Chapter 5: I'm Not Going!

Tamia followed.

"What truth?"

Oreo shook his head and said as a matter of course.

"Sheriff Tamia, this is another case, so I'm not going to tell you."

Tamia said through gritted teeth.

"Then what's the point of you calling me to be your thug?"

Oreo continued to shake his head.

"No, no, Sheriff Tamia, the key to the case is on Reka's side, I believe he will bring good news."

Staring at the unpredictable man, Tamia sighed and eventually followed.

The expected retaliation did not appear, and the porter politely greeted the two men.

Walking down the street, Oreo said suddenly.

"By the way, Tamia, how much did you spend on buying clothes for Angelil today."

"What do you mean?"

Tamia frowned, "I still have to give you back the rest of the gold?" ”

Oreo waved his hand.

"Not necessarily, I mean if it's more than three gold coins, I'll have to make up the rest of the money to you."

"Huh,"

Tamia sneered and said, "It sounds like Angelyl is your possession. ”

"Tutan is on top, I don't have a single thought about Angelil,"

He paused, "She's just been my assistant for this time." ”

Tamia pursed her lips.

"The devil believes what you say, something must have happened to you."

“......”

Oreo stopped, and he looked at Tamia quizzically.

"I don't know what happened to Angelyl and I don't know it myself...... It's just that why have you and Reka said that lately? ”

Seeing Oreo's serious expression, Tamia began to doubt herself.

She looked Oreo up and down, and said angrily.

"Do you really know nothing?"

Oreo frowned and said quickly.

"Tamia, make it clear."

His annoyed look really didn't look like he was pretending, and Tamia mentally classified Oreo as an emotional idiot, and then said.

"Anyone with a discerning eye can see that Angelil is willing to do so many things for you because she likes you, otherwise how could the dignified black queen deign to do dirty work?"

Oreo corrected.

"Angelyl isn't the Black Queen yet."

"She's definitely the Black Queen."

"That girl is smart and kind, and if I were a man, I'd never dream of Angelyl." ”

“......”

Oreo muttered.

"How could Angelyl like me?"

Tamia hooked Oreo's neck and whispered in his ear.

"Don't pretend! The Black Queen can't sell it for much money, so why don't you just try your best to marry Angelyl home? Where to find such a well-behaved assistant? ”

"Can't sell for much?"

Oreo's voice sharpened, "Are you kidding, if I can afford the Black Queen, I'll stay on the back three streets!" ”

Tamia scrutinized Oreo's face up close, ignoring his antics outfit, and he was much more delicate than she had imagined.

Especially those emerald green eyes, which actually have a kind of seductive magic.

She was stunned for a moment, and then said.

"Detective Oreo, how did you buy her sister?"

Oreo hadn't expected Tamia to ask the question, and his eyes turned to the bottom left corner, proving that he was conceiving the story.

But unexpectedly, Oreo said angrily.

"Didn't I tell you, I used to be a nobleman, and I used up all my money to buy Artifa!"

Tamia repeated the name.

"Atifa? The Black Queen six years ago? ”

Oreo said angrily.

"Yes, the Black Queen of six years ago!"

Tamia let go of her right hand and said incredulously.

"How could she possibly take a fancy to you?"

Oreo patted him on the shoulder, the same place Tamia had touched just now, and he strode forward without looking back.

"I'm not interested in repeating that."

Tamia followed.

"Hey, where did Atifa go?"

After repeated questioning, Oreo stopped.

He stared into Tamya's eyes and said viciously.

"This is my last question to answer about Artifa!"

Tamia held her breath and nodded.

Oreo took a deep breath and spoke quickly.

"Atifa's story is told all over the streets, and you can find out where she is now!"

With that, he turned and left, leaving Tamia with an embarrassed back.

Tamia lowered her head and muttered.

"Just look for a book and you'll know where Atifa is?"

She jerked her head up and shouted at Oreo.

"Detective Oreo, that's not an answer at all!"

She hurried over to Oreo to ask for clarification.

But as they spoke, the two had reached Tenth Street, and Reka's horse was standing in front of the office and flicking his tail.

Seeing this, Tamia didn't want to say anything, and followed Oreo into the office.

Hearing footsteps, Reka turned and grumbled.

"My friend, what kind of errand have you arranged for me?"

Oreo frowned.

"What, is there something unexpected?"

Reka said weakly.

"I caught four wanted criminals in one afternoon, all of them related to the poppy trade."

Tamia said in shock.

"How is that possible!"

"It's true."

Reka said with a smile, "That gang has been hanging on the wanted warrant for I don't know how many days, and this afternoon they suddenly crashed into my arms, one after another. ”

Angelyl didn't participate in the conversation, she poured a cup of tea and trotted over to Oreo.

"Mr. Oreo, tea."

With Tamia's warning in the afternoon, Oreo suddenly became vigilant, and he didn't take the cup of tea.

"I'm not thirsty... Thank you. ”

"Then I'll leave it here."

Angelyl answered, and shrank behind Tamya.

Tamia crossed her arms and glanced meaningfully at Oreo, then at Reka.

"Sheriff Reka, there should be a lot of bounties for the four most wanted criminals, right?"

Reka touched her head, looking like she was cheap and good.

"Angelyl brings good luck, right, Oreo."

"What's my business?"

As soon as he pulled himself and Angelyl together, Oreo felt sick all over, and he now felt that the air in the office had become suffocated.

He waved his hand, as if to drive the three Reka out.

"Take the bounty and hurry out to be chic, I have other things."

"My friend, I'm sure I'm going to treat you to a feast!"

Reka smirked, then reached out and grabbed Oreo's left hand.

Oreo struggled.

"I'm not going, you three are going."

As she spoke, Tamia grabbed Oreo's right hand, and she and Reka dragged Oreo along as they chatted.

"How about going to that steakhouse last time?"

"Yes, I was in a hurry last time, and I didn't even know the taste."

Having never seen Mr. Oreo so embarrassed, Angelyl covered her mouth and snickered for a moment, then quickly followed.
