Chapter 526: Evil Causes

The barefoot monk used his own blood to draw a picture in this corner, along with a few lines of words.

In the painting, there are Buddhist temples, Buddha statues, monks, and evil ghosts......

In the back, everything is in the midst of fire.

And the last one is the scene in this temple.

In other words, it is the scene of seven senior monks leading hundreds of monks to gather in the Daxiong Treasure Hall a few decades ago.

The monks of the temple sat here, chanting the scriptures until the blood dried up, and the expressions on everyone's faces were still peaceful and fearless.

Before his death, this barefoot monk must have been a Danqing holy hand.

With fingers as pens and blood as ink, when he was desperate, a few strokes would tell a embarrassing story clearly.

It is clearly expressed in the painting.

Even the demeanor of each monk was clearly expressed.

Seeing the dense bones in the Daxiong Treasure Hall, and then seeing this bloody painting of the temple sacrificing oneself to suppress evil ghosts, anyone will be moved by the tragedy and tragedy of Lanruo Temple at the beginning, and be awe-inspiring for the great compassion and fearlessness of the monks of Lanruo Temple.

But if it weren't for the previous paintings and those few lines of messy blood, who would have known that all this would have been their own reaping of the consequences?

A few simple blood paintings tell a story that makes people sigh.

This story is even very related to the incense Shinto method that Chen Yi himself didn't look down on, which he accidentally saw.

Lanruo Temple, as he thought, is indeed the inheritance of the Dharma system of the Jizo King Bodhisattva.

And the history is quite long, judging from the clothing of some people depicted on the first few blood paintings, it is more than a thousand years old.

In addition, there is another thing that makes this temple very special.

The enchantment that covered the Daxiong Treasure Hall with a layer of mirror-like flowers and moon-like clothes was not temporarily laid by the barefoot monks, but originally existed in the temple.

At the beginning of the establishment of this monastery, it also welcomed pilgrims from all over the world.

However, the "pilgrims" they ushered in were somewhat unusual.

During the day, it was ordinary people, and there was nothing unusual about it.

But at night, there are some wandering ghosts, even resentful ghosts.

In the former, what I saw was naturally the three Buddhas of the three worlds.

And the latter, what I saw was this king of Jizo who made a great wish, hell was not empty, and he swore not to become a Buddha.

What do people fear most after death?

Of course, I'm afraid of going to hell.

And this king of Jizo made a great vow to save sentient beings and not fall into hell.

Regardless of whether the meaning of the Jizo King is understood or not, it is natural that people take it for granted that the Jizo King is in charge of this area.

When you get to other people's land, of course, you have to worship the boss.

Therefore, Lanruo Temple is no different from other temples on the surface, but in essence, it is still a yin temple.

Perhaps it has something to do with the Dharma system of the Jizo King that they inherited, and the monks in the temple are very keen on transforming the Yin Spirit.

And it is precisely this point that has also laid the root cause of today's disaster in Lanruo Temple.

What are monks practicing for?

Most of them, of course, are for the sake of attaining the right fruits.

The monks of Lanruo Temple have been inherited for thousands of years, practiced hard, and the monks have come out in large numbers, and there are great virtues from time to time, and it is not uncommon for people with mana to reach the sky.

But no one has ever been able to achieve positive results.

Not to mention becoming a Buddha, even if it is a great limit in the world, you can't get rid of it.

So some people began to doubt, is there an immortal Buddha in this world?

Until more than 200 years ago, there was a monk in the temple who got the incense to become a god from nowhere.

At that time, Lanruo Temple, like Chen Yi, did not look down on this kind of left-hand side door.

It's just that after all, it's a novelty, so the monk studied it and got results.

And inadvertently, another stream path was opened, and the countless ghosts and ordinary people's incense prayers accumulated in the temple for thousands of years were condensed into a Buddha statue.

It is the statue of the Jizo King Bodhisattva in the hall with a whole body like a brass cast, wearing colorful gemstone clothes!

It turns out that the statue of King Jizo enshrined in Lanruo Temple is no different from ordinary mud-tire puppets.

And now this statue is not made of brass or precious stones.

It's incense condensation!

Chen Yi couldn't help but look at the Bodhisattva statue a few more times, if it wasn't for the painting, he didn't even see anything unusual, he really thought that the monk of Lanruo Temple was arrogant to this extent, and used brass and jade to cast a statue of the Bodhisattva four or five feet high.

I can't help but be amazed.

Although this statue of the Bodhisattva condensed by incense cannot have the magical powers of the King of Jizo, it is indeed like a land god with all kinds of strange powers.

This statue of the Bodhisattva made Lanruo Temple more effective, and those ghosts found that there was almost no need to come here to worship the king of Jizo.

The name of Lanruo Temple is more widely spread.

The wandering spirits and wild ghosts in the world compete to worship.

The monks in the temple did not think it was different at the beginning, and one side of the land was only for the monks in the temple, and it was nothing to be a great existence.

It can transform more Yin Spirits and make them more happy.

After that, the monks in the temple gradually made discoveries.

This statue of the Bodhisattva King of Jizo has become more and more miraculous.

Moreover, it can gather a very miraculous power from heaven and earth.

They find this power, almost omnipotent, responsive to requests.

This is the reason why this Buddha statue is so spiritual.

And the monks found that only by helping those ghosts fulfill their wishes and become merit will this divine power increase.

Therefore, they called this divine power merit.

It is believed that it is the merit and divine power that God has sent down to reward them.

The merits and divine power can even make their cultivation and Taoism increase out of thin air, and even help them to attain enlightenment in the Dharma.

This made the monks greedy.

For this Bodhisattva statue, it was originally just a sustenance for the King of Jizo, and it was indispensable to worship himself, but he would not think that this was a treasure.

After that, this Bodhisattva statue became the treasure of Lanruo Temple.

More than 100 years ago, there were even senior monks who thought that the Bodhisattva King of Jizo had attained enlightenment because of this, so he made a great wish that he would not be able to become a Buddha if he went to hell and would not be empty.

Naturally, this idea was denounced as heretical by other monks as a great disrespect to the Jizo King Bodhisattva.

The monk was obsessed and wanted to use the merit and divine power gathered by the Bodhisattva statue to help him get the right result and become a Buddha and an ancestor.

It also caused a moment of turmoil, and Lanruo Temple was almost torn apart.

Fortunately, the evil effect was not caused, and the monk was also expelled from the door wall by the abbot at that time.

But the cause of evil is sown from this.

The monk's idea, although it was regarded as taboo in Lanruo Temple, was passed down in the end.

When the end of each generation of eminent monks is approaching, it is inevitable to think of it.

With their Taoist realm, they can break through life and death, but they can only break through the demonic obstacle of becoming a Buddha.

For thousands of years, countless predecessors have practiced hard, and they have been diligent and diligent, without a trace of slackness, but no one has ever seen even the slightest hope.

Finally, in the generation of barefoot monks, this magic barrier can no longer be suppressed.

Among the seven brothers of their generation, two of them are approaching, and they are unwilling.

I want to learn from the King of the Earth Bodhisattva, transform countless evil ghosts in hell, and gather immeasurable merits to help myself achieve positive results!

Although the others were unwilling, they couldn't bear to see the two brothers obsessed with the demon barrier and cause trouble again, so they decided to work together.

In their minds, it is a great good thing to transform the evil spirits of hell.

Even if it fails, it is a great merit, and it is not inappropriate to make the two brothers and sisters repent.

So, the seven people worked together to open the ghost door with the secret method that has been passed down for thousands of years in the temple!

Unexpectedly, among the ghost gates, there is no underworld yin division they think, only ......

A real hell!
