Chapter 1305: Bad luck
The strange girl ignored the two who were slowly digesting the shocking news, and said in a cold voice with a hesitant tone: "Silk, can't you just have a little look and clean up this place?"
"I'm sorry, my lord, I'll clean it up right away. Thred's flattering voice rang out nearby, followed by a fluctuation of earth-based magic, and the dirt that had appeared with Troll and Bonnie to make the velvet carpet mess magically disappeared as if it had never been there.
"Take what you have in your hands a little farther away, such a gorgeous palace should be spotless. The strange girl commanded in a vicious voice.
Troll looked up, only to see that the vanished dirt had turned into a large ball of dirt that was held in Thryde's hand. A twelfth-level earth archmage smirked as he retreated and disappeared outside the door.
Troll realized that he and Bonnie had somehow appeared in a palatial palace, a sense of luxury that far surpassed that of the Count of Delacoural in Wickburg. The intricate and tall crystal lampstand is inlaid with various energized gemstones, releasing dazzling light and illuminating the palace as bright as day.
The only thing that puzzled Troll was that the palace had no windows other than the one from which Thred had exited, and what was supposed to be the place where the windows were supposed to be opened was replaced by paintings of unknown significance.
"I can't see that you still have a little artistic cell on you~ Tell me, what can you see from these oil paintings?" The strange girl asked casually on the luxurious seat at the end of the palace, holding a glass of blood-red wine in her hand. Troll's staring at the oil painting on the wall made her misunderstand.
"Bloody Mary?" Troll turned a deaf ear to the strange girl's question, and instead stared straight at the wine in her hand and swallowed. Ever since sharing a drink with Barnett, an old drunkard, in Wickburg, Trolle has fallen in love with the taste of Bloody Mary.
"Well, if it weren't for the fact that your wine was so bad, it wouldn't be impossible to reward you with a glass. The strange girl said in a strange voice, as if she was forcing an unbearable smile.
"My wine is much better than that of the old dwarf. Troll grumbled in a low voice, and then exclaimed, as if suddenly awakened, "Have you seen me for what I really am?"
"Ahem~ I don't know if anyone has told you that the side effects of random transformation potions are very large. The strange girl didn't answer Troll's question directly, but asked absentmindedly.
"What are the side effects?" Trohl was visibly taken aback, he had never heard of it.
"To answer my question first, what do you see in these paintings?" the strange girl recalled.
"Well, can I say that these random paints can't be called paintings at all?" replied Troll, hesitantly. He didn't even notice that his body was back to normal at some point. He unconsciously leaned closer to one of the paintings, making sure that he really didn't see anything in it.
"Poor boy, it seems that you have no talent for the subject of prophecy. The strange girl commented without sadness or joy.
"Well, I'm not a Holy Cultist, how could I have a gift for prophecy, and if you really need someone to help you prophecy something, I highly recommend a little priest named Serent, uh, he's a paladin now. Troll replied.
"Hehe, the chosen one~ That's a great title. The strange girl said casually noncommittally.
"Uh, can I take the liberty of interjecting?" asked Bonnie, timidly, as she swept away her previous pretensions.
"You've interjected, don't twist and pinch it. The strange girl seemed to have a bad impression of Bonnie, and her tone instantly turned cold.
Bonnie is overwhelmed by the Strange Girl's sudden change of attitude, and she doesn't know what she did wrong to make the Strange Girl so unkind to her.
"Huh?" Seeing that Bonnie didn't answer for a long time, the strange girl snorted softly, and the air pressure in the palace suddenly dropped a little, almost breathless.
"I want to ask you, are these paintings depicting oracle prophecies?" Bonnie hurriedly threw out her question, fearing that if she hesitated for a moment, she would be torn to pieces by the Blame Girl's impatience.
"Did you see it, or did you guess it?" the strange girl didn't seem surprised by Bonnie's question, and immediately added, "Tell me the truth." ”
"Guess, guess. Bonnie was actually tempted to say that she saw it, so that she could use these so-called prophetic images to make a fool of the girl. It's a pity that under the pressure of the strange girl's incomparably powerful aura, she didn't lie at all.
"It's honest. But to be able to guess this from just a few words is already remarkable. My cheap apprentice is no more than that. There was a rare hint of appreciation in the strange girl's tone.
Bonnie wonders if it means that the Blame Girl has changed her preconceptions, but Tror knows that the Blame Girl is complimenting Alfie, who is not there.
'What kind of shit luck did this guy Alfie?' Tsunade fell in love with such a terrifying guy silently!' Troll felt a gigak in his heart, why did such a good thing never fall on his head?
"Looks like you're out of luck. The strange girl suddenly came out with such a sentence without sadness or joy, and the two of them, who had just stood up not long ago, were so frightened that their legs weakened, and they almost had close contact with the earth again.
"You, what do you mean?" Troll asked in a trembling voice without the slightest demeanor of a Sanctuary powerhouse, thinking that he was a bullied little boy just by listening to his voice.
"Originally, if you could unravel the prophecies in these paintings, even if there was only one, I could give you some reward that you could only dream of. Unfortunately, you don't have that luck. The strange girl sighed regretfully.
"It's your own bad luck that you didn't find the right person, right?" Troll complained frantically, but his face showed the same relieved expression as Bonnie's.
"What, you think I'm going to kill you?" After noticing the expressions of the two, the strange girl realized that they seemed to have misunderstood something.
"Hard, didn't you have this plan?" Compared to Troll, who was still in the mood to complain secretly, Bonnie behaved even more unbearable, almost at the same time as the strange girl appeared, she felt like a frog targeted by a poisonous snake, and the strange girl could turn her face and kill her at any time!
"Little girl, are you thinking too highly of yourself? If it's the one standing behind you, maybe I'm still a little interested, as for you, a small character who can only rely on this broken armor to fight in the Ariat Continent, it's not worth my help. As she spoke, the strange girl magically teleported to Bonnie's trembling side, reached out and gently brushed her shoulder, and the cherry blossom close-up armor on Bonnie's body turned into pieces and fell to the ground in Troll's stunned eyes......
