Nian Fu said: "I'll go, okay, I thought these little gods didn't have this ability!" This is all if they can be separated, how powerful the primordial gods of these gods should be! ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "The foundation of cultivation is the Yuan Shen, and all the cultivation exercises that are not awake in the Yuan Shen and under the command of the Divine Consciousness are fake!" Putting aside the cloak of religious metaphysics and only talking about practical theories and principles of practice, then what is the essence of all cultivation into mana? That is, what is the principle? Why can I have practice and mana? ”

Nian Fu said: "Isn't it the foundation of our ordinary people's cultivation? Immortals have nothing to do with them, and we ordinary people don't have any primordial gods! ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "The Heart Seal Sutra says: "Three products of medicine, spirit and qi essence". The "essence" in this is something that ordinary people have, which can be interpreted as kidney essence or more commonly acquired vitality, which all living beings have. The "qi" in this refers to the sublimation of essence, that is, the "yuanqi", which is the fundamental power of mana. It is often said that refining and refining gas refers to the sublimation of essence into gas. This vitality, ordinary people also have, but usually the number is not much, in an uncontrolled state, autonomous operation in the meridians, ordinary people's bodies can autonomously sublimate a part of the essence into qi, but usually not much, is a kind of physical autonomy, only enough to maintain the body's operation. ”

Nian Fu said with a smile: "Then we usually get sick and say that we hurt our vitality, is it that if our vitality is gone, people will also be gone?" ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "People or all living beings are born with vitality and die when they exhaust their vitality. People with little vitality are weak, have a short lifespan, are languishing, and will not live. From the perspective of perfect theory, essence can be sublimated into qi, but in essence, it is impossible. Because in daily life, we consume essence all the time, such as all kinds of delusions, all kinds of desires, all kinds of enjoyment that make you fascinated, not just sey. The reason why seyu usually emphasizes it is that it is mainly because seyu directly consumes kidney essence and has a strong strength. Therefore, most of the essence of ordinary people is consumed, which is also the reason why Taoists often emphasize the need to be leakless, and no leakage is to transform all the essence into vitality. ”

Nian Fu said: "Isn't it just going to death, how can it be possible to perfectly preserve the vitality and spirit?" It's certainly impossible......"

Xiao Tianshu said with a smile: "The last is the "god", and this god refers to the "primordial god" of people. Everyone also has a primordial spirit, but except for a short period of clarity in infancy, the vast majority of people who have not cultivated have never experienced its existence in their lives, and there is no difference between the primordial spirit and sleeping for a lifetime. The path of cultivation is very important, and the Taoist saying is to dissect the self in me, and the self in the self is the original god. He also talked about who the metaphysical self is, the true self, the original face, etc., all referring to the primordial gods. ”

Nian Fu said: "I often suffer losses, what do I do with surgery, I can always feel that the vitality has been damaged, so we don't feel anything about this primordial spirit, how can we know that there is really a primordial spirit?" ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "The Yuan Shen has another sense of freedom, that is, another sensory system that is different from the normal eyes, ears, nose and tongue, which is called "divine consciousness". Consciousness can sense inwardly, that is, perceive the inside of itself, and this is the so-called inward view. Not only can it perceive, but it can also command and invoke the vitality to run internally. Consciousness can also be visual, perceiving the external world. Before the knot, the external consciousness can only sense and observe, but after the knot, the consciousness has the energy of the vitality and can touch the external objective objects. The Three Treasures of the Pure Qi God have established the foundation for the cultivation of mana, in the Taoist Dan Dao practice, in short, in the initial stage, it is in the autonomous sober state of the Yuan Shen, actively, so that the essence is not leaked, and it is turned into Yuan Qi as much as possible, and the Yuan Qi is the basis of mana, and it is also the source of energy for mana. Before the Jindan, the Yuan Shen and the Yuan Qi were separated, and after the Dan, the Yuan Shen and the Yuan Qi were one, and it could barely be called a conscious energy body, or an energetic consciousness body. After that, there are also the realms of babies and gods, and the ultimate goal is that the primordial gods can exist apart from their own bodies, which is also what Lao Tzu said, "I have a big patient, for I have a body, and I have no body, what is my trouble?"

Nian Fu smiled and said, "So, don't be afraid of your body being eaten by wolves in the end of your cultivation?" ”

Xiao Tianshu said with a smile: "This is just a metaphor, otherwise who in the Eight Immortals who crossed the sea, the body is gone, the Yuan Shen comes back out of the body, and the body is burned!" ”

Nian Fu smiled and said: "Hehe, it's Tie Guan Li, I'll say, what about him, you said that he can get out of his body, but after he came back, wasn't he burned his body......"

Xiao Tianshu said with a smile: "The essence of Taoist cultivation mana is that the sober Yuan Shen operates according to the exercises, and independently sublimates the essence into qi, and the qi is used as the basis of mana, and then the Yuan Shen Yuan Qi is fused. With Yuan Qi as the basis of energy and Yuan Shen as the commander of consciousness, the ultimate goal is the energy existence of Yuan Shen's consciousness. Of course, the ultimate goal of Taoism is not to say that the body is gone. Genshin can exist independently of the physical body, but that doesn't mean that the Genshin must exist independently of the physical body! There is a big difference between the two! For the exercise of the body, it is customary to wear it all the time, and the so-called double cultivation of life and the importance of one's own body over the world. The ancients talked about the ascension of the day, that is, the ascension with the flesh. For the existence of the physical extinction of the primordial gods, it is obviously two grades. ”

Nian Fu said: "Oh, what a ...... it is"

Xiao Tianshu said: "Some schools, such as Han Buddhism, pay attention to throwing away stinky skins, in essence, they only focus on the original spirit, not the body. Its exercises do not have much content about essence and qi, and pay attention to epiphany, that is, to exercise the Yuan Shen through the Four Meditation and Eight Determination System, but in my personal opinion, without the energy support of the Yuan Qi, the Yuan Shen is also a rootless wood and no source of water. From a practical point of view, this is also the external appearance of only cultivating the Yuan Shen without cultivating the essence, and the powerful Yuan Shen also needs an energy base, and the body can only be drained without cultivating the essence. Of course, this is only interpreted from the perspective of a Taoist believer, and it is not a bad way, and it also has its peculiarities. ”
