Chapter Ninety-Five: The Ox of Minos

Draenor continued to walk forward with Jeanne in his arms, forty minutes had passed since he had fallen into the rift, and he still hadn't found a single clue that Vikli had left behind.

It had taken two days and three nights since leaving the camp, and now that he was trapped underground, it seemed that he would not be able to reach the tomb of the "Long King" as planned.

As Draenor was thinking, a sharp hiss suddenly came from behind him, and before he could react, countless pitch-black figures rushed by.

Although he couldn't see what was going on underneath his feet, Draenor was sure that these were the rats he had encountered earlier. The tiny animals seemed to be struggling to escape. Less than ten seconds later, the earth shook violently again, and the surrounding area sounded rhythmically as if it had been encased in a leather drum.

Overhead, the roar of a beast was heard, interspersed with the invective of a middle-aged male, and Draenor jerked his head up to see a ferocious beast falling downward.

He hurriedly hugged Jeanne and hugged him forward, and the powerful air currents caused by the giant beast landing on the ground tossed him to the ground.

"Ahem! You damn brute! Draenor quickly placed Jeanne's body under the bulge of the wall, followed the sound and looked behind him, and when the smoke cleared, the beast encountered in the maze appeared in front of him, and Cooper was still lying on top of its head, holding the horns tightly in his hands.

"Cooper! You old man really has two hits! Draenor drew his dagger and shouted at him.

"Shut me up! This thing really looks like a cow...... Feed! Don't you feel tired!? Cooper finished speaking to Draenor, lifting his leg and kicking the beast in the back.

"Minos, aren't you using enough to torture me!?" Draenor heard the beast's roar, not from the beast's mouth, but from Delaenor's own head.

"Damn, if only I could get closer......" Draenor clenched his dagger for an opportunity, but the beast flicked its head wildly. Its arms waved in the air, and powerful air currents hit like a storm, and Draenor had no chance to get closer.

Cooper seemed to understand Draenor's intentions, reached out and grabbed the hand axe stuck in the horns, and leaped to the ground on the other side with the strength of the beast's neck.

Deraeno seized the rare opportunity, swung his dagger and rushed behind the beast.

The brilliance of the blade fell on the beast's broad back, cutting a crack in its waist.

The beast swung its fist at him, and Draenor leaned forward to dodge the fatal blow, steading his right foot on the ground and slowly standing up.

"Antiques still have to be quiet to show their value."

Draenor laughed, turning the dagger in his left hand to retract it into the scabbard behind his waist.

The behemoth's movements gradually stiffened, and it struggled to take a step, and it completely turned into a statue less than three meters away from Draenor.

Cooper quickly got up and ran behind Draenor, "Phew! You really deserve it! I'm a half-cut old man, and I have to play a game of bullfighting with you! He stretched out his gnarled fingers and spat at the bull-headed giant.

Draenor turned and walked towards Jeanne, looking back at the terrifying giant in front of him, and roughly estimated that this creature was also five meters tall, making it hard to believe that such a huge creature really existed in the world.

What is it that awakens this monster that has been sleeping for thousands of years? Draenor thought carefully about the memories in his mind, according to the records of Greck's mythology, this giant beast known as "Minotaur" was clearly destroyed by Theseus, and the giant tower seen in the labyrinth before should be the broadsword left by Theseus.

Having said that, the beast seemed to have a black stone embedded in its chest, and it was tightly wrapped in dark muscles, so it was no wonder that he had never been aware of its existence before.

Just as he was stunned, the Minotaur's eyes seemed to tremble slightly.

Draenor came back to his senses and stared at the bull, it wasn't a delusion! The joints of the beast's body began to move stiffly like a puppet, as if it was about to break free from the shackles of the stone statue's poison.

"Cooper! Run forward with Jeanne! Don't look back! Draenor quickly pulled out a fire gun from behind his back and pointed it at the bull's head.

Cooper stumbled to the sight before him, turned and picked up the unconscious Jeanne and ran into the depths.

"What to do? The elixir of the thirty-second has been used up, and if I become a werewolf at this time, I may lose my mind forever, and even if I must die today, it is my honor to die as a warrior of the human race. Draenor thought to himself, suppressing the frenzied flames within him and keeping his eyes fixed on the monster in front of him.

"Theseus, it's a narrow road...... the bull's nose spewed hot steam, and the black blood dripping from the wound seemed to coat the surface of the sand with a layer of asphalt.

"Theseus?" Draenor pondered the name of the bull, could it be because he had done damage to it, causing the bull to mistakenly think that he was the warrior who had tried to destroy it?

Delano struck first, pulling the muzzle trigger and firing a fiery bullet into the bull's eye socket, the powerful impact that shattered the Minotaur's right eye.

The pain could not stop the mythical beast, and the Minotaur lowered his head and rushed towards Draenor's chest with sharp horns.

In the case of too much difference in strength between the two sides, you can only rely on reason to win. Draenor aimed his gun at the corner of the beast's skull and pulled the trigger, and even the fierce flames were a drop in the bucket in front of the Minoan Bull.

The beast's head slammed into Draenor's chest, slamming it like a battering ram against the wall.

"Theseus, it looks like it's your turn this time!" The mouth of the giant bull spewed hot air of excitement, and the shame that had remained for thousands of years was finally washed away by blood.

Who knew that Draenor ignored the sharp pain in his chest, he could feel that his internal organs were almost squeezed open by the brute force, but he was still showing an evil smile,

"It seems that everything that should happen, no matter how many times it is reincarnated, the result is still the same......"

The bull couldn't understand what Draenor was trying to say, and it felt a stabbing pain in its chest, and quickly turned its head and tossed Draenor aside.

It looked down at its chest, and saw a large horn embedded deep in its body, charred blood flowing down its body like a waterfall.

"Theseus...... When! ”

Draenor struggled to his feet in pain, and he raised his left hand and swung the steam-filled firebolt,

"Do you think I shot just to stop you? On the contrary, I aimed at the horn that was about to break, and the moment it broke it was against your chest. I wish you had hit it a little harder! ”

"The warrior who killed me is not Theseus wielding a great sword, who are you!" The Minotaur lost all his powers and fell to his knees.

Draenor spun the fire gun and inserted it into the holster behind him, and he reached out and wiped it on his forehead, scattering beads of sweat on the bull's skull.

"Chadwick Drano, just an inconspicuous Canaanite."
