Lin Heng, who shook everyone at the beginning, obediently returned to Zhongnan Mountain, but this time he didn't have to live in the mountains by himself, but was brought into the Quanzhen Sect by Ma Yu.
As a disciple of Ma Yu, the head of the Quanzhen Sect, Lin Heng attracted the attention of a group of people, but Ma Yu did not accept him as a disciple, but as a lay disciple. In this way, although Lin Heng is eye-catching, he will not be annoying, especially for Yin Zhiping and Zhao Zhijing, the two disciples who have come out to excel, after all, he is not a threat to the two.
Lin Heng didn't feel any pity for not being able to officially worship the Quanzhen Sect, after all, he didn't plan to be a Taoist priest, especially this kind of Taoist priest who couldn't marry a wife. It's just that Lin Heng has a lot of opinions about being brought to the Quanzhen Sect by the master. He had just come out, and he came back before he had a good time, which really made him unhappy.
It's a pity that his words are useless here, and he has just entered Ma Yu's sect, so he naturally has to listen to his master's words.
Sitting in the room, Lin Heng bowed respectfully to Ma Yu, and then stood aside. Ma Yu saw this, nodded with satisfaction, and said: "Heng'er, ordinary people who worship under my Quanzhen Sect have to start from scratch, but you are a leading art investment teacher, and your martial arts foundation is also solid, so you don't need to do basic homework anymore." It's just that my Quanzhen Sect is a Taoist sect, and you still have to understand Taoist literature. In this way, in addition to learning martial arts with other classmates in the future, you will go to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion in the back mountain to browse the Taoist scriptures at other times. ”
"Yes!" Lin Heng immediately nodded in response. His worship of the Quanzhen Sect was not a whim, but it was considered, and this consideration factor is the Taoist classics in the Quanzhen Sect.
For modern people, these classics may not be of the slightest use, but here, these classics are very precious, especially the Wanshou Daozang, which is a must-read for the throne. The reason, everyone knows the Dao, it must be Huangshang and Jiuyin Zhenjing. Lin Hengxue has the Nine Yin True Scripture, and he can roughly understand the things in it, but there are some places that he can't understand. However, he can't ask people about this, so he can only rely on himself, and the best way to do it is not to learn Taoist culture.
It was with these considerations that he made a request to worship under Ma Yu's door. Now, Ma Yu said so, and he naturally agreed.
Ma Yu saw Lin Heng agree so happily, and nodded approvingly. He was already worried that Lin Heng would worship Quanzhen because of his martial arts, but now that he saw this, he suddenly felt that Lin Heng was good. But if you really want to talk about his profound true kung fu, it won't work, after all, after a long time, he still has to think about Lin Heng.
After saying goodbye to Ma Yu, Lin Heng immediately asked a little senior brother to take him around, he first looked at his residence, and then went to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion in the back mountain to familiarize himself with the road. Then he went to supper and rested.
The next day, Lin Heng heard the bell early in the morning, and he knew that it was the sound of the morning class, so he immediately came to Chongyang Palace. Here, the disciples of the Quanzhen Sect are all here, but there are not many disciples of the Quanzhen Sect at this time. Lin Heng took a closer look, except for the seven sons of the town at the front, there were only twenty or thirty people sitting below. Looking at this scale, the name of the first major sect of the Quanzhen Sect is very undeserved. It's just that Lin Heng knows that he is the number one sect, and that's just a joke. What is respected in the rivers and lakes is strength, Wang Chongyang was the first in the world back then, and his sect was naturally the first. Now that Wang Chongyang is dead, although the Quanzhen Sect has seven sons of Quanzhen, it is not the first at all, but it is used to being the first back then, and everyone is just called it that.
In the Condor period, the Quanzhen Sect had a trace of the meaning of the first sect, but it was only in terms of numbers, and in terms of martial arts, it was even weaker, because at that time, there were only five of the seven sons of the Quanzhen Sect, and the strongest Ma Yu died, and the seven-star sword array could not be arranged, and he didn't even have the ability to fight with the masters.
Shaking his head, Lin Heng immediately sat behind Ma Yu, he secretly glanced at everyone, and saw that everyone closed their eyes slightly and recited the Taoist scriptures silently, so he naturally did the same.
Quanzhen disciples recite the Tao Te Ching. The Tao Te Ching is absolutely like the Bible in the hearts of Taoists, but I am afraid that not many people can understand what this scripture is talking about.
Lin Heng will also be able to read the Tao Te Ching, but it is the first time he has come here, and he can't keep up with their laws at all, so he will make a mistake after reading it for a while, and then correct it. In this way, he recited for an hour, and then came to the square outside with everyone to practice swordsmanship.
