Cloudy July 3rd
"I didn't sleep well last night, and the old man in the next bed was incontinent in the middle of the night, and his liver was in a coma. Hanging albumin every day in the hospital, it's still like this." I received Mr.'s WeChat early in the morning, which shows that this is a sleepless night, and his state is definitely going to be worse today.
Yesterday, the uncle on the left bed of Mr. looked fine! Actually, he is not as old as my husband, but he is much older.
His wife asked "What day is this steamed bun?" while cleaning up. ...... that?" The little black flying insects flew around, at first I thought it was mosquitoes, but the gentleman motioned me to look to the left, only to see that the uncle's desktop was full of all kinds of food, and the large and small plastic bags in the drawers were piled up in a mess, and the body exuded a bad smell...... Oh, my God!
When the epidemic is not over yet, family members must do nucleic acid testing before they can enter the ward to accompany them, otherwise, they will have to wait for the visiting time to go in. After all, it was at its own expense, and it was not to the point where it couldn't do without people, so the family members in the same ward didn't go to the test. The uncle's wife came occasionally, and she was always faced with a mess.
I originally wanted to take a test just in case I had to stay overnight, but my husband knew that I had allergic rhinitis and opposed me to take a nucleic acid test. He told me that his nasal cavity was very uncomfortable after doing it. I had to find an excuse to go in and get a change of clothes, but luckily, the doorman let me go every time because of my reasons.
When I entered the ward, I saw the uncle's wife waiting beside me, and the uncle couldn't recognize her anymore. My husband and the young patient on the right bed were all gray because they hadn't slept well all night. What puzzled me was how to not rescue the emergency room, everything was carried out in the ward, ignoring the rest of other patients, which can be regarded as another layer of understanding of the hospital.
I think that this hospitalization, maybe the door is the right one, and the small door is wrong......
Because the discharge order was only issued in the afternoon, I quickly asked my husband to hurry up and make up for sleep. Seeing that the husband and the young patient in the adjacent bed were in a daze and seemed to be asleep, I was really anxious for them. In such an environment, is medication alone useful?
Lunch came, my husband had no appetite, let me eat, just when the uncle was incontinent, his wife lifted the quilt to scrub for him, the whole house was filled with the smell of feces, and my appetite was also lost......
I thought that without the help of Dr. D, we really wouldn't have been able to stay in the hospital. No matter how unpleasant it was, she had managed to get a bed after all.
Before leaving, out of gratitude, I specially prepared a gift for Dr. D. Afraid that she would refuse, I went to her office in an inconspicuous bag with two Japanese embroidered handkerchiefs and cosmetics that my daughter had just given me.
When I saw a patient, I deliberately said, "Dr. D, someone asked me to bring this bag to you", because I had told her by text message in advance, so I didn't feel sudden.
Perhaps because he felt that his illness had not been treated here, or perhaps for some other reason, Dr. D did not send a text message of thanks or an explanation.
Before leaving, I wanted to say goodbye to Dr. D, but I couldn't find any trace of her, and I didn't answer the phone or text messages.
Either way, our hearts have arrived......
In the afternoon, after completing the discharge procedures, I helped my husband change into the customer's clothes and pants, and sorted out his collar and waistband for him, I obviously felt that he was very thin......
I booked a Johnson & Johnson taxi on my phone.
When he was hospitalized, Mr. rushed to carry a backpack, because of the tossing of the uncle next to the bed last night, and today he was discharged from the hospital and even walked slowly and weakly, and wanted to say goodbye to the young patient before leaving, and saw him lying on the bed drowsy, and couldn't bear to wake him up.
When I got home, I washed and changed my clothes a little, and my husband finally breathed a sigh of relief on his clean and comfortable bed......
