Chapter 417: Sanfeng's Strange Story

Shi Nai'an turned out to be the child of Luo Guanzhong's neighbor, and according to this calculation, Luo Guanzhong later accepted him as an apprentice.

Could it be that Luo Guanzhong didn't live long, so his apprentice Shi Nai'an helped him fulfill his long-cherished wish? There may be another possibility - Luo Guanzhong has already finished writing, and before he can be made public, he will die, and Shi Nai'an knows that this book will be a big hit, so he keeps it for himself.

I really didn't expect that these things, which were originally only recorded in wild history, would have the opportunity to find out the truth.

Before I knew it, the two of us had been chatting for about half an hour, and when I heard the coughing sound of the crowd on the side, it dawned on me that there were still seventy or eighty onlookers around.

Looking at the time, it was already half past ten in the morning, and an old man with only two teeth walked up to us tremblingly: "This hero, seeing that it is noon, I ...... I'm going to find someone to prepare food and drinks, or go to my house first, right? ”

The others stared at me too, which made me a little embarrassed.

It turned out that this old man was the village chief of Xuejia Village, and I knew that there was no village party secretary in the Ming Dynasty, and the village chief was the head of a village.

followed Village Chief Xue to his house, followed by a group of neighbors.

The ancient house is very simple, it is really a "hut", relatively speaking, the village chief's house is not bad, there is a small pavilion in the yard, the village chief ran over a few steps first, wiped one of the stone benches with his sleeve.

"The remote village environment is poor, and I am afraid that there is poor hospitality, this ...... This hero sits casually! It is estimated that the village chief still regards me as a "god" in his heart, so he has a nervous look in his tone.

I sat down, and Luo Guanzhong sat across from me, surrounded by a dozen neighborhoods, all grinning at me.

Don't mention the awkwardness.

An hour later, two women with turbans served six plates of food and a jar of wine, and the village chief hurriedly poured them for us...... More than an hour passed, Luo Guanzhong collapsed directly to the ground, and I was also slightly drunk.

The Ming Dynasty drank pure grain wine, which was delicious, but it was not enough, and I thought to myself: in the 21st century, this kind of wine will not be able to be drunk if you want to.

During the chat, I learned a lot of interesting facts about the Ming Dynasty, some of which are the same as those recorded in the history books, and some of which are very different.

The village chief mentioned Zhang Sanfeng, saying that Zhang Sanfeng was from a nearby village when he was young, and after his parents died, he began to live by fishing for a period of time...... Stayed in a cave by the river for the night......"

Hearing this, my heart "chuckled" for a moment.

"And now?"

The old village smiled bitterly and shook his head: "This ...... This, starting from Emperor Zhu Di, the royal relatives and nobles are looking for him, and it is said that even the previous emperor Wuzong Zhu Houzhao is looking for him, and he has been looking for him for almost a lifetime...... I heard that a few years ago, someone saw an old man with fairy wind bones in Wuyi Mountain, and according to the description, it should be him. ”

Wuyi Mountain again?

I don't know if it's a mental effect, but I talked about it with the old glasses at once, in the seventies and eighties of the last century, the strange ancient tombs found in Wuyi Mountain were connected.

blurted out: "If Zhang Sanfeng lives until now, he is not young, right?" ”

The old village chief thought for a while before replying: "I remember listening to the old people in the village say that when Emperor Wen was established, Zhang Sanfeng had already personally supported the boat and relied on fishing and hygiene...... If you can live to this day, how can you be more than 200 years old......"

Two hundred years old?

I subconsciously swallowed two mouthfuls of saliva.

Even in the 21st century, it is rare to have a lifespan of more than 100, let alone the Ming Dynasty 400 years ago?

As far as I know, except in ancient times, there was really a long-lived person - more than 100 years ago, Li Qingyuan, a scholar of traditional Chinese medicine in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, was a world-famous long-lived old man, who lived for a total of 256 years.

Of course, this is all a record of wild history.

When Li Qingyun was 100 years old (1777), he was awarded a special award by the imperial court for his outstanding achievements in Chinese medicine. During this period, he received many visits from Western scholars. Li Qingyun has married 24 wives in his life, and he has many children and grandchildren.

Li's living habits are different from ordinary people, he does not drink, does not drink tea, does not smoke, eats regularly and quantitatively, goes to bed early and gets up early; Sit quietly with your eyes closed, your hands on your knees, your head held high, and you don't move for hours. The left hand has long nails, and a small bamboo tube is often used to cover the fingers to protect the nails, and when it grows to about six inches, it is cut off and placed in a wooden box for preservation.

Lee died with a small box of fingernail shells; Usually quiet and never talk about irrelevant words. When asked about his age, he only replied that he was over 200 years old. Where was he born, when was he born? No one knows. Although he married a wife, he did not live together, and only let him wash and cook for him.

Li specialized in ophthalmology and orthopedics, and in 1820 hired a 14-year-old boy to pick up medicine for him, and traveled to the countryside all year round to treat diseases, charging high medical fees for wealthy families to support the whole family. Li Xian often went to the heart shop near Gaoqiao to ask someone to play cards, and he lost about 120 Wen every time, so that the card players could win enough money for the day's meal.

