Among the domestic enterprises, only Kaishitong and Zhongkexin have the R&D and production capacity of integrated circuit ion implanters.
Thin film deposition equipment is currently highly monopolized in the global market, with Applied Materials, Tokyo Electron and Ram Research accounting for the vast majority of the market. Domestic enterprises include North Huachuang and Shenyang Tuojing.
In terms of chemical mechanical polishing, the CMP machine market is highly monopolized by Applied Materials and Dongying's Ebara, with a market share of nearly 90%. In the domestic market, Huahai Qingke and Electric Technology Equipment 45 are the main R&D forces.
In terms of testing equipment, the world's main suppliers of integrated circuit quality measurement equipment are KLATencor, Applied Materials, and Dongying Hitachi. The main representatives of domestic enterprises are Shanghai Ruili Science and Shanghai Jingce.
In addition, testing equipment, as well as electrical testing equipment, the current electrical testing equipment market concentration is very high, of which the testing machine is mainly monopolized by Advantest and Teradyne, the sorting machine is monopolized by Advantest, Kexiu Semiconductor, Epson and other enterprises, and the probe station is monopolized by Tokyo Electron, Tokyo Precision and Yizhi.
