A thousand years ago, the volume was finished

Udyssien didn't know what to do, and had no interest in wasting their precious time discussing this devastating discovery, as more and more of the dark forces were to be transferred to their companions.

Knowing that there was only one way to stop the situation, Udisien walked forward with a grim expression and walked towards the distant ruins without hesitation. As he walked forward, he concentrated all his energy on finding out what was sacred there, what was going on with all his might against him.

He hated going to such a secluded place, and the jungle in front of him was getting darker and darker. As Udyssien walked on, the chirping of insects and beasts faded into his back, and he noticed that the trees and vines on both sides seemed to be covered with some kind of mysterious cover, as if some other species were living on them.

Some of the trees had branches that looked like human limbs, and their leaves reminded Udysien of the poisonous plants that Tomo had spoken of.

Suddenly, he tripped over something protruding from the ground, and at the moment of falling, he saw that it was a stone, but it was by no means an ordinary stone weathered by nature, and Udisien stretched out a hand, and the stone immediately flew into the palm of his hand.

It was supposed to be part of some broken statue that looked like the face of a woman, a beauty that only heaven could see.

Suddenly, a tremendous force struck Udisian, sending him flying involuntarily to a nearby tree, and it was only his barely reflexive ability that prevented him from being knocked in two. The stone flew out of his hand, though he fell heavily to the ground. But the stone fell lightly into the dirt.

At this moment, Udysien felt that he was not alone, but that the person standing in front of him was not human. Absolutely not, he could perceive it, not even any other creature.

As it drew closer, Udysien understood that it was a true demon.

He'd killed many demons, but he never thought about what it was like for these things to die, he just thought they weren't there anymore.

However. Now Udysien is not facing an undead, nor an angry elf, nor a living demon.

But none of that matters anymore. The most important thing is that Serencia needs protection.

"You've left her behind!" Udysien stood up as she suddenly roared, "You left them all behind!" ”

Boundless misery and hatred swept over it, but it did not go straight to Udisian, and the farmer's heart was suddenly occupied by a great sense of satisfaction. It's as if he's just fulfilled some long-cherished wish.

Boundless suffering and hatred swept over suddenly. But it didn't go straight to Udisian. The farmer's heart was suddenly filled with a great sense of excitement, as if he had just fulfilled some long-cherished wish.

Udysien decided to investigate the nature of the anger. He stared at the bushes in front of him and slowly reached out his hand.

Immediately, there was a violent explosion in the jungle, and large swaths of trees fell to the ground, while some shrubs flew everywhere. If the trees had blocked Udisian's path before, now there was a chaotic road ahead of him.

At the end of what the eye can see is a crumbling stone building. If it had a roof, it would have been crushed by a huge fist. There appear to be a total of three windows, each of which has an odd pentagonal shape.

The stone used throughout the building is similar to the color of bone. It's the same shard of stone that tripped over Udisian.

Tomo's estimate of the distance to the ruins was seriously skewed, and Udysien and the believers had actually reached its door.

Udysien squinted. There is a small crack on the left side of the collapsed building. It dawned on him that it was supposed to be a window, and if that was true, at least one more layer of the building should be buried underneath. Judging by the scene in front of you, the site must have fallen hundreds of years ago, and it must have suffered a great catastrophe when it toppled.

Udysien felt every muscle in his body tense as he slowly approached the building.

Tomo had described the monument to him, saying that it had been crumbled by time, but the farmer continued to see runes and various patterns of human faces on both sides.

He didn't really know what the runes came from, but he still had an impression of the drawings, many of which looked like the perfect woman in the stone carving, and now the patterns that appeared in front of him included her and another tall, almost sinister looking woman.

However, there seems to be no antagonism or hatred between them, and they even seem to be quite friendly.

The two of them didn't seem to bear any resemblance at all, but Udisien was already sure they were a pair. Considering that Lilith could easily disguise herself as any human, Udisian suspected that any resemblance to her in the picture would be the result of her own choices, depending on her mood and preferences.

At that moment, a voice sounded softly in his ears, but he couldn't understand the words at all, and he hesitated for a moment, then stepped forward.

An image suddenly flashed through his mind, it was a woman of the utmost beauty, with a pair of wings born behind her shoulders, could it be that the wings were made of flames?

The face was so familiar, but Udyssian thought for a moment before realizing that it was the woman on the broken statue, and that no craftsman would be able to carve her beauty out of the way, but in spite of this, Udisien could still feel her supreme glory in the image.

Udisian walked forward cautiously, but saw a second picture, this time of the woman with wings on his shoulders accompanied another man, who looked so handsome, with snow-white skin and ice-blue eyes without pupils.

They stood very affectionately together, and seemed to love each other deeply, despite the huge difference in appearance between them.

