A+ rebuilds the team
After a group tour in Australia and South Africa, Marx decided to change the blood of the team, because there were still many big and small problems in the process. Therefore, Marx resolutely decided to change the blood of the team, select some new members who are more moral and energetic, as fresh blood, and replace the team members who always have problems.
Marx decided to replace most of the members and only retain some elites in the team, so that the replacement of the members of the League requires two aspects, one is to persuade the old members to leave the League, and the other is to recruit a group of rather young and promising elites or elite backbone members with morality and wisdom.
Before forming the group, Marx also made some plans and deployments, and the number of people in the team was still limited to 30 people. Marx decided to leave only five elites, namely Engels, Good, Owen and Langne, who had previously assisted in solving the task. He decided to recruit another 25 members. So Marx announced the news in the team, announcing that 5 people would stay and 25 people would be disbanded. Among these 25 people, 20 people agreed to leave the team voluntarily, Marx gave them 1/2 achievement badges for traveling around the world, and they all expressed their willingness to accept and agree to leave the team, because some of them had already wanted to leave the team due to family and health problems, and they petitioned automatically, and some people had a lot of work and entertainment, and the work plan was not convenient to spend more time and delay. In addition, if one of them still wants to continue to travel around the world, they can join the other teams on this tour of the world, but leaving Marx's chief team of traveling around the world, everyone will also add some freshness, and happy elements, why not, and can make new friends, which is a good thing for everyone.
However, there are still 5 people in the team who are reluctant to leave the team, Marx has carried out EAP counseling work for them, and each person has an interview for 3 hours, insists on a month, once a week, and conducts psychological counseling and persuasion for them to leave the EAP, and finally successfully solves all their embarrassment, psychological counseling is mainly based on guidance and repatriation, telling them that changing teams is a new thing that is beneficial to everyone, and will make the trip more exciting, more exciting, more happy and pleasant. So all five of them finally accepted the fact that they changed teams, but they did not receive 1/2 of the World Tour. Because Marx wanted to treat every member of the league as fairly as possible, he wanted to tell every member of the league that the more troublesome and troublesome he could get, but on the contrary, maybe less, and that this was the way it should be. It mainly depends on whether it is vexatious or serious rights protection, which is different.
So the next task of Marx is to recruit some young backbone of fresh blood, very powerful new members, just like the selection of champions around the world, there are still 25 places in the team, but the selection is also to be as fair, objective, reasonable and successful as possible to select new outstanding members.
Marx believed that in order to recruit interesting and capable members, it is necessary to make a very attractive travel plan. So Marx personally visited the travel agency and asked them for a group travel leaflet. It reads as follows:

【Windsor Castle】
The history of Windsor Castle dates back to the time of William I, and the castle has a floor area of approximately 45,000 square metres. Like Buckingham Palace in London and Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, Windsor Castle is the main executive residence of the British monarch. The current Queen Elizabeth II spends a significant portion of the year at Windsor Castle, where she conducts state and private entertainment. Her other two residences are the royal family's private residences, Sandringham House and Balmoral Castle.
【Cambridge】
Cambridge is a combination of transliteration and paraphrasing. Cambridge in English means the bridge of the Sword River. There is indeed a sword river here, which flows northeast in a large arc circle in the city. Many bridges were built over the river, hence the name Cambridge. Cambridge, also known as Cambridge, is a fascinating traditional university city (University of Cambridge), just like Oxford.
【Trinity College】
Trinity College was founded in 1546 by King Henry VIII of England as Michaelhouse, founded in 1324, and King's School, founded in 1317. Because of this, the oldest buildings that still exist in the academy today date back to the medieval period when the academy clock tower was used in the King's School, and it still tells the time of the academy today.

After researching the travel planner in Europe with the travel agency, Marx led five elite members to package the planner very beautifully and attractively, and according to the law of attraction, it was enough to attract anyone.
So he began to recruit new members according to the existing HR selection system.
After a long three months of preliminary and re-examination, he had already selected 25 young talents, career talents, and top winners, and they had to express their willingness to pay for the travel expenses before Marx could approve their participation. Soon after, 40 people were selected, and 25 lucky new members were born, who came from all over the world, and Marx's tour around the world injected fresh blood, and the tour group reconstruction plan was completed.
The main idea of the reconstruction is the law of attraction, welfare, excellent talents, inheritance of HR fair selection, implementation.
The selection of American tour groups was also carried out in the same way as in Europe, and the workload was still very large, but under the organization of Marx, they were all implemented one by one.
So they began to carry out their travel plans, traveling around Europe and the United States according to their schedules.
B+ New Team Stress Management
In the new team that Marx had organized, two more problems arose. One was when he was traveling to Europe, and one of the group members took the opportunity to get lost and run away. The other was during a group tour in the United States, the group members went shopping in the mall, and one group member smoked in the shopping mall, quarreled with the American staff, and was beaten.
Marx always believed that in the face of pressure, it is possible to completely solve the problem when the problem is completely solved. Relaxation therapies such as relaxation and stress relief will not be effective for a long time, and they can only resist the pressure, but cannot completely solve the pressure. Therefore, in the face of the above two problems, Marx solved them fundamentally.
Since the solutions and methods to solve stress have been introduced in detail in the previous part, I will briefly explain them here.
While traveling to Europe, one of the group members took the opportunity to get lost and ran away.
When Marx's team in Europe encountered this problem, Marx's first reaction was to call the police, and using the city's HR networking system, he found the person who ran away as quickly as possible, and it turned out that he was hiding in a motel.
Therefore, Marx solved this problem in the first time with the fastest speed and the fastest efficiency, so as to greatly reduce the time and effectiveness of the pressure, greatly relieve the pressure, and degrade the pressure value to MIN within the possible range, and the final result is 0, that is, the pressure minimization management pressure method, which is the pressure management method in the management of pressure.
Another problem was that during the group tour in the United States, the group members went shopping in the mall, and one group member smoked in the shopping mall, quarreled with the American staff, and was beaten. Marx also used lightning speed to solve this problem, degrading the delay time to 0, he immediately contacted the security guard of the mall, and called the Chinese consulate in the United States for help, the two sides intervened to solve the problem through joint negotiation, the final solution is that according to American law, the beater should compensate the beaten person 500 US dollars, but because the group member smoked in the mall, it was also a mistake, so 1/2 of the compensation was used as compensation for the beaten group member, and finally compensated him 250 US dollars, and received a public apology from the beater. In the end, the problem was resolved relatively peacefully and justly, because the injuries of the victims were not serious at all. In this way, the problem is solved as quickly as possible, so the result is no pressure, and due to the short time, the process pressure is also reduced to a minimum, which is MIN, so it is very funny, and the mechanical efficiency tends to be close to 1. Therefore, Marx discovered the best management method for pressure for these things: the MIN value degradation method that completely solves the pressure from the source of pressure. This is also the core idea of Mark's stress management.
Through the detailed introduction of the above stories, I think everyone will have at least a rudimentary understanding of the best plan for building a team and managing pressure, but there are still many details when the pressure comes, and the difficulty factor of solving the problem is also different.
To sum up, when the source of the pressure problem can be solved, the pressure MIN source degradation 0 method must be used, and when the pressure problem cannot be solved in a short time, the pressure MIN source degradation 0 method and a variety of management methods for pressure process mitigation should be used at the same time. When the problem of the source of stress is force majeure or cannot be solved at all, it is necessary to adopt a variety of management methods for stress relief. This is also a summary of the core ideas of stress management.