Lin Heng was a newcomer and didn't understand the Quanzhen swordsmanship, so he could only practice the previous swordsmanship. Ma Yu saw this and felt that it was not good, so he immediately came over to teach him Quanzhen swordsmanship.
There are seven swords and seven styles in the Quanzhen swordsmanship, a total of seven seven and forty-nine styles. This set of swordsmanship was realized by Wang Chongyang in the battle array, and later joined the Taoist understanding after entering the Tao, and it was no longer as murderous as the beginning, but quite Taoist implicit health preservation. It's just that if you comprehend it yourself, you will find that this set of swordsmanship invisibly contains killing intent, and it is definitely a first-class swordsmanship.
Based on Lin Heng's own cognition, this set of swordsmanship was completely not under the Wuyue swordsmanship he had learned, even if it was compared to the immeasurable swordsmanship, it was not bad. The only difference is probably the emphasis.
Outside Chongyang Palace, more than a dozen people practiced the Quanzhen swordsmanship together, which was magnificent and quite imposing. It's just that soon everyone dispersed in groups of three or five, the work that should be done, the study that should be studied, and only a few three or four people will stay there and ask the seven sons of Quanzhen for swordsmanship.
Lin Heng didn't stay, he went to the Houshan Zangjing Pavilion alone to read the Taoist scriptures.
He really doesn't have a deep understanding of the Tao Classic, so you can say the Tao Te Ching, which everyone knows about the Tao, but there are a few people who know it. Lin Heng also couldn't understand it, but now he had to learn, so he could only study it word by word, ask what he didn't understand, and discuss it with the master if he understood it.
Although his way of asking three questions is annoying, it is quite studious, which makes Ma Yu very happy. It is precisely because of this that Ma Yu not only did not get angry, but also deliberately took out a period of time every day to guide Lin Heng, and Lin Heng also made rapid progress because of this. At this time, he was like a greedy sponge, endlessly absorbing Taoist knowledge.
The more he looked, the more profound Lin Heng's cognition became, and slowly, he also summed up his own things, which were also the core things he thought were the core, that is, what was the Tao.
Tao, what is it?
The answer to this question is probably different for everyone, because everyone has their own understanding. Not to mention anything else, it is Wang Chongyang and Zhou Botong, the two brothers. In terms of martial arts, Zhou Botong's Tao lies in emptiness and softness, which represents the Kongming Fist he created. Think about it, if Zhou Botong didn't have his own deep understanding, how could he create an empty boxer?
What about Wang Chongyang? This is not easy to say, but from Lin Heng's point of view, he believes that the core of the Tao should be "beginning", that is, the meaning of beginning and source. This point, innate gong should be able to explain something. Lin Heng hadn't seen the innate exercises, and he didn't understand them, but from its name, you can know that this set of exercises should lie in the word "innate".
What is Innate? In human terms, it is when you are in your mother's womb, you are born.
Wang Chongyang named the name of martial arts as innate martial arts, which should be the hope of cultivating to the realm of returning to the basics, that is, when people begin.
Of course, Lin Heng's view of Wang Chongyang may be one-sided, after all, he doesn't know this person very well, but this does not prevent him from sorting out his understanding of the Dao. In today's parlance, the Tao is actually the rules. Birth, old age, sickness and death are the way, flowers bloom and thank you is the way, and thunder and rain are also the way...... Everything in nature can be attributed to the Tao, that is, the rules. But at the same time, the first birth of heaven and earth is also the Tao.
Therefore, in Lin Heng's view, the Tao is like the sea, which can accommodate everything and can be everything.
His opinion is so big that he can't elaborate on it, because his statement is tantamount to not saying it. If you think about it, for a martial artist, he should go out of his own way, and his opinion is a vague view, which anyone will say. What's the use, you have to summarize a detailed path.
At the beginning, Lin Heng took these to discuss with Ma Yu, and he was beaten by him, Lin Heng thought about it, and felt that it was wrong, but later, he thought of the Northern Spiritual Skill in Tianlong, that set of exercises, isn't it the embodiment of his own Dao?
As soon as he thought of this, Lin Heng put away his mind of giving up and devoted himself to studying and researching again. He summed up the Taoist scriptures and knowledge he learned here, and recalled various sayings from his previous life. Slowly, he came up with a thought.
Chaos is divided into yin and yang, yin and yang derive the five elements, and the five elements transform heaven and earth. This is Lin Heng's summary, to put it bluntly, it is one life in the Tao Te Ching, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things.
In the past, Lin Heng couldn't understand this sentence at all, but now, he kind of understands. Of course, this understanding is not a mythological content, but something summarized by combining one's own internal strength.