The whisper came to his ears again, but this time he couldn't understand the same word. Udysien didn't know what was going to happen next. But he kept walking.

He saw the mysterious pair again, but this time the winged woman had been torn into pieces and discarded to the ground. The man's legs were almost completely broken, and he also had deep wounds on his back. He looked dead, but still crawled towards her.

A large amount of green juice poured from the wound, and his bared teeth looked sharper than the river-dwelling predators in the Tolaj jungle, and the man banged angrily on the floor, his face covered with tears, and wherever they dripped they sneered.

Behind them. For the first time, Udyssien saw a white building, which had already fallen to the ground, and all four floors were not spared.

He saw that something had crushed the roof. The foundation on the right is also very badly damaged. Beyond the ruins was a wood, but the species was apparently more common to Selam, at least until they were in trouble.

All images, even the oldest ones. Suddenly gone.

Udysien shook her head vigorously, trying to see what was in front of her. He suddenly felt that the force that had been used against him with all his might was suddenly far away, and it might have threatened Cerentia.

Udysien shrugged his shoulders as he recalled what had just happened and tried to redraw the thing's attention to himself, his eyes fixed on the ancient building. It couldn't withstand the tremendous force of Udisian, and the whole thing began to stagger, and large stones fell from above.

But just as Udysien had just exerted his strength, he was thrown to the ground by some violent force. He felt that this was the pure power of anger just now.

The son of Delmidis could not help but cry out in pain, and he realized that he had clearly underestimated the determination of the viciousness he had just had. The farmer's mind echoed with roars and unintelligible words.

Udysien now understands very well that the opponent's attack has been exhausted with all its might, leaving no room for himself at all. He didn't know how he had provoked the other party, whether it was an elf, an undead, or something else, he just wanted to stop the other party from harming Selenthia and himself.

Udysien looked up with all his might, and through his painful eyes, he saw that everything in front of him had changed beyond nature. The Son of Delmidis wondered if he had seen the man, it was a demon, it could not be wrong, it stood in front of the ruins, like a furious guardian.

In the blink of an eye, the Guardian's huge fist had already struck in front of Udisian.

Once hit by this fist, Udysien did not know what kind of misery would happen to him, and he immediately concentrated all his thoughts on protecting himself.

But the big creature was gone, and with it another frenzied attack, broken branches, broken stones, and all sorts of other things, apparently the rubbish that Udyssian had just cleared the road.

The garbage was desperately struck at him by some kind of forceful manipulation, and Udyssien did his best to resist them at his side, but as the other party continued to push in, he felt that the garbage could hit him hard at any moment.

The jagged branches were barely an inch away from his cheek, and the stone whistled past him, faster than any light bird, enough to shatter his skull. He felt the ground shake up and down, as if something was trying to crawl out of the ground and grab him.

Udysien felt that the demon had now put all his energy into himself, and that all he could do was to survive as best he could, if possible.

If he fails, the thing will surely continue to chase Selenthea.

Udisien had to surmise that the demon must have suffered greatly during his lifetime, perhaps because of the loss of his dependent companion, otherwise he would not have been so angry and mad until now, and it was clear that it wanted Serencia to replace its lost partner.

He had to stop all this, if the other party was a demon on the same level as Lucien, then it was no match for Udisian, and Udisien would definitely be able to defeat this immortal guy.

He was once again focused on the ruins, which seemed to have a direct connection to the demon.

He walked forward desperately, trying not to pay attention to the shards flying in front of him, even after a branch finally broke through Udisian's magical shield and struck him on the forehead, a small but clear stream of blood streaked across his face. He didn't even blink, still staring at his target.

The old building shook again, this time much more severely than before. Part of the fence on the right cracked, causing the roof it to fall into the bushes.

A window lost all support around it and fell to the ground with a thud and shattered.

A shrill voice suddenly sounded in Udyssian's head, and something suddenly grabbed him by the ankle, forcing him to temporarily distract himself from the sudden problem.

The Son of Dalmidis felt a thin palm tearing at his skin, a hand that might have been human, but only had four fingers. Long nails on the fingers.

Udisian's mind suddenly flashed the appearance of a man, yes, he was the only one with such a palm.

Demonic Hand.

The second hand slowly reached out of the dirt. There was still a little skin left on the hand, but it looked whiter than bone, and Udyssien struggled to shake the first hand away, and broke through some invisible obstacle to retreat.

With the bursting of the ground. A misshapen monster leaped out of it. This is an out-and-out demon, the infamous undead.

Its bones are completely different from those of humans, and each section looks a little strange, while its ribcage is dense and seamless.

To Udisi's surprise, this demon actually had bones, and the previous terrible gulag obviously didn't have a single one, but the demon family obviously didn't have a unified bloodline, and they looked all kinds of strange. I couldn't find two identical ones.

