Chapter 39 The Historical Examination of Kunnu

Lin Qianxun accepted it unceremoniously, thinking that Leng Chofeng could make his own decisions, and he was also a cowardly who was strong on the outside.

"Give me the health pill I refined, once a day, for three consecutive months, to ensure that my cousin-in-law's complexion is translucent and her complexion is ruddy." Seeing that his cousin had paid for the meal, he reluctantly took out an equally snow-white jade pendant from his arms and handed it over, and Lin Qianxun accepted it regardless of the source.

"Eat." Lin Qianxun said with a grin.

"Xun'er's cousin Danqing is very good, I heard that you want to decorate the shop, why don't you ask your cousin to write you a sub-word?" Leng Chofeng somehow thought of the restaurant, he adhered to the principle of squeezing all useful things, and sold his cousin stiffly.

"Sure enough, it's worthy of being a husband and wife, look at this squeezing, my cousin's calligraphy is very popular in the circle of noble ladies in Kyoto, why doesn't my cousin write a plaque for your princess." Fu Changqing was also very relentless in his counterattack, Lin Qianxun turned his head to look at Leng Qifeng, looking if it was true, Leng Yan was afraid that the city gate would catch fire and affect the pond fish, so before Lin Qianxun spoke, he ran away with the bowl.

"I don't know about these, they like the calligraphy of this king, and there is no need for this king to rush to give them words, since Xun'er likes it, this king will write you a pair of words." The cold slashing and cold knife-like eyes stabbed Fu Changqing's body, but unfortunately Fu Changqing was not afraid at all, but returned a counterattack look.

"However, my cousin can't be less." Lin Qianxun did not refuse, and accepted all the orders.

"I've really seen how good you and your wife are today." Fu Changqing's fingers trembled like a sheep's madness, and he angrily opened his mouth to complain.

"Cousin doesn't know a word, only a villain is difficult to raise a woman, I am a woman, and the villain in my belly is a villain, so don't mess with me in the future, or you must take a detour when you see me, otherwise, I will let you lose only a pair of underwear." Lin Qianxun's retribution made the two people present laugh, but not long after, Leng Qifeng asked in surprise.

"What do you mean?" His eyes looked at Lin Qianxun's stomach, and his eyes burned.

"Don't get me wrong, I mean there will be a little person in the belly soon." Lin Qianxun was a little embarrassed when he saw Leng Chofeng's surprise, so he explained with a smile.

Fu Changqing was there, he sandwiched a piece of mutton, and ate it with rice, when the stimulating taste hit the taste buds, his eyes lit up all of a sudden, and then the speed of his hands was a little faster. As for how the two of them showed affection, he didn't pay attention to it at all, he didn't care, and when Leng Chopper came back to his senses, half of the roasted mutton was missing, and he hurriedly stretched out his hand in front of him, for fear that his cousin couldn't help but eat it all.

After the meal, the three of them sat under the apricot tree, the food on the table was replaced by pen, ink, paper and inkstone, Fu Changqing returned to the appearance of a humble gentleman, holding a pen in one hand and pressing the paper in the other.

Lin Qianxun held his chin, his eyes stared straight at those good-looking hands, Fu Changqing's hands were white and slender, different from the calloused hands with clear knots in the cold chopping wind, but each had its own point.

Lin Qianxun's father has always loved to appreciate calligraphy and painting, and she has seen some of the famous calligraphy exhibitions in the past, but she has never started it, and she used to watch TV, and the words in it are all looking for substitutes, but when I saw Fu Changqing's posture today, I knew that people's words were good.

Immediately, Fu Qingyan thought about it and spoke.

"It's delicious."

"What do you mean?" The two of them were stunned at the same time, and they opened their mouths in some confusion.

"It's the name of the restaurant, it's popular and easy to remember, and it's so elegantly written that the general public can't understand it." Lin Qianxun said that the head was the Tao, and the two who listened, after thinking about it, also nodded in agreement.

Fu Changqing couldn't brush it twice, so he wrote down four words on the white paper.

She looked down and saw that there were very few people who wrote such good words. Unexpectedly, she just said casually, Fu Changqing wrote down four words casually,

No, tomorrow I will ask Kunnu to find a good carpenter, and I will go to get such a good door plaque, and I feel very happy when I think about it.