You see, the human body can be heaven and earth, and the dantian qi sea can also be heaven and earth. The bloodline of the human body can be all things, and all things are unified into internal force, gathering in the sea of qi, so that the one of the sea of qi is there. Subsequently, with one connection to the human body heaven and earth, open up all things, so that all things in the human body become all things in the dantian. In this way, it conforms to the principle of two in one life, two in three, and three in all things.
Of course, this should be a normal understanding, that is, the understanding of most people, but through the Northern Shengong, Lin Heng also thought of an understanding, that is, the idea that everything is three, three in two, and two into one.
Do you think, is this the case with the Northern Spiritual Skill? He absorbs the internal force, and the internal force comes from the outside, through the meridians, and into the dantian. Isn't this the process of all things returning to one?
And in Lin Heng's opinion, the Northern Spiritual Skill is not so simple. If it's just absorption, it's the Dafa of Absorbing Stars, but it still has the True Qi of the Northern Underworld. This is a kind of true qi that can accommodate all kinds of true qi, and it is more beneficial than the true qi of the Yi Jin Jing. It can be said that with the True Qi of the Northern Darkness, no matter how you suck others, you won't worry about the disaster of Star Absorbing Dafa. At this point, the Northern Shengong also embodies the characteristics of the "beginning", that is, the ultimate one.
And so, three to one, and one to three. This set of exercises is a divine skill that completely accommodates two kinds of thoughts and carries them forward to the extreme, and it is also a divine skill that can embody Lin Heng's thoughts.
Accommodating everything is the embodiment of Lin Hengdao, and the Northern Shengong told him that his idea can be realized. It's a pity that he doesn't have enough ability to understand how the Northern Shengong was created, otherwise he might really make a technique that absorbs people's internal force.
At night, Lin Heng found the master again and said, "Master, the disciple listened to your words last time, went back and thought about it carefully, and I found that my understanding was not wrong. ”
Ma Yu listened to Lin Heng's words and frowned. He said: "Your statement is naturally correct, the Tao is all things, and I understand this. It's just that it's only broadly explicit. Have you ever wondered what about your word? ”
"My way? Isn't it my way to contain all things? Lin Heng asked in surprise.
Hearing this, Ma Yu shook his head and said, "Disciple, there is nothing wrong with accommodating all things, but have you ever thought about how to form this Dao that accommodates all things?" There's nothing wrong with you seeing the containment of all things as your way, but have you ever thought about the process? Everyone's Tao has its own process, and your Tao is the easiest, but at the same time it is the most difficult. Because no one has ever been able to hold all the Dao, let alone martial arts. That's why I'm against you! ”
Lin Heng frowned, thinking secretly in his heart.
That's right, it's too simple. It is indeed the Tao to accommodate all things and the laws of nature, but these things are not only understood by oneself, but also by many people, but how to achieve this process? ’
The Northern Spiritual Skill is to support Lin Heng's confidence, even if he is upset at this time, he will not think that this road will not work, just let him create the Northern Spiritual Skill, it is obviously too difficult, and he himself has no confidence, after all, the Northern Spiritual Skill has always been the first divine skill in his heart.
'What do you do?' ’
Lin Heng pulled his collar and stood up impatiently. His actions seemed very rude, but Ma Yu was not angry, but he was a little worried that he would reach a dead end, and immediately said: "Everyone has their own way, and you have chosen to accommodate all things, which is not wrong, but have you ever thought about the process." Nowadays, you should not think about whether this path is right or not, but how you should realize it. ”
"Yes, why are you so stupid, even if you can't create a technique like the Northern Pluto Divine Skill, you must be able to make a star-absorbing Dafa......" Lin Heng smiled, hugged his fist at Ma Yu and said, "Disciple, thank you for your understanding." ”
Ma Yu nodded, and Lin Heng also said goodbye and left. This time, instead of going to the Scripture Pavilion, he returned to his room and thought carefully about the path he was going to take.
Tao and martial arts are inseparable, and for Taoist martial artists, their understanding of Tao is reflected in martial arts. Lin Heng read the Taoist scriptures in the hope of deepening his understanding of martial arts. Now, although he doesn't have that ability, but with this heart, he has the motivation to move forward, doesn't he?
In the house, Lin Heng stayed overnight, and when he came out the next day, the whole person had become refreshed. In one night, he didn't think about it for long, because he knew that with his current ability, it was impossible to do anything earth-shattering. What he needs to do now is not to create, but to understand, and the best way to understand is to learn.
For theoretical knowledge, Lin Heng has already learned a lot, so he needs to get out of the rut and see various martial arts.
So early in the morning, he found Ma Yu and told him that he wanted to go out for a walk. Ma Yu knew that his disciples had been very competitive in the past six months, and he also had an understanding of his character, so he immediately nodded and agreed. So Lin Heng hastily cleaned up, then went down to Nanshan and reappeared in the rivers and lakes.
