In this sense, the process of exercising qigong is the process of eliminating desires and refining the primordial spirit, which is also the key to the effect of qi. ”

Its physiological basis is the subcortical center, which is fundamentally different from true consciousness (consciousness of the gods). When the practitioner enters the qigong state, the conscious activity is suspended, so all the factors that monitor and suppress the original unconscious, so that it cannot move no longer work, this unconscious can be fully activated, it can not only quickly stimulate the physiological potential of the body, but also directly regulate the body's viscera meridians, qi, blood, yin and yang, etc., so that the body is in the best functional state and achieve the best practice effect. This is where the important value of Yuantheism lies in Qigong. ”

This pill is not an edible pill, and its smelting place is not outside the body, nor in the body, but in the furnace of the void. This void of course refers to space-time beyond the three-dimensional physical space. ”

Tradition has a lot to say about the original gods. According to historical experience, I feel that the cloud in "Daoshu": "Void life, called the primordial spirit", this view is more realistic.

Lu Dongbin also said: "The void is for the reality of hue. Neither virtual nor virtual, real nor real, if the reverse is detailed, then there is inside and outside. This inner and outer Dan, it refers to the Inner Dan and the Outer Dan. The inner Dan is the Dan cultivated by the Jade God, and the Outer Dan is the ~ Dan cultivated outside the body after the Yuan Shen came out of the shell. ”

There are Dan Fang inside and outside to become Yin and Yang, so that the Tao is combined, and only by longevity and long-term vision can there be the material basis of void (the Dan of the Yuan Shen) and real (the Dan cultivated by the Jade God). Virtue is the guide, virtue is the wait, if you can follow this, you will eventually become a great tool. The foundation of Dan's cultivation is inseparable from the knowledge of the mind as a medicine. Virtue is, within a certain range, the root of a person's wisdom. For those with shallow roots, it is still difficult to aspire, let alone alchemy and cultivation, so it is said that virtue is the key to fire.

Practice

All things are energetic. It's just that the level of energy is different. The energy levels of the Yin and Yang gods are very limited. However, the energy of the primordial gods who cultivated the Wai Dan was immeasurable. Since the Yuan Shen is directly related to the cultivation of virtue, virtue is boundless and the function is immeasurable. The more good deeds your spirit does, the wider the virtue you accumulate, and the more information support you get in nature. Doing good deeds without asking for anything in return is a kind of spiritual realm, but the relationship at the level of the Tao is energy conservation. Returning the favor is powerless. When your merits reach the unintentional, it is possible for the distraction of the primordial spirit to be endless.

Xiao Tianshu said: "The distraction of the Yuan Shen in the high-dimensional space is very fast. The more it differentiates, the more energy and information you get. The higher the energy level you will feel reflected in the environmental effects. For example, from the handling of a grain of sugar to the transportation of a bicycle or a car. In the process of bringing power, the effect of bringing should develop to a group of people at the same time, and so on. But none of this can be regulated by the ego of the god of consciousness on the body of color. It is also not up to Kehui to let others control themselves! If Ke Hui can't achieve positive results, there will be no merit at all. ”