Li was kind to people and never got angry, so many neighbors were willing to get along with him, and they all respectfully called him Li Er's teacher (because there was an old man who claimed to be his brother from Shanghai who came to visit him in Chenjiachang). How old is Li Qingyun?

It remains a mystery to this day. According to the information that has been obtained, Li Qingyun is at least 170 years old. Xiang Zhiyang, a young man hired by Li Qingyun to pick up the burden of medicine after he came to open the county, is the grandfather of Li Guangsong, a native of Lijiawan, Changsha Town.

Born in 1806, lived to be ninety-three years old, died in 1912. At that time, Li Qingyun was still alive. Xiang Jiyang was fourteen years old to pick up medicine for Li, who was like an old man in his fifties at the time, and based on this, he lived for at least 170 years.

He himself admitted that he was not born in 1677 but in 1736, which means that he lived to be 197 years old. But in 1930, Hu Zhongqian, a professor at Chengdu University, discovered his birth "certificate", which he was supposed to have been born in 1677, when the Qing court held 150 and 200 birthday celebrations for him.

Of course, for this person named Li Qingyun, there is everything to say, some people say that this matter is pure nonsense, how can anyone live so long in the world...... Some people also say that this matter is reliable for two reasons, one is that Li Qingyun's life era is very close, but about his life and deeds, which are very detailed, and even specific to which year. First Chinese Network

Speaking of Zhang Sanfeng, he is a man of the hour.

The earliest is from Jin Yong's martial arts "Heaven and Dragon Slayer", the common name Zhang Junbao, when he was a child, he grew up with a person called an insulated monk in Shaolin Temple, and later realized in Wudang Mountain and founded the Wudang School......

In fact, most of these are made up by Mr. Jin Yong.

The real Zhang Sanfeng was a mad Taoist priest according to the wild history, and in the recorded texts, he disappeared after the age of one hundred and thirty or forty.

Based on various historical materials, it can be roughly determined that Zhang Sanfeng's name is Quanyi, also known as Xuanxuan and Tongyi, and he was born in 1347 or 1348. The place of birth is said to be in today's Heishan County, Liaoning, one is said to be in Baoji, Shaanxi, and some are said to be in Shaowu City, Fujian.

It is said that his appearance is extraordinary, with big ears and big eyes, "turtle-shaped crane bones", a beard like a steel wire, a bun combed on his head, and a ruler in his hand. Regardless of cold or heat, he only wears a hundred clothes, wanders around on the edge of the Yellow River, and is nicknamed "Zhang Sloppy".

This Zhang Sanfeng usually doesn't talk much, but when he discusses the three teachings of Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism, he talks eloquently, "Focusing on morality, benevolence, loyalty and filial piety, and there is no false fortune and misfortune, and deceive others." Therefore, the heart and the divine power, the god and the Tao are one, and everything has a prescient reason."

Zhang Sanfeng's miracle has two points.

For one, he climbed the mountain as if he were walking on flat ground, and he could sleep peacefully in the snow in the middle of winter. Its physical fitness stands out among the people who generally have no food and clothing and have a weak physique.

Second, at the beginning of Zhu Di's succession, he established several strongholds in Wudang Mountain, so that his disciples Qiu Xuanqing lived in Wulong, Lu Qiuyun lived in Nanyan, and Liu Guquan and Yang Shandeng lived in Zixiao. He set up a view in the north of Zhanqi Peak, called Yuzhen Palace, and built a house in Loess City, called Huixian Pavilion, so that his disciple Zhou Zhen had to guard.

It can be seen that he has some business acumen, and if he lives until now, he will definitely not lose to Li Yi.

But I don't know if you have noticed that Zhang Sanfeng was born in the forties of the thirteenth century, and he was already eighty or ninety years old in the early years of Emperor Jianwen. It is amazing that you can still go to the mountains to do construction at such an old age.

What's even more amazing is that "Ming Chengzu Zhu Di Gengwu, (Sanfeng) brushed his sleeves and went long, I don't know where it is", Zhang Sanfeng flicked his sleeves and left, I don't know where he went. Shortly thereafter, there was a craze for the government and the opposition to find Zhang Sanfeng.

First, Zhu Di sent people to Wudang Mountain to find Zhang Sanfeng, but they were not seen. Some people say that he may have gone to the Yunmen Mountain Cave in Qingzhou, Shandong. Zhu Di's horses hurriedly chased to Qingzhou, but they didn't see anything Zhang Sanfeng and Zhang Sifeng at all.

Zhu Di looked for Zhang Sanfeng, it is said that it is to clean up Taoism, "If you can meet Zhang Xuanxuan, let him come and talk to me", the mood of the search is not very urgent, it belongs to a match or not. When it was time for his son to ——— Yongle Emperor Zhu Di, the door was suddenly raised.