Fu Changqing saw her happy face on this face, and knew that it was in line with her heart, "My words are not good, but my cousin writes better." ”

Lin Qianxun was a little surprised, tilted his head to look at Leng Chopfeng, "The prince showed his hand." ”

Leng Chufeng nodded slightly, and there was no smug look on his face, "However, if you have a cousin, I won't be ugly." ”

Lin Qianxun glanced at the paper twice, and his gaze stayed on Fu Changqing's face for a few seconds. Somehow, she suddenly felt that Fu Changqing was not as simple as it seemed, and the better he was, the more uneasy the little daughter-in-law would be in the future.

"Xun'er." Leng Qifeng saw that Lin Qianxun's eyes had been staring at his cousin, and his heart was slightly sour, he didn't know where the uneasiness in his heart came from, maybe Lin Qianxun was too independent, or they didn't know a lot, in short, his heart was often turbulent.

The more uneasy he was, the more curious he was to know what the relationship between Lin Qianxun and himself would become.

But now it seems that Lin Qianxun is not completely tied to himself after becoming intimate, and when he thinks that the relationship between the two is not strong, he is anxious, especially when she looks at others with adoring eyes, he can't help but want to tie her to his side.

"Is there something wrong with the prince?" Lin Qianxun's eyes were glued to the words, his eyes didn't turn when he asked, this perfunctory gesture completely angered him, and then he picked up Lin Qianxun, who was still admiring calligraphy, from behind Fu Changqing's surprised expression.

"Ah" In a miserable scream, Lin Qianxun was taken away, and then there was a loud bang on the door of the house.

Fu Changqing came back to his senses at this time, and he smiled helplessly.

Time passed in a flash, and in the post station, Helian Rui sat at the window again, this time he was still himself and his attendant.

"Tell me what happened in the city in the past two days?"

Helian Rui's voice was a little laughing, but if you look at it yourself, you can't see his real smile at all.

The little squire thought for a moment and organized the language vigorously.

"Two days ago, two people came to Beijing, Leng Xinyi, the adopted daughter of the Queen Mother, and Leng Zimo, the fifth prince, came to Guanshan and left after staying for less than two days.

"Why?" Helian Rui asked very unansweringly.

"Because of Leng Xinyi, the princess of Prince Leng has no children." The little squire's lips trembled as he said this.

"What did you say?" Carelessly, Helian Rui turned his head abruptly, and the little attendant crashed into a pair of cold eyes, and he suddenly shuddered.

"Looking for a girl and losing a child." After the little attendant finished speaking again, he felt that the temperature in the room had dropped a few degrees more, and he couldn't help rubbing his arms, and then took a step back without a trace

"We don't get close to women in our hearts, and we don't like women to get close to us Leng Chofeng turned out to be a villain, I didn't see that there was an official media, and the Ming media was marrying, so we took advantage of the girl, and caused her to lose her child, how to deal with it in the future?" Helian Rui's handsome face was hideous because of anger, and the appearance of gritting his teeth made the little attendant a little scared.

Once again, he organized the language to speak.

"I heard that I was in a coma for a few days, and my body was also seriously injured, and I woke up yesterday, and I heard that my body was damaged.

With that, he had already slipped to the door.

Helian Rui's eyes were dark and terrifying, I don't know why, he was very abnormal today.

The inn was already full of all kinds of busy people, who were as strange to Helian Rui as the main house in Beijing.

His gaze moved downstairs again, and he looked at the crowded street, and he was angry.

The little attendant had already slipped away against the wall, and Helian Rui would not be able to find him.

When the first rays of light in the morning entered the house, Lin Qianxun had already woken up.

When I turned my head to look to the side and found that the bed was icy, I guess I had already left.

She rubbed her flushed face, this time it was a big fuss, she hadn't eaten all day, it would be uncomfortable for her stomach and body, she gritted her teeth and got up from the bed, and found a high-necked dress.

She got out of bed and looked at her phone again, realizing that her neck could not be seen.

I rubbed it irritably, but unfortunately the more I rubbed it, the more obvious the traces became, she was not angry, but very disappointed in her immunity.

"Lan Ya, bring me some hot water" Although Lin Qianxun was not adaptable, after a long time, he also adapted to these.

"It's coming. Lan Ya and the others waited early, just waiting for Lin Qianxun's order, and they would come at a speed of 100,000 points.

Before he could finish speaking, the door was immediately pushed open, and the sweet wind outside was wrapped in the room. Then a flushed face was revealed.

"You got up so early, I thought I was the first." Lin Qianxun tightened his clothes again, and then asked with a smile.

"It's the girl who got up late." Lan Ya covered her mouth and replied with a smile, and neatly put down the hot water and the wooden bucket.

