Chapter 2 Roaming the Jiming Temple
As soon as Ziwei saw us, he also ran downstairs with joy and welcomed us.
We walked through a stretch of maize ground to the door of the office. It turns out that the house number is still the fifteenth, if there is no such accidental encounter, we don't know how many twists and turns it will take.
The door opened on the side, and on the left hand of the entrance there was a newly built wooden hut, only five feet square, which was used as a gatehouse, but it was empty, and there was no gatekeeper.
The main house is a row of three-room two-story bungalows, and I heard that the original has also been damaged, and it is newly renovated.
It was too early for many gentlemen to get up yet. Ziwei first led me downstairs into the front room on the right hand, where Zhu Yunshan and Lu Guangsheng lived.
We rinsed and went upstairs to see Liang Shuming and Shen Henglao. Liang Shuming has literary affairs in hand, and Heng Lao still has to do his morning exercises, so we will temporarily leave. I'm going to go out and have an early meal, and then I'll come back and ask you for advice.
Zhu, Lu, Luo, Feng, Guo, the five of us walked out of the office.
In front of a roadside thatched hut near the broken wooden bridge, everyone ate a bowl of soy milk and some baked cakes and fried dough sticks. There were a lot of flies in the hut, but there were no flies in front of the door, I don't know why.
Zhu Yun said: Flies like the dark.
But not necessarily, don't we often see flies everywhere in broad daylight? I guess it's because of the smell. There was a wind outside the door, blowing all the stench into the hut. Naturally, the flies gathered there.
Anyway, it was still early, so we decided to take a walk and walk towards the examination center.
Walking through the examination room, there is another palace-like building, which is the Academia Sinica. The same green glazed tiles, flying and leaping, are decorated with various colors. There are many trees in the courtyard, and they are close to the foot of Jiming Temple, which makes the architectural layout more compact than the examination hall and the examination room. However, as a place for academic research, I always feel that it is a little too flashy. We Chinese always like to pay attention to the scene, and do not pay much attention to the content, which may be a manifestation of the so-called "national character".
Compared with these new-style palaces, Jiming Temple is more secular than that.
Such a famous ancient temple is close in front of me, and my personal interest in visiting it is motivated by curiosity and greed. The mountain is not high, and the road is mostly made of ancient bricks in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and only this point is somewhat ancient. The temple and walls are painted earthy red. The decorations on the mountain gate and the Buddha statues in the temple are all unruly. There is no ancient stele, and there is no inscription, it is really a secular temple that spoils the scenery. I am uneven for the trees all over the mountain, and even the word "rooster crow" is uneven for it.
Behind the main hall of the temple is the Kannon Pavilion, and there is a row of tea tables under the window in front of the worship hall. The right hand of the worship hall is even more popular, and there is a grand tea room, and there must be many people who want to see it and come to eat tea. It's not a bad place to spend time and look out.
Outside the window is the city wall, outside the wall is Xuanwu Lake, and the Purple Mountain is displayed outside the lake. There are some islands in Xuanwu Lake, and there are some lotus leaves floating on the water, which should be a beautiful place, but somehow it does not arouse my sense of beauty. On the Purple Mountain, I don't think it lacks trees. It would have been more beautiful if the half-naked triangular pyramid had been covered up after a long period of planting.
We chose a seat in front of the Guanyin Pavilion, sipped tea, sometimes looked at the lake, sometimes looked at the mountain, and sometimes talked about current affairs.
Ziwei told me: Outside the window, a section of the inner part of the city wall is the Taicheng where Emperor Wu of Liang starved to death. I remembered the two ancient poems of "Ruthless is the most Taicheng willow, still smoked for ten miles", but I didn't see any willow trees.
There are three lottery holders under the shrine of the Guanyin Pavilion.
- Let's get a signature! See what happens when the truce expires on the 22nd.
I went to draw a lot first, and it was the thirty-fifth lot, and everyone went to draw a lot except for Naichao.
The thirty-fifth signature is:
"Dressing up to reorganize the old family style, the Tao is reactive but meritorious.
In addition to the thorns in front of them, the three of them discussed and worked together. ”
This is really in line with current events, as if to say: *** The meeting is about to reopen, and the three-person team will get the result. Everybody was having a lot of fun. Laughed.
Zhu Yunlao drew the thirty-ninth sign:
"The news on the horizon should be difficult to ask, don't be selfish and force it.
If you sharpen a stone into a mirror, your spirit will be wasted for a while. ”
This is also very timely, especially the sentence "If you sharpen the stone into a mirror" is really a good sentence. Isn't Nanjing a stone town? It seems like a lot of trouble to make it clear. The two signatures were funny, and everyone laughed.
When the tea was tasteless, we turned back to Lanjiazhuang.
