Simeone to Deco's transfer negotiations. After all, if Lazio is really pursuing Beckham as rumored, then they must give priority to Simeone, the "enemy" of Beckham.

Moreover, Simeone is now a 33-year-old veteran. As he got older, his form declined and his performances last season were inconsistent, and there were many low-level mistakes in many games that did not allow Lazio to lose a lot of points in the league for no apparent reason. So, from these aspects, the possibility of adding him to the deal of Deco and bringing him to Fiorentina is still very high.

Some people may ask, since Simeone has performed so poorly in Lazio, why does Zhuang Mingge still plan to bring him in, isn't this asking for trouble for himself? It doesn't do Florence any good.

That's right, as a strong team main player, the current Simeone is no longer a qualified main player; But let's not forget that Simeone doesn't need to play most of the games as a regular in Fiorentina, as he did last season, he just needs to be a last-off substitute and play at his true level in the few games. You know, in good physical condition, Simeone's performance is still quite good.

According to the analysis of the Fiorentina coaching staff, Simeone, who controls his playing time, can perform at least 70% of his prime. And that, for the current Florence, is enough.

Neither Mancini nor Begiristain have much objection to Fiorentina's request to add Simeone to Deco's transfer deal. On the one hand, it is true that they are chasing Beckham, and Simeone's presence at this time is likely to spoil their good deeds; On the other hand, because they already have a preliminary plan for the team's lineup for the new season, and the aging Simeone is not in this plan, which can be used as a personal favor, so as not to resentment Lazio on the Fiorentina side because of Deco's affairs.

In this way, when the summer transfer door is still a full week away from officially opening, the two sides have only one last point left to reach an agreement on the transfer of Deco. That is, how much should Lazio pay for Deco in this deal?

Judging from the current situation and the progress of negotiations, it may take a long time for the staff of the two clubs to be busy before a final agreement can be reached.
