The artillery academy attaches great importance to live ammunition shooting, and there are classroom explanations on small arms, and training courses are also arranged, but during our time at the school, we only trained *****, and anti-aircraft gun shooting lasted for three years in the academy, and in the last semester, almost all of them were used for motorized marching and anti-aircraft artillery shooting.

Before the assessment, the ten bullet experience, divided into two times, training for so long, spending so much effort, only two short opportunities to familiarize yourself with the shooting process, experience the essentials of shooting, only to know that sharpshooters are fed by bullets, dull gunshots, violent recoil, may not have adapted to the shooting environment, has not completely overcome the panic psychology of the first shot, the real assessment has come.

The same ten bullets, divided into two, take the best one to calculate the score, after the experience, familiar with the pistol, master the bullet trace law, it is easy to change the gun, each gun performance is different, otherwise you have to re-correct the aiming point.

The aiming point is generally determined according to the ring line on the chest ring target, the May Fourth pistol is powerful, with 25 meters as the assessment distance, according to the principle of ballistics, the aiming point should be slightly lower than the actual hit point, usually between the lower ten rings and the lower nine rings.

At that time, the eyesight was okay, I could clearly see the bullet hit point, and when I experienced shooting, I corrected it according to the impact point, and after the correction, the selected aiming point had to pass the distance from the upper and lower ring lines, and memorize it, because there were no other obvious marks to refer to except the ring line.

The last five rounds, the results were good, three ten rings and two nine rings, I remember that it should have been the best results at that time.

After graduation, he became a cadre, and changed to semi-automatic rifle training and assessment, a 100-meter chest ring target, known as aiming and shooting, and the assessment standard was also changed, no longer counting the number of rings, but calculating the time and the number of targets according to rapid fire.

Later, when he changed jobs, his eyesight and physical strength have decreased significantly, and he uses a pistol that is lighter than the May Fourth type, and the assessment distance has also become correspondingly shorter.

As our main course, almost all of the courses include shooting, ballistics, weapons, field military survival, battlefield rescue, and even psychology.

In fact, motorized marching, directing vehicles to march, to reach the designated place, is not very difficult, remember key intersections, remember a few permanent landmarks as references, and then just remember the distance.
