My Confession (Part I)
Today the second chapter has been changed.
Some say these two chapters of water.
If you only want to see the main character, it's really water.
But I think there are one or two chapters in a novel about the club's income and expenditure, which is not water compared to the total word count of almost three million words now, right?
The hot topic in the book review area before was that Lazio didn't pay off much debt in two years, which was unreasonable and unscientific.
I saw it at the time, but I didn't say it, because I wanted to make an introduction in the novel that everyone could see.
It's good to give everyone a science popularization.
Although some people are veteran fans and may know a lot about it, there will always be some friends who don't understand.
Wouldn't it be better if you could learn a lot about this by reading novels?
Just like the highly acclaimed "The Godfather of Champions", there are many chapters about the football environment in England, such as the Hillsborough tragedy, the English football hooligans, and the British fan culture.
In "The Legend of Champions", there is also a chapter dedicated to the "popular science" chapter on the composition of the English football system.
I remember some people saying that water, how is it that it has become a classic now?
That's probably my style of writing, and I always want to carry more in my novels, even if it's to popularize football.
Even today, in the age of commercial writing, I insist on doing so.
These two chapters are considered watery, but it took me a day to write, and there were more than ten or twenty windows open on the browser to check the information, constantly switching, verifying, and comparing repeatedly, and finding the one that is more credible in comparison from a large pile of information.
For an Italian corporate tax, I also checked the information on the website of the Ministry of Commerce of China.
Just like when I wrote about the godfather of the championship, I would use Google Maps to identify a tree in front of the FA's goal.
Of course, some people can say "we know Baidu for these things", but I can't just write that when I write this, right?
"The following content, please Baidu by yourself", then for football novels, I am afraid that many parts involving the introduction of background knowledge of materials, everyone can only see "please Baidu" and "please Google"......
I have met readers on Weibo more than once who said that they still know about such and such a team and such a league from my book.
I am very proud and happy about this.
I think the efforts I have made are worthwhile.
(Because the number of words in a single chapter of this is more than 1,000 words, in order not to charge, so it is divided into two chapters)
(To be continued.) )