After Zhu Di's son ascended the throne, he immediately sent Hu Guang, a scholar, to Wudang Mountain to visit the immortals. Hu Guang went back and forth several times, and asked everyone, and the disciples either replied that they went to place A or place B, in short, they were not in Wudang Mountain. More than 10 years have yielded nothing.

Later, Zhu Di's son told Hu Guang: Either find Zhang Sanfeng or die. So, Hu Guang reported and claimed to have seen Zhang Sanfeng, but the real person wanted to go to Taishang Laojun for a banquet, and he couldn't be summoned, please understand. This is a bit of myth and legend or nonsense. It's just that the emperor is too anxious.

However, it can be regarded as giving Yongle an answer. Emperor Yongle was happy and wrote a letter to Zhang Sanfeng, very regretful and very reverent, "I have admired the real person for a long time, and I want to see you very much; Thou art of high morals and above all things, while I am a shallow learner and a man of little virtue. I hope you will come to the capital when you have time, and I look forward to your visit. ”

It is said that Zhang Sanfeng replied to Zhu Di's son with a letter about the way of health preservation, but it is unknown whether this letter was written by Zhang Sanfeng.

In order to curry favor with Zhang Sanfeng, Zhu Di and his son both built a large number of buildings in Wudang Mountain, and built eight palaces, two views, thirty-six nunnery, and seventy-two rock temples for Zhang Sanfeng.

It is said that a person of Zhang Sanfeng's age, he should guess with his feet that he may no longer be alive, why do you have to search hard? It turned out that the people had been circulating Zhang Sanfeng's whereabouts all over the country.

Yang Pu's "Zen Xuanxian Teachings" said that Zhang Sanfeng once came back from the dead in Baoji, Shaanxi: "On September 20 of the sixteenth year of Yongle of this dynasty (1493), (Zhang Sanfeng) passed away by himself, and passed away, and the people Yang Liangshan and others put the coffin and buried it, and the funeral was regarded as it, Sanfeng was resurrected, and then entered Shu to see the king of Shu."

Zhang, a native of Zhecheng County, Henan Province, claimed to have seen Zhang Sanfeng at a Taoist temple. He was thirteen years old that year, Zhang Sanfeng asked him where he was from and what his name was, he answered one by one, and the other party told him: "I am Zhang Sanfeng, and I had dinner at your house back then."

Zhang later became an official in the court and mentioned this matter to Emperor Yongle, and Yongle sent him to follow Hu Guang to Wudang Mountain to find Zhang Sanfeng.

There are also people who say in the notes that "(Sanfeng) orthodoxy is still there", and orthodoxy is the era name of Zhu Qizhen, the great-grandson of Emperor Yongle and Yingzong of the Ming Dynasty. Some people also say that he "ends in the sky, either hidden or present", which is even further. Even, during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, a person named Wang Mengjiu claimed to have met and talked to Sanfeng Zhenren.

These indistinguishable news stimulated the nerves of the emperors like a stimulant. If you can find such an immortal and ask him for advice on the way to longevity in person, wouldn't you be able to enjoy the glory and wealth of the world?

Several generations of emperors of the Ming Dynasty firmly believed that Zhang Sanfeng, who saw the head of the dragon without seeing the end, was still alive in the world, and gave him titles one after another. Ming Yingzong gave him the title of "Tongwei Manifestation Zhenren", Ming Xianzong named him "Taoguang Shangzhi True Immortal", and Ming Shizong gave him the title of "Qingxu Yuan Miao Zhenjun".

Where did Zhang Sanfeng go, dead or alive? According to Li Shirong, the author of "Ancient and Modern Taijiquan Spectrum and Source Interpretation", Zhang Sanfeng died in the second year of Tianshun in the Ming Dynasty (1458), and his life expectancy was 212 years old. Of course, this is inferred from sporadic written records, and many people agree with this statement.

Just because facts are more than we can imagine doesn't mean they don't exist; Nor should an expert stop disagreeing just because he has already given a result. There are four reasons for this:

First, there is no such person as Zhang Sanfeng at all, it is the Taoist priests who live in Wudang Mountain who made up such an elder and used his legendary experience to support and cheer him up;

Second, there is indeed such a person as Zhang Sanfeng, but he died when he first became famous in the early years of Yongle, and his followers pretended that he traveled to other places to deify his master;

Third, some people deliberately muddy the waters and fabricate the experience of meeting with them to confuse the public; Someone pretended to be Zhang Sanfeng and borrowed his name to deceive;

Fourth, in the past three or four hundred years, there have been several people named Zhang Sanfeng or whose names have the same pronunciation as "Zhang Sanfeng", and there are written records, and people have mixed these people into one person and concocted a god called Zhang Sanfeng.

In fact, when I heard the head of Xuejia Village say this, I have a fifth opinion.

After all, Zhang Sanfeng is a person from this neighborhood, and the village chief knows first-hand information.

If it is really as the village chief said, Zhang Sanfeng went down the river, found a cave by the river in Shandong, and made it his home, and later became a god, does this mean that his changes are related to the cave.

In the cave territory, in the cave on the edge of the Yellow River, I naturally thought of the mysterious Dongyi people.
