[Whimsical - Suspense Film] Nightmare
The deafening thunder shook me, and an eerie and bright bolt of lightning pierced the sky and slightly illuminated the faces of the three of us. My eyes widened, and I could clearly see that everyone had a different look on their faces.
I swallowed, lowered my voice, and said, "What do we do now?" β
The woman's voice was high-pitched and fast, and she said, "I don't want to be in this hellish place anymore!" Let's go, shall we!? β
The man hung his head, his voice muffled, and at the same time the thunder rang out again. I didn't hear his voice clearly, and I was a little scared when I didn't come.
The woman was closer to him, so she might have heard it. She suddenly began to cry, holding her head and screaming, as if she was crazy, and no matter how much the men around her persuaded her, she couldn't calm down.
I sat alone across from them, and the cold wind shapped through my ears and I shivered. The sound of breathing ringing in my ears made me slow my breathing and jerk back
But there was nothing.
My head was getting more and more confused, and the thunder and lightning told me that it was definitely going to rain! All I thought about was that we had to find a place to shelter from the rain, after all, we didn't have anything left.
The man on the other side suddenly pulled the woman to stand up, and I stood up suddenly, feeling uncertain, afraid that the two of them would leave me here alone. I asked anxiously, "What's wrong?" β
The man's hair was sticking to his face, his eyes seemed to be shining, and he said with a serious face, "We have to go!" β
I didn't react for a moment, I subconsciously took a step back, and said, "What's wrong?" β
The man approached me, he was too tall, and he was dressed in black with a strong sense of oppression, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.
"The hunter's eyes are glowing with hunger, and it's licking its claws, ready to enjoy the last supper before the storm. The panic of their prey is their favorite spice. β
I didn't dare to speak, I just hung my head and followed them with my body a little stiff. The man's words kept ringing in his head.
I was like a frightened lamb who couldn't find its way, and there was always a voice that kept expanding, telling me, run away.
I quickened my pace to keep up with the man, but my eyes couldn't help but look at the woods on either side.
The more strange we became. The poles grew in one direction, and they all tiltedβlike a hurricane, like a herd of beasts crawling to meet their king.
It was at that end that I finally saw a little light, a warm orange-yellow. I lifted my spirits and ran to them.
I looked at the man with hope in my eyes and I said, "We found it, we have hope!" β
The man smiled and said, "Yes." β
I smiled and looked at the woman, only to see that she didn't seem to be happy at all. I was a little worried, and I comforted her, "It's going to be fine, you see, we've found the house!" β
The woman didn't answer me quickly, and the man seemed to notice that something was wrong with the woman, and looked down at her and asked, "Is there something wrong?" β
The woman reacted as if she had been shocked, and she said, "It's okay! I am fine! β
The woman's words almost roared out, and her voice was a little trembling and a little sharp. I frowned and didn't think much of it.
The man looked back at me and said, "She's just scared, let's go inside." β
"Good!"
I was hopefully following the man into the room when the woman looked back at me. Her eyes widened and reddened. I was so scared that I didn't know why she looked like that.
At this time, the man's voice suddenly came, "Why don't you leave?" β
I subconsciously responded, "Huh? No, it's fine. β
"It's okay."
I saw the man's hand on the woman's shoulder, and thought to myself, it turned out that the two of them not only knew each other, but were also a couple.
The house has everything you need, which is nice. However, the owner of the house never appeared.
I sat by the fire and tried to keep myself as warm as I could. But the flames warmed my body, and I was even more uneasy. I looked left and right, afraid that something would appear in the dark.
The sound of the rain is getting louder and louder, and the lightning illuminates the sloping wood outside the window again and again, which is so twisted and weird. I hugged my body tightly and trembled. The sudden gravity on my back made my whole body bounce out like a spring, and that direction was the furnace in front of me.
I was gasping for breath and didn't know what was going on.
The man's voice came, still gentle and gentlemanly, and he said, "What's wrong with you?" You're almost on fire. β
Only then did I realize that this man had covered me with a quilt and grabbed me. I hurriedly said, "I'm sorry, thank you, thank you." β
Maybe my language was a little confused, but the man actually laughed, and he said, "It's time for you to rest." β
"Yes, I'm a little tired." I suddenly remembered something, and said, "Where's your girlfriend?" Has she rested already? β
The man laughed again and said to me, "Yes, she's asleep. β
I looked at the ceiling, tossing and turning in bed, but I didn't feel sleepy.
Suddenly, the curtains blew up, and I sat up from the bed suddenly. After a moment's hesitation, I walked to the window and saw the woman running outside. I shouted, "Hey! β
The woman must have heard me, she slowly turned her head, and then pointed in my direction. I didn't know why she was pointing at me, so I imitated her movements and pointed at myself.
I was about to ask her again when the woman had already run away, and behind me, a man's voice came from me.
He said, "She's gone." β
I shuddered and turned around a little stiffly, but I didn't know where a voice sounded.