Its head was tilted to the side, and its jaw hung loosely under its mouth. The scavenger was anything but handsome, and Udysien watched as a centipede hastily burrowed into its eye socket, and it looked as if nothing had happened.

And what surprised Udysien the most now was that Mendeen, who had always thought that his brother would stay with those believers, actually came to his side, and he felt that there was an unsettling atmosphere in his brother.

Mendeen stood in front of the terrible creature, arms outstretched, chanting a spell in a language Udyssian had never heard before, but the farmer soon realized that the tone was very similar to the language that the demon had once shouted.

The ghoul-like monster hesitated. Although its eyes were long gone, it was clear that it was now staring at Mendene, and it looked a little surprised.

If the monster was only a little surprised, then Mendeen must have been surprised, he must have expected many spells to achieve the possible effect, but in the end in vain, he tried to recite another spell aloud, and Udyssien still couldn't understand it, but there was already a chill down his spine.

The spell had clearly had an effect, but Udyssien didn't know exactly what kind of outcome Mendeen needed.

The terrible monster staggered like a drunk for a long time, but finally managed to stabilize its shape, and Udyssien felt that the threat was getting heavier and heavier, but there was one thing he couldn't explain, that is, the demon didn't seem to know what to do next.

"He's still alive......" Mendeen muttered obsessively, "No...... He is now between life and death, and only a desire for revenge sustains his actions...... He still refuses to admit what kind of blow he has suffered......"

Udisian didn't care about the reason in his brother's mouth, he only knew that the two of them had to stop the demon in front of him from continuing to wreak havoc, and he once again gathered his strength, his eyes fixed on the large ruins in front of him.

Walls fell to the ground, and the whole building let out a mournful wail, and at last it fell apart like the temple of Toraga.

But even so, the devil did not fall.

Udisian's emotions grew more and more agitated, but before he could prepare for his next attack, Mendeen suddenly reached out a hand to stop him.

"Wait! And lo and behold! Mendeen shouted to him.

The skeletal creature suddenly turned and walked towards the rubble, completely oblivious to the two intruders in front of him. It raised its huge, ugly face and suddenly let out a roar into the sky, and Udysien heard the pain in the bone.

A small object flew out of the vicinity of Udisien and Mendeen and fell straight into the devil's hands.

It was a broken statue with the face of a certain woman carved into it.

The devil grasped the fragment, and the other hand gently stroked it. Then, under the astonished gaze of the two brothers, it faded away.

Suspicious of some kind of conspiracy, Udyssien jumped to his feet and pounced. But he didn't touch the demon's entity at all, as if the devil had suddenly withdrawn from the mortal plane to his own worldly realm.

"He's back to his own realm." Mendeen muttered, "It's over. ”

"But what happened? What was it that alarmed it...... It doesn't matter what you call it. Udysien shrugged, "Like I said, revenge...... And death. ”

Udysien remembered the extraordinary couple he had seen, and there was such a great difference between them. One is a demon, and the other is ...... The other one is an angel, isn't it?

But it's a bit ridiculous, and Udyssien can't think of a more bizarre setting.

He put the thoughts aside and asked Mendeen, "What about Celentia?" She's safe now, right? ”

"It should be fine. You've protected her well, brother. Mendeen replied immediately.

Udisien immediately sensed his brother's tone and said coldly: "Yes, you have been protecting her as well......"

"But I'm not doing as well as you." Mendeen replied calmly.

Suddenly, Udysien waved his hands and roared, "You know what I mean, Mendeen! My patience is limited, I have shown you so many times, but how do you react? You've changed! Sometimes, I'm not even sure who I'm talking to! ”

The younger brother bowed his head.

"There is no ...... at all," he whispered, "not at all." ”

"We've got to get this straight." Udyssien insisted, "I know what happened to you lately...... I also know how it will affect us. Don't you think the misunderstanding between us is already too dangerous! ”

"yes...... I think so too. Mendeen glanced back at the collapsed buildings, "But not here, not now." How are you tonight, when everyone else is asleep. ”

Mendeen ......" Udyssien didn't know what to say.

But his brother stretched out his hands and said, almost pleadingly, "Is it okay tonight...... There are only two of us. ”

Mendeen bit his lip tightly. Udisian knew that it was impossible to ask anything now, and he said helplessly: "Then tonight." It can't be delayed any longer. You know what I mean, Mendeen. ”

His brother nodded, then turned and began to walk forward. Udysien stood there for a moment, staring at Mendeen's back.

Then, another man broke into his heart.

Serencia ......

The girl's gentle smiling face appeared in his mind, making him forget about the annoying demon and the elusive brother for a moment. The most important thing now is to catch up with the other believers and make sure she's safe and sound.

And after that? Udysithien could only pray that Achillios, no matter what form he was in, would forgive his friend for being so weak-willed. (To be continued......)