These were all orders from Leng Chopping Wind before he went out of the door.

At this moment, Lin Chufeng was wearing a dress of the same color as the woods, and his body was as light as a swallow shuttling through the dense woods, and in front of him were dozens of men in the same costume, with blue and black faces, looking very strange, but they were each as light as a swallow, and their posture was elegant like a leopard with a quick hand Shuttling through the people.

"Qiao Mosheng, left rear." Leng Yan's sideburns were covered with sweat, he held a new bow and crossbow in his hand, and he wore a protective goggle on his eyes.

"Yes" Qiao Mosheng wore less, but the texture was better than the others, which should have been given by Lin Qianxun in private.

The sound of swishing shuttles is endless.

Outside the school field, on the training ground, everyone fought shirtless, and it was very lively.

"What kind of fame is the general doing, the person who paints is not human, and the ghost is not a ghost." The lieutenant who was defeated by Lin Qianxun last time spoke with an unconvinced face.

The other general didn't make an evaluation, just smiled coldly, and didn't know if it was because of the general's words or because of the new training method. The sun had barely shown half of its face from the mountain when it was blocked by dark clouds from the west.

It didn't take long for the crackling raindrops to fall on the sunburned ground.

Many people hurried into the tent, but the special team was still shuttling through the forest, fortunately it was only cumulonimbus clouds, which came and went quickly, and the heavy rain had just poured down, and the work of tea suddenly stopped.

Lin Qianxun changed his clothes, said to Lan Ya, and went out with Kunnu.

"Go buy some decoration materials, Kunnu is interested in telling me about your hometown?" Lin Qianxun was bored walking on the street, there had just been a rainstorm, and the air was filled with a thick earthy smell, but Lin Qianxun smelled it intoxicated, and she didn't know what she thought of so she asked.

In fact, before Kunnu opened his mouth to explain, the system began to explain at length.

The word "Kunlun" in ancient China not only refers to Kunlun Mountain, but also refers to black things. The Tang people used this meaning to collectively refer to black-skinned people as Kunlun people. "The Book of the Old Tang Dynasty: The Biography of the Southern Barbarians" said: "In the south of Linyi, they all have curly hair and black bodies, and they are called 'Kunlun'." Most of these blacks are from the Nanyang Islands and Africa, so Kunlun is a general term, not specifically referring to a certain region or country. In the Song Dynasty, Zhou Qufei's "Lingwai Dai Answer" volume 3 recorded: "There is a Kunlun layer in the southwest sea, connecting the islands of the sea,...... There are many savages on the island, their bodies are like black paint, their fists are raised, they are tempted to eat and capture, and they are sold as slaves for tens of millions. Most of these people were trafficked to the Tang Dynasty, and after they arrived in Middle Earth, they either practiced music and dance for entertainment, or served as slaves and servants, so they were called Kunlun slaves. At present, most of the Kunlun slave figurines found by archaeology are topless and wearing sheepskin shorts. ”

Kunnu's expression was very flat, Lin Qianxun glanced at it with a faint smile, and then listened to the system continue as he walked.

"During the Tang Dynasty in China, there were a lot of black slaves and black artists. As early as the Tang Dynasty, Chang'an and Luoyang were already international metropolises, with people of all colors walking the streets. There was a jargon that circulated at that time called "Kunlun slave, Silla maid". Silla's handmaidens were equivalent to today's Filipino maids, professionally trained, well-behaved and capable. And the Kunlun slave is as strong as an ox, with a gentle temperament, down-to-earth and upright, and the nobles and wealthy families are rushing to ask for it.

The blacks of the Tang Dynasty came to China, one was sent to the western capital Chang'an and the eastern capital Luoyang as annual tribute, one was plundered and sold to the coast or inland as indigenous "barbarian ghosts", and the other was left behind by the envoys from Southeast Asia or South Asia. Most of the black slaves in the Tang Dynasty were dwarf blacks living in Southeast Asia and South Asia, belonging to the Negritto race. There are also some people who come from North Africa and are called "monks and slaves". It is generally believed that "monk" is the name given to black Africans by the Malay Archipelago and the Tang people, and "monk" means "Zangi", that is, Zanzibari people, which Schaefer discusses in detail in the book "Foreign Civilizations in the Tang Dynasty". ”

Lin Qianxun didn't know what he saw, his mind ran far away, and then the system nagged, and Kunnu was still organizing the language.

