"The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" says: "Righteousness is stored in the body, and evil cannot be done." He also said, "Where evil is gathered, its spirit will be empty." It clarifies the relationship between righteousness and evil.

If the human body is strong in righteousness, external evil cannot invade; The reason why external evil can invade the human body is because of the weakness of righteousness. "Yuan Shen" is the true master of life, and it is also the highest energy among the three treasures of life, "essence", "qi" and "god", and the strongest function of protecting life.

In this way, we can maintain the innate "true qi" of the dantian, and make the "essence" and "god" closely combined, keep it inside without leaking out, and achieve the maintenance of the three treasures of life, "essence", "qi" and "god". In order to achieve "tranquility and nothingness", it is necessary to "emphasize morality", so the essence of health preservation lies in cultivating morality, which cannot be achieved by simply taking tonics.
