The original text of this poem celebrates the small greatness and the ephemeral beauty, but in fact, there is a discrepancy between the translation and the original text. Therefore, I have always advocated that when quoting foreign language materials, try to read the foreign language version yourself, because of the loss caused by this kind of translation. Translation is a kind of re-creation. An ordinary work may be translated into a masterpiece, and conversely, a masterpiece may be dusted by the translator's skill. The same is true of poetry, and the same is true of historical facts.

Judging from the current situation of language education in the world, Chinese have less and less resistance to reading foreign original language literature, but foreign scholars who can read Chinese classics in turn, especially ancient Chinese classics, and more importantly, can truly and correctly interpret ancient Chinese classics. So why do they talk nonsense about Chinese history, the history of science, species research, and so on? There are a lot of original texts cited in this article, and it is impossible to grasp them all with those high noses. Chinese, especially ancient Chinese, cannot be learned from adulthood.
