Raising Girls(2)
The trip to Beijing made Xiao Yang Nannan happier than ever. When she came back, she kept singing: I love Tiananmen Square in Beijing, the sun rises on Tiananmen Square. Chairman Mao, the great leader, led us forward......
After returning from Beijing, she soon began to feel bad. At the beginning of the new semester, in addition to going to kindergarten, she was also sent to her father's friend to learn piano after returning from kindergarten.
In the piano class, Yang Nannan is quite active, and she learns very well, and she is not good at spilling. But when she returned home, her mother still asked her to practice hard, and she didn't understand. She can play those things, why do she have to practice! She felt that this kind of fried cold rice-style practice was quite boring, and her resistance was great.
She wants to go out and play with her friends, or she wants to play with rag dolls and puppies. But her mother wouldn't let her get off the piano stand, and she had to let her play it ten or eight times. If she hadn't played it enough, no matter how much she spilled and cried, her mother was unmoved.
For a long time, she was very disgusted and resistant to piano practice. Her mother's fascist supervision made her resentful. One day she got so angry that she carved her mother's name on the piano keys at home, and then added a big bad guy to the end of her name.
She thought her mother would beat and scold her when she saw her, but she was surprised by the results. Her mother didn't beat her, but just said to her seriously: "Now that you have engraved the piano in our house, you can't sell it, you must study hard in the future."
Once Yang's mother was not available, she asked Yang's father to send Yang Nannan to learn the piano. Yang Nannan really didn't want to go, so he hid the piano score, wanting to trick his father into being lazy and not learning the piano through such a cleverness.
Before Father Yang went out, he rummaged through her small schoolbag and asked, "Where's your piano score?"
"I lost the score."
"Lost it! When did you lose it? Where did you lose it? ”
Yang Nannan heard his father's loud questioning, and his heart was a little panicked. She looked nervously under her bed, then replied hesitantly, "Yesterday...... On the way...... Lost. ”
"You dare to fool me!" Father Yang was angry, so he beat her buttocks. It was also the first time he had hit her. After playing, he dragged her to learn the piano, and Yang Nannan cried all the way. When he was about to go to the place where he was about to learn the piano, Father Yang wiped his tears for Yang Nannan and said to her: "Don't cry, you are asking for your own hardship, who is to blame!" With that, he pushed her into the piano room, exchanged a few words with his friend, and left.
Yang Nannan finally understood that it was useless to resist learning the piano, and it was not okay not to learn the piano. So, she thought of some ways to practice less. For example, her mother told her, "You can practice this piece five more times and you will come down from the stand."
And she said, "Five times, okay." But as she played, she skipped over many bars and notes in the song and finished playing it with cut corners. I told her that her mother was done playing and came down.
She wasn't worried about doing this at all, because she didn't think her mother would hear it anyway. It's really unreasonable to only let children learn, parents don't learn, or parents don't know anything. Fortunately, Yang Nannan's parents' studious behavior set an example for Yang Nannan, and people should work hard to learn what they don't know, especially as a scholar.
