Volume 3: A Brief Discussion on "Kanyu Feng Shui" and "Ziping Life" Tibetan Style
"Tibetan wind" refers to leaving the vitality in the acupuncture field, not allowing the strong wind to cleanse the acupuncture field and let the vitality drift away. Kanyu believes that anger gathers because of water and disperses because of wind.
Therefore, it is important to get water, but if the acupuncture points are not sheltered from the wind, the anger will escape with the wind. Guo Pu said in the "Book of Burial": "In the high land, the sky is cloudy from above, and the anger is exposed, and the most afraid of wind and cold is easy to be scattered." If a person lives deep in a secret room, with a slight gap and ventilation, and a proper shoulder, he can become ill. Therefore, we should seek that the city be dense, so that the qi can be gathered. Therefore, the best Tibetan style layout is to have tight gaps in all directions, so that the vitality can be cohesive and sheltered from the wind.
Of course, the Tibetan wind theory is mainly for the mountainous areas. For the plain area, the vitality sinks underground, rises from below, and is not afraid of the wind blowing away, even if the cave field is empty on all sides and unsheltered on all sides, it does not hinder the condensation of vitality.
Therefore, the Tibetan style is generally for the cave of the mountain ridge.
