Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "We must have complete faith in the Three Jewels: the Supreme Dao Treasure, the Supreme Sutra Treasure, and the Supreme Master Treasure. That's why we call it "refuge." Those who are obedient must do what they do, their mouths must believe, and their words must be faithful. There is no disobedience, there is no disobedience, there is no disobedience in the slightest. These three treasures are one and not three. The scriptures are the Tao, and the teachers are the interpreters, and there is no belief in the Tao without anything. ”

Everyone has their own tasks, missions, and meanings in life, and it is okay to follow the path that they think is right, so what is it like to be a monk? Or what does it feel like to be a monastic? He didn't want anything, but he couldn't attach anything, and it was what it was. No matter how time and space work, no matter how the seasons change, this is what I believe.

It's like someone sees a river, someone sees a mountain, sees it, it's just there, there's no need to argue, there's no need to deny others. Go your own way, and when one day the person who looks at the river also sees the mountains, he will naturally stop arguing with words. It's so plain and natural. Only this kind of nature, which is rooted in reality, in life, and has nothing to add, is the truest kind of faith. It is also without any ornateness, without any decoration. At the moment, it is easiest for us to find this kind of thing only through the classics. It is only through the scriptures that the most direct way to understand the teachings of Taoism, any scripture is the voice of the patriarch, and all the scriptures to convey are inseparable from the four words: self-discipline. ”

Xuan Chu said: "Only when you save yourself can you save the master, how can you know whether it is true or false?" ”
