After the victory over Modena, who were discouraged by early relegation, the situation for the Serie A title race is clear. As long as Fiorentina win one of the last four rounds, the Serie A trophy this season will be in the bag of the Purple Lily!

For this result, the Juventus players who have been gritting their teeth and persevering are naturally full of disappointment. The news of Fiorentina's defeat at Lazio and then Perugia gave them a glimmer of hope that they could finish in the final rounds and bring back the Serie A trophy to the Alps after almost two decades.

However, the harsh reality has hit the Juventus players hard. Fiorentina, who suffered two consecutive winless games in the league, quickly adjusted their tactics, took advantage of the brief break in the Champions Cup to concentrate on the league battlefield and won two consecutive victories, stabilizing the precarious leader in the eyes of many people in the shortest possible time, and almost completely killing the suspense of the league championship in only two games.

After all, a nine-point lead with only four league games left is too huge. Unless Heynckes suddenly loses his head or Fiorentina's main players are injured or stopped, these advantages will be enough to ensure that the Fiorentina will lift the trophy at the end of the season.

In this way, Fiorentina, who basically locked up the Serie A title, ushered in the first leg of the Champions Cup semi-finals in the following week. And Purple Lily's opponent this time is their old acquaintance, also from the Inter Milan club in Serie A!

For such a schedule, Juventus Club can only obediently accept UEFA's arrangement while expressing dissatisfaction - who made them so unlucky in the draw for the round of 16, and was actually placed in the same half as Real Madrid and Manchester United and other foreign giants?

Of course, accepting reality doesn't mean that Juventus will honestly remain silent. In interviews with the media, Juventus executives such as Moggi and Girawudo said sourly that Fiorentina once again took advantage of the schedule: "We are very helpless about the schedule given by UEFA, because Fiorentina only need to play two legs of the Champions Cup knockout round in Italy and Inter Milan, while we Juventus have to travel all the way to Spain to fight Real Madrid, which is a very unfavorable arrangement for us." Because it means that the Fiorentina players can be more fit to play in the league, while we have to spend more energy on the Champions League after flying halfway across the Mediterranean. ”

Moggi wants to express a simple meaning, if Fiorentina succeeds in winning the Serie A title after the season, it is definitely not that Juventus themselves do not work hard, but their schedule is too bad......

"These old guys are really shameless enough, they can say such shameless words, it seems that I still overestimate their temperament." After reading the interview with Moggie and Girawudo and others in the "Torino Sports Newspaper", Zhuang Mingge was speechless in his heart, he really didn't expect that Mo Lao Fox could be so thick-skinned, and he could rely on the unfavorable schedule for the team's failure to win the league championship, isn't this talking nonsense with his eyes open? !

You know, even if there is no such thing, Juventus is nine points behind Fiorentina in the standings, and you can really catch up with the time of four rounds?

Therefore, after Moggi and Girawudo made these remarks, except for Juventus' die-hard fans who were willing to express their trust, those fans who have been following the situation in Serie A scoffed at this, and did not believe the old fox at all.

It should be noted here that although AC Milan, who finished fifth in the league last season, did not qualify for the Champions League due to Fiorentina, as in previous lives, three of the four teams that reached the semi-finals of the Champions League this season are still from Serie A: Juventus, Inter Milan and Fiorentina, while defending champions Real Madrid are the only club from outside Italy in the top four.

Three of the Serie A teams have taken three of the last four spots in this season's Champions League, a result that has left the other major leagues in shame. Spain may be better off because they also have teams in the last four, but they are a little less numerically than Italy, and they can still go toe-to-toe with Serie A with three places in the quarter-finals of the Champions League; In contrast, the results of the Premier League teams are much more dismal, not only are they absent from the semi-finals, but even Manchester United is the only seed in the quarter-finals, and the rest of the teams such as Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United have not performed well.

The most cup of the four major leagues is the Bundesliga club, the three German clubs led by Bayern Munich all fell outside the quarterfinals, and Bayern, as the Bundesliga team leader, did not even qualify for the group stage, which made the entire German football ashamed.

Serie A teams have also had impressive performances in the UEFA Cup and Cup Winners' Cup: Lazio and AC Milan both reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup, while Parma, winners of last season's Coppa Italia, stumbled all the way to the Cup Winners' Cup final. The eye-catching performance of the Serie A team in Europe this season has made Serie A, the world's number one league, deserved!

After all, three of the last four spots in the Champions League were dominated by Serie A teams, Italian clubs also dominated half of the UEFA Cup, and the Cup Winners' Cup reached the final with only Parma as a team. Such a report card is enough to prove the strong position of Serie A in European football, and at the same time, it has also dealt a blow to the arrogance of leagues such as La Liga and the Premier League!

As a result, Italian sports journalists are arguably the most active group in all of European football for some time. After all, the Italian team has performed so well in the European arena that they are also Italians who naturally have to cheer for them on the sidelines.

With that for now, let's keep an eye on the Champions League semi-final between Fiorentina and Inter Milan after the Serie A team's performances in Europe this season.

Due to the good relationship between the two clubs and the close personal relationship between the two big owners, Moratti and Zhuang Mingge, Fiorentina has not been deliberately troubled by Inter Milan in the past few days in Milan City, and has also given certain convenience to Fiorentina's reasonable requirements.

In this way, with the tacit cooperation of the two clubs, the time came to 6 o'clock in the evening of April 30, and the whole Fiorentina team arrived at the Meazza Stadium on time by bus for the last warm-up before the start of the game.
