Chapter Eighty-Seven: Praise Father

At this moment, another legend suddenly occurred to me.

This legend is also the day of the Kua father who also grew up with me.

No doubt everyone must have heard the story of Kuafu when they were young, but now, after learning so many ancient secrets, I suddenly realized that there are many secrets hidden in this story.

In the Mountains and Seas Classic, there was such a record.

Kuafu chased away with the sun and entered the sun. Thirsty to drink, drink in Hewei, Hewei is insufficient, and drink Daze in the north. Before he arrived, he died of thirst. Abandon his staff and turn into Dunlin.

Legend has it that in ancient times, there was a majestic mountain in the north of Shenzhou, and on this high mountain lived a tribe called Kuafu, who lived in this tribe were burly and powerful giants, and its leader took the tribe as his own name, and was called Kuafu.

In order to allow the people in the tribe to survive, Kuafu led everyone to fight against the flood beasts every day, and hung the yellow snake he caught on his ears as a decoration after the battle, and was deeply proud of it.

Suddenly, one day, the ten days of heaven came out, and the fire-like sun scorched the crops on the earth, dried the water in the river, and the people in the tribe could not live normally at all.

So, Kuafu resolutely embarked on a journey to catch up with the sun from the East China Sea, picking a wild fruit to satisfy his hunger when he was hungry, quenching his thirst with river water when he was thirsty, and only taking a short rest when he was tired, and then continuing to chase the sun.

In this way, Kuafu crossed the mountains, crossed the rivers, and finally saw the trace of the sun in the valley after almost endless pursuit for nine days and nine nights.

But Kuafu was too happy, perhaps because he was too excited, or perhaps because he was too tired, and just as he stretched out his hand to catch the sun, he suddenly felt dizzy, and he fainted like that.

There is no doubt that by the time Kuafu slowly woke up from his coma, the sun was naturally long gone.

Despite this, Kuafu was not discouraged, and he mustered all his strength to continue to set out, but the closer he got to the sun, the stronger the sun's light and heat became, and Kuafu felt more and more anxious, and felt that all the water in his body had been evaporated.

So Kua Fu walked to the Yellow River in the southeast, bent down and drank the water from the Yellow River, and after the Yellow River water was drained by him, he turned back to drink the water from the Wei River.

But who knows, after drinking the water of the Wei River, Kuafu still can't understand the anxiety in his body, so he plans to go north to find a new source of water.

But I have to admit that Kuafu was too tired and thirsty, and when he reached the halfway point, his body could no longer continue to hold on, and his body slowly fell, dissipating in the land of Shenzhou, and at the same time threw the wooden staff in his hand out, turning into a lush peach forest, sheltering people from the wind and rain.

This is the so-called story of Kua's father, and I believe that even kindergarten children will be familiar with this story.

And the reason why I am reminded of this story is entirely because in other accounts, the so-called story of Kuafu's day by day is a little different from the story we usually hear.

In the Great Wilderness of Mountains and Seas, there was such a record.

In the great wilderness, there is a mountain named Chengdu Zai Tian. Someone called the two yellow snakes, and called them Kuafu. After the native gave birth to the letter, the letter gave birth to the father and praised the father. Kua's father is not measured, and he wants to chase the sun, so he is caught in Yugu. Will drink the river and not enough, will go to Daze, did not arrive, died here. E-Book Workshop

There is no doubt that the life of Kuafu is clearly described in this account.

In the great wilderness, there is a high mountain called Chengdu Zaitian, there are two yellow snakes hanging in the ears on the mountain, and the person holding two yellow snakes in his hands is called Kuafu.

Legend has it that Houtu, who is revered as the lord of the hidden capital, gave birth to Shin, and Shin gave birth to Kuafu, if so, then Kuafu is also the son of Shin and the grandson of Houtu.

In addition, in the wild history, Kuafu also has a good brother who has a very close relationship.

And his brother's name is Dayi, who we only know about just now.

In the wild history records, Kua's father is the grandson of Houtu, born with great magical powers, after seeing the human tragedy that came out in the ten-day together, he couldn't bear the misery of life in Shenzhou, so he resolutely decided to go to the sunset in Yugu to catch the sun and save the world.

After all, manpower is sometimes exhausted, although Kuafu's cultivation is strong, but he is still invincible to the viciousness of the sun, after chasing for nine days and nine nights, in the end, the ambition dissipates between heaven and earth without being rewarded, and he does not complete the desire to capture the sun and dies with hatred.

Just after Kuafu's death, Dayi learned of Kuafu's death for the first time, he is Kuafu's good brother, naturally Kuafu's very good understanding, after hearing what happened, he immediately understood what Kuafu's intentions were.

For the tragic death of his good brother, Dayi naturally could not be indifferent, first, in order to fulfill his father's last wish, second, to save the crisis in Shenzhou, and thirdly, he had the idea of avenging his brother in his heart.

So he carefully forged a divine bow, and then took the bow and arrow to the high mountain of the East China Sea where Kuafu had set off, relying on his strong strength, confidently pulled the bow and arrow, and aimed the arrow at the nine suns in the sky.

In the end, the nine suns were shot down by Dayi one by one, and the crisis in Shenzhou was resolved, and Dayi also comforted Kuafu's spirit in the sky with this move.

Thinking of this, a flash of inspiration suddenly flashed in my mind, as if I had found something amazing.

In the legend of wild history, Kuafu is the grandson of Houtu, the lord of the hidden capital, and he has two yellow snakes hanging on his ears, and he also holds two yellow snakes in his hands.

This sentence alone is enough to make me think a lot.

We can already roughly determine that Houtu, who is revered as the Lord of the Hidden Capital, was originally a person in the Ancient Heavenly Court.

Regardless of whether the record is true or false, and without delving into the true relationship between Kuafu and Houtu for the time being, I can roughly determine that Kuafu must have some kind of relationship with Gu Tianting just because the two are related.

At the same time, it is not difficult to see from the records that Kuafu seems to have a soft spot for the yellow snake.

Coincidentally, the people in the two places of the Black Tooth Country and the Concubine Yu just mentioned are also accompanied by blue and red snakes all year round.

In this case, is there any connection between the yellow snake on Kua's father and the blue and red snakes mentioned in the Black Tooth Kingdom and Concubine Yu?