African black slaves were captured and sold by Arab countries, and then entered the Tang Dynasty as "tribute" or slaves. In "Kunlun and Monks in the Tang Warriors", Sun Ji researched the Kunlun slave figurines unearthed in the Tang Dynasty in recent years, and divided them into Kunlun slaves from the South China Sea countries, and African black monk slaves, such as the black slave figurines unearthed from the tomb of the little lady of the Pei family (Pei Xingjian's descendants) are monk slaves. But the Tang people will not distinguish the source of black slaves, in the eyes of the Tang people, all people with dark skin or darker skin are Kunlun'er.

Ge Chengyong carefully analyzed the difference between black Africans and black people in the South Seas, and although they both had black and curly hair, there were differences in appearance between the two. The South Sea Negro people, known as the "Kunlun Nu", are not the Negro people of Africa, but the Negritos, also known as the dwarf Negros, and these tribes and races similar to the black Africans are still scattered on the islands south of the Malay Peninsula. ”

Although Lin Qianxun listened with his left ear, his right ear did not come out, but he spoke seriously.

"Is there any controversy about Kunnu's origin?"

The system sits in the center of its brain, flipping through the screen and opening its mouth to explain.

In fact, modern scholars who study the Kunlun slave issue have many theories about its origin, and they can be summarized as follows:

(1) From northern Africa. Chang'an in the Tang Dynasty "contained more than 40 expatriates from the East and the West, including blacks from Africa (Kunlun Nu).

(2) Southeast Asia. For example, Professor Ge Chengyong of Northwest University pointed out in an article published in the 20-year "Chinese Literature and History Review" that the black people of the Tang Dynasty did not come from Africa but Southeast Asia, that is, the Nigritto people, also known as the little blacks, and until now, these tribes and races similar to African blacks are still scattered on the islands south of the Malay Peninsula. Professor Han Zhenhua of Xiamen University further pointed out that Kunlun Nu refers to the small black people on the Indochinese Peninsula, including the Ka ethnic group in Laos. The Kunlun people originally referred to the aborigines of the Indochina Peninsula, a small black people, and all the countries that ruled over these small black people on the peninsula were called "Kunlun and the like" in Chinese records. Although the "Kunlun Nu" frequently mentioned in the records of the Tang Dynasty refers to the small blacks on the entire peninsula, it should include the Ka people of Laos, which is undoubtedly different.

(3) India. Tan Sitong's "Tibi Poems in Prison" has "I smile to the sky with a horizontal knife, and go to keep the liver and gallbladder two Kunlun", using "Kunlun slave" as a metaphor for revolutionary righteous soldiers (some people think that it refers to the righteous servants in the family). He believes that Kunlun Nu should refer to Indians: "My friend Zou Shenfan wrote an account of the journey to the west, saying that Mount Ximanaya is Kunlun, which is accurate and credible. The Himanaya Mountains are in the north of India, and the Tang people call the Indians Kunlun slaves, which is also a proof. "

(4) The Kunlun aborigines of western China. In modern times, some people simply regard "Kunlun" as the Kunlun Mountains in northwest China, so they believe that Kunlun Nu is the aborigines of the present-day Kunlun Mountains, who were brought into China from the Western Regions through the northwest silk trade. Among these scholars, there are quite a few who believe that the Kunlun slaves were brought from northeastern Africa by Arab traders to China via India or directly by sea into southern China. There are generally two reasons for this: First, the biggest characteristic of Kunlun Nu is its dark complexion, so the first thing that comes to people's minds is Africans. Second, Arab merchants at that time often traveled between Africa and Asia to do business in China, and there are indeed records of Arab traders selling slaves and black African countries in Chinese historical records. For example, in "Hui Chao to the Five Heavenly Zhu Biography: Persian Country", there are clouds of Persians who often go to the Lion Country (i.e., Ceylon) to get treasures, and then go to Kunlun Kingdom to get gold. The Kunlun country is the land of black Africans, because the gold produced in Africa has been famous in the world since ancient times. Zhou Qufei's "Lingwai Dai Answer" volume 3 "Kunlun Layer Period State" Tiaoyun: "There are many wild people on the island, their bodies are like black paint, and their fists are raised, and they are lured to eat and captured and sold as slaves." Zhao Rushi's "Zhufan Chronicles" volume "Miscellaneous States on the Sea" article Yiyun: "Kunlun layer period country, in the southwest sea, connecting the islands. There are often big peng flying, covering the sun and moving the sundial. There are camels, and Dapeng swallows them when they meet them. "
