I kind of know what a job is for
Recently, I have started to have some concepts about "work", "authority", and "leadership".
For example, the responsibility of the sales department of a company is to achieve sales of 5 million through sales in 2020, and for example, the security inspection part of a subway is responsible for the regular maintenance of equipment, so as to ensure that all equipment can operate normally throughout the year, and it is also responsible for checking whether people are carrying flammable materials and controlled knives, so as to achieve a densely populated place such as a subway or platform, and there will be no explosion of flammable materials. So as to ensure everyone's completeness, sales is the responsibility of a company's sales department, security inspection of equipment and people is the responsibility of a subway security department, annual sales of 5 million is the performance assessment index of a company's sales department, if not reached, the performance is unqualified, and in 2020, no safety accidents are the annual performance appraisal indicators of the subway security inspection team, if not reached, the performance will be unqualified, and the consequences will be held accountable for dereliction of duty.
It is the thing of this performance appraisal standard, a largest organization, such as a company, a group, will have a goal of the largest organization, and then the annual performance indicators will be divided through each department, each module, and each group, and finally fall on everyone in each small organization. Because the responsibility must be implemented to everyone, and clearly tell everyone what he wants to do and what the consequences will be if he can't do it. A small organization that is larger than the individual scope has a collective goal, and everyone can achieve the goal of the whole group by sharing a part of this goal, so everyone will have a feeling that they will get together to do something together, and everyone must bear the wind and rain.
I think that work is the process of carrying the wind and rain of performance appraisal indicators, or performance indicators, and then making various efforts to achieve this goal. Through this process, we get paid (wages).
And "rights and responsibilities", because to complete these indicators, such as selling 500w sales, such as security inspection 0 accidents, so the sales department must have the right to complete the order (purchase or production), sales and other actions, security inspection to have the right to check people's belongings, to have the right to invite people to overhaul, and because of these rights, only these departments are doing this thing, only they have these rights, so the person in charge of the relevant department must directly take the corresponding responsibility for these things that he has the right to handle.
It's kind of funny, but in the tenth month of my job, I finally have a little idea of what work is for. In the past, I took my brother or manager to do whatever I was told to do, and I was directly responsible for them. I feel that as long as it's not the person I report directly, it doesn't matter to me what they do, and I didn't think that we were responsible for the KPIs of the same department, and we couldn't all have to be cool.
Today's Xiaolai: I feel that everything is going in the right direction. When I say it right, I mean having a goal in my work, knowing how to do it, and starting to pay attention to my body in life.
By the way, I want to say that I stay up until three o'clock every day, I will take good care of my body in the future, in fact, I wonder why I should stick to the biological clock, but my sister said, if you don't comply, it's too late to do anything in two years - uh, suddenly afraid of death, OK, I also have a little concept of life. I'll live well—uh, I think so.
